I think you are correct. But the one thing you can lay odds on after listening to that MT interview is she was there and she put those 5 bullets in Dana's head. After hearing her talk trash about Chris Jr I would say she hated him almost as much as Dana and i wouldn't be surprised she didn't put the bullets in his head either. Especially since her hate bled over on Jake who told Hannah that Chris Jr couldn't hold SW.

Yes indeed. Animi was plenty angry that Dana got there first and SW called Dana Nana and Angie had to take the Animi name. I guarantee that peed all in Angie's Post Toasties.

Maybe AC and other prosecutors did have suspicions that AW was a shooter. But decided prosecuting her would not play well in front of the jury .

There's a thing with rapid fire called muzzle rise which can account for the wild shots. The SKS shooter began unloading at the door. Hunters aren't accustomed to emptying the magazine when hunting game.

I didn't see Matt White testify to rapid fire muzzle rise. Maybe I fell asleep for a few minutes and missed it. After all I have had a setback in my health this past weekend so I guess it is possible. IDK

I think it's more believable coming directly from Hannah because she isn't here to speak for herself. When Jake takes the stand to say what he will, the jury will have just heard Hannah's own words confirming all of what he is saying.

It's easy to forget that the underlying crime requires the jury (and us) to understand why the murders happened in the first place. This wasn't a heat of passion crime of domestic violence. It was a massacre of 8 people, someone of them having nothing I don't mean just "motive" of the killers but the emotions between Jake and Hanna, between TC and George, and how AW played into all that. Hanna's words echo Tabitha's testimony of George being unwilling to move out and have a family separate from his mother, of experiencing physical abuse, and of the Wagner sense of entitlement to control not only Hanna and Tabitha but also their children, down to who can hold them.

This sums it up! This investigation went on for 2 1/2 years, they haven't played all the recordings yet and the ones AC says are most damning to George are still to come, so things still to come could very well implicate specific people doing specific things. I think they took their time with this investigation and if the prosecution felt any other scenario was possible they would not have given Angela the deal. I am sure some details can be interchanged between the 4 of them and it doesn't really matter. They operated together and committed these acts, then it really doesn't change much in my mind if xx bought this item or used that account and not this account. The statements the 2 that confessed gave must have matched enough of what they had that they agreed to a deal. No way they take this to trial if they really believe George had no part at all. If he had any part he is guilty on all charges. That is the bottom line.

I think the BCI did not have enough evidence to bring any of them to trial until Jake confessed. That is why they sat in jail for years after they were arrested. Jake was an answer to AC's prayers. That is why she was so giggly when she mentioned that Jake "Confessed to save his family's lives". Angie went along with Jake because that has been the way they always operated in that family. Angie and Jake, the son who never argued with her against Billy and George, the son who fought with her about everything, the one she said was to quote her brother CN "Going to Hell for the way he was living."

I think Jake threw George and maybe Billy under the bus to get his dear Mommy a sweet deal, when in fact Mommy Dearest was the one who was behind it all and pushing it all. With Jake, Mommy has always been first. Your GF doesn't want to live with Mommy? Too bad. Your GF is rude to Mommy? Slap her around and straighten her up. Mommy wants your daughter? Kill your whole GF's family, because Mommy must always have what she wants. Your brothers ex wife trying to get visitation with her son that Mommy considers her own son? Use your GF to get her passwords and pictures and texts saying she was smoking pot.

Mommy comes first, Jake has to protect her at all costs, and because BCI knows 3 people were there so God forbid they think one of them is Mommy, so throw George under the bus. No problemo as long as Mommy comes out good.

An inexperienced shooter could possibly do that. Weighing about 75 pounds would help.

A person can probably shoot a 20ga with the butt stock on their forehead without much trouble. I'll do that for you.

There is no video placing GW in the car. There is video of AW coming out of the store. Video of the Surburban she and Billy owned leaving the parking lot. When asked who was in the vehicle Angie said the kids, when confronted with the video of her getting into the passenger side, she said Jake, her and the kids. She never mentioned Georges name.

If the question at the root of this is did GWIV know about the shoes being brought, AW confirmed that when she said she gave them to JW and GW and they didn't like them so she threw them away. Do we believe that? She said it in an interview.

I’m trying to keep an open mind.

A size 10.5 mens shoe = a size 9 womens shoe. I can go with that. Billy is NOT fitting into a 10.5 and I doubt an 11.

It’s a good theory, based on evidence to date. I would love nothing better than for GW’s defense to take Angela & Jake down for lying about Angela’s participation (especially if she’s framing her son & husband) but we’ve got quite a bit of prosecution’s testimony to go. I believe the foot molds of JW & GW were presented yesterday but I think we are still waiting on the shoe expert. Or foot expert, or someone who knows about feet/shoes. We’ll see what happens.

Yes. There is no evidence against George. But I bet that jury is as sick as I am of hearing Jake and Angie's names and seeing all the stuff they bought to make silencers and commit murder with. Every bit of the evidence in the last 27 trial days has been against Jake and Angie.

George is lucky is to get an honorable mention and it is George's trial. It's all Jake and Angela Wagner. every day, all day, day in and day out.

Think about how much evidence AC has against Jake and Angie versus George. Might clear up some confusion for you.
