It has nothing to do with brand or cost. US sizes which those Walmart shoes are would follow this guide. A mens size 11 would be 12.5 in women's and a 10.5 would be a 12 in women's.

Yes. There is no evidence against George. But I bet that jury is as sick as I am of hearing Jake and Angie's names and seeing all the stuff they bought to make silencers and commit murder with. Every bit of the evidence in the last 27 trial days has been against Jake and Angie.

George is lucky is to get an honorable mention and it is George's trial. It's all Jake and Angela Wagner. every day, all day, day in and day out.

Think about how much evidence AC has against Jake and Angie versus George. Might clear up some confusion for you.

I've heard lots about GWIV. A lot of the testimony so far has been laying foundational facts about evidence needed to be in place for AW and Jake's testimony. It's Jake who has confessed to being at the murder scenes with his father and brother. The way he described in the proffer what happened that night was given as a synopsis for the jury in AC's opening statement. The actions of the players have been briefly but clearly explained. Now the jury just has to hear it from the horse's mouth, so to speak.

GWIV at the very least is a conspirator to aggravated burglary and murder. Personally I think it's a real possibility that GWIV killed KR. But thst's just my opinion.

IMO, a conspiracy of Billy, Angela, Jake and George were behind the massacre of 8 innocent people and I am confident they will all go down together with the trial evidence presented as part of a very sick enmeshed Family Conspiracy.

So far the trial has presented a very clear picture of the evidence of all of their unhealthy involvement in each others lives. Angela even tried to control their sex lives. Angela ran off all of their girlfriends and wives. That speaks volumes to me.

Their convoluted finances are also damning.

Well I respectively disagee...especially after seeing the test silencer not work very well. Maybe that's what made her decide, nope not me, I got babies to raise. She'd never put herself where bullets were flying when she had two toddlers to mold. I just don't think she would take that chance. It goes against all her planning. AJMO

IMO, if she was that concerned about the raising of BW and SW she would not have gotten anywhere close to the murder scenes.

I firmly believe she was the one at home on the Peterson farm 'taking care' of the children.
She was also managing the cell phone activity and TV viewing while the other 3 were at the murder scenes.

Correct me if I am wrong, but a Glock and a SKS were used at the scene of CRsr's murders. A 1911 was used on Frankie and HHG. The stray shots at CRsr's were from the SKS, a semi automatic rifle.

They both might have had silencers, but they were also shot at different proximities to the victims. The SKS shots were from CRsr's front yard, through a door, at a moving victim. The 1911 shots that killed Frankie and HHG were up close and personal at sleeping victims.

She's as guilty as the ones that fired the guns. That's the conspiracy. I will never agree with what I think is a much too lenient sentence that AW got. She should never of even had the chance to be released from prison, IMO. Anyone that planned, aided and then tried to covered up these heinous crimes should be in prison for life. AJMO

Another point to make is (and not directed at your BettyP, your post just triggered my thoughts)
ALL 4 of them lied to BCI including George! So to claim Angela lied before so why is she telling the truth now is really not a great excuse for not believing George participated because he lied also. If let's say he had no idea till the next day like the defense said on opening, why did he move to Alaska with his murdering family members? Why did he lie to bCI at the border crossing and say he'd never seen those shoes before? If Angela did buy them and show the boys, but they were "old man shoes" so she tossed them, then he would have seen them before. The defense can't really claim that Jake and Angela are liars so why believe them now, when George lied about things and here we are now supposed to believe the narrative the defense will put up about him not knowing about this plan. Nope don't think so.

Defense wants the jury to believe JW and AW are liars except for when they are saying something to benefit their client. I would like to hear how they determine which parts should be believed and why the rest are lies…

I remember Billy in that interview talking about how Chris Sr wasn't a big guy but strong and fast. He "would climb right up you like a banty rooster climbing up (King Kong or Godzilla). Something like that. Said he wasn't a big guy but he could really fight.

So who thinks that prosecution dropped the charges till the trials are over. I'm glad Ive been fortunate enough in my life to never have experienced a family as the Ws. You read about these sort of folks in books. I know JW and GWIV were groomed, conditioned by AW and BW raised these kids to be your run of the mill, theif, hustler, scammer and overall dishonest family. I imagine GW4 and JW were beaten until the capitulated and started walking the company line....Maw boss ruled the roost. You did as your told when your told. As an aside, I wonder if both Jake and Angie had some OCD.

Jake was fastidious about cleanliness. Angie shows some tenancies as she was so particular about how Tabi and Hanna cleaned and did laundry. Not only that Angie kept the shoe receipts, but she also took the time to file in the box of 'Important Papers'. If she didn't plan on returning the shoes, why would she file the receipts?

Just an observation.

All the thousands of images she and Jake saved of screenshots of peoples texts, FB messages, and other social media, transferred from older phones and computers.

Billy and GW4 were more the ones to be out hunting, shooting and killing things.
