Jmo but I know a lady that buys higher dollar items constantly and throws it away within days of buying it, people have even been known to watch for her to set her trash out to get it. She has a buying problem. I don’t think this was the case for Angela at all but I also can’t say beyond a reasonable doubt say that the shoes were for George jmo.

Has the prosecutor said what size shoes BW & AW wear ?
Also, my mind keeps going back to JW's need to keep himself and his environment clean, yet he referred to himself as a farm boy.

BCI agents wore shoe covers, they also required anyone else who had been at the crime scenes to submit their shoes for testing. No one had any.

Leonard Manley did have a pair of similar shoes that he had thrown away. BCI got them out of the landfill and the expert examined them. They were very worn, so didn't match the shoeprints at the crime scene.

BCI asked Billy about the fight in the interview played for the jury.

I remember Billy in that interview talking about how Chris Sr wasn't a big guy but strong and fast. He "would climb right up you like a banty rooster climbing up (King Kong or Godzilla). Something like that. Said he wasn't a big guy but he could really fight.

Ok, let me narrow it down a little.

If Jake and GW4 were not wearing those shoes (that Angela bought for them) that night, who are the two people who entered the crime scenes that night and tracked the victim's blood around while wearing the exact same type and size shoes? How were two people able to do that, way out there on UHR, following killers from house to house? Why were they going into the crime scenes? What were they doing there? How coincidental is it they were wearing the exact same shoes, in those sizes?

JW and AW's new boyfriend, they did it to frame Billy so they could get rid of him. /sarcasm

But... Does Jake claim he didn't wear those ugly-xxxed shoes? He says he was there. This web just keeps getting more tangled.

Another point to make is (and not directed at your BettyP, your post just triggered my thoughts)
ALL 4 of them lied to BCI including George! So to claim Angela lied before so why is she telling the truth now is really not a great excuse for not believing George participated because he lied also. If let's say he had no idea till the next day like the defense said on opening, why did he move to Alaska with his murdering family members? Why did he lie to bCI at the border crossing and say he'd never seen those shoes before? If Angela did buy them and show the boys, but they were "old man shoes" so she tossed them, then he would have seen them before. The defense can't really claim that Jake and Angela are liars so why believe them now, when George lied about things and here we are now supposed to believe the narrative the defense will put up about him not knowing about this plan. Nope don't think so.

Jmo I understand what you are saying, but the person (Angela)saying this information is a whack job! I am just saying to me personally that is not beyond reasonable doubt. I need more evidence. I truly believe she is so whack that she didn’t give darn about her own boys. There is some truly messed up minds in that family. Jmo

So sad she was one to get away from a abusive relationship and try to make something of herself by going to school and working. Some girls just stay and be abused. This is so heart breaking! Well I'm not a juror and have my own opinion. And the quoted post is my opinion as to why Billy wouldn't stop if you told him what was going to happen them all.

I have wondered if Jake’s attorney would be present when he testified and whether he would be allowed to object to questions.

I'd lean toward having my lawyer present. I'm only guessing but if any questions went outside the four corners of the plea, I'd think he'd object. IANAL though. Just a guess.

I'll go out on a limb and say Jake confessed truthfully about wearing the shoes, or state would not have accepted his confession.

Yep. It was brief but Hannah took us through the family getting rid of Tabitha. Jake asked for incriminating photos of T (smoking mj). Hannah asked if they were going to do the same to her.

Side note: Anyone who didn't hear how these texts relate to GW should go back & listen again.

She knew what was coming from the Wagners, at least as far as them giving her the same treatment as Tabitha. She was collaborating with Tabitha to fight back against them and keep their own children. JMO, that's when GW4 decided he needed to help Jake kill them.
