At least someone in jail is doing Angela Wagner eyebrows, she might be conning the cons, I doubt anyone is giving her concessions money
Johnny, sometimes you make me literally laugh out loud! I truly enjoy your posts.

Angela said she started noticing things in Sophia: behavioral changes and some redness in her private parts along with an odor. She never took those concerns to law enforcement or the Rhodens. She asked Billy to keep an eye out and see what was going on

Angela said Billy saw Chris Jr. be a little rough with Sophia and Frankie was very affectionate with her and kissed her on the mouth which she called "a red flag." Angela said Sophia was placing items inside of herself

Angela claims Sophia told her that Chris Jr. "puts stuff in me for bubble gum." I was doing research, Angela said. Sophia was less than two years old at that time. "Sophie was smart. There was some type of abuse going on.”

Angela said she did not take Sophia to to the doctor to be examined over these concerns. Jake took her for a burned finger. "I went to my husband for help... I wasn't raised to believe in the justice system and neither did Jake or George”

Angela: Once Billy paid attention he could see that something was really wrong. Jan. 2016 - Billy came up with the plan. "the plan was that they all had to be murdered." She says Billy talked with her about this in the car port at Peterson Rd.

Angela says Billy told her Chris, Frankie, Hanna and Chris Jr. all had to be murdered because they would come after Jake and kill them or kill all of them if they only killed Hanna May.

Billy persuaded her that they all had to die along with whoever else was there so they didn't come after them. Angela said she was there when they discussed gloves and masks to "cover their tracks." She did some shopping for items and "it went from there.”

Billy told Angela and the boys, she says, "This is going to change everything." He told them not to discuss this in front of the TV, the computer or on cell phones. They had to all be off if this was discussed for fear someone might be listening

Angela said sometime before the homicides, she discussed this was George and Jake in the kitchen. "Are you sure you want to do this?" Nobody's heart was in it, she said. But they had to protect Sophie. Jurors asks for break

He's going for his 15 minutes of social media fame! He even has a "celebrity defense attorney" according to the article.

With 4 attorneys on his legal team, one has to wonder how he's going to pay for that kind of legal representation. His newspaper is a fairly small one.

It sounds like these were fabricated claims, JMO. Most concerned parents and grandparents would at least take the child to a doctor.

Very strange people. Remember how Jake claimed he hit his head as a kid and was sick and dizzy but they wouldn't take him to the doctor?

I keep thinking surely someone in her family - brother, SIL, her mom, etc. could afford to even go to Goodwill and buy her a decent dress or sweater/slacks. She's worn the prison drabs through every hearing.
A defendant doesn't have to wear jail garb, to avoid an appearance of presumption of guilt. A witness it no so entitled. Now, the defense could have asked the court to allow AW to wear civilian clothes for the same reason, but maybe they didn't. And then again, maybe AW chose to wear those clothes.

Big right arm with a tattoo in the passenger side of the vehicle at Walmart parking lot. Hmm, GW4? Picture on the screen.

Earlier they said that was a Chevy Suburban but I thought Ford Excursion when I saw it. Only caught a glimpse however. Hard to stay focused on a silent screen.

That was a Ford Excursion, I had to go back and look. Looks like the one they sold.

Sorry, just strikes me that this was presented wrong somewhere along the way, either by a reporter or in court.

Was this from the security footage at Walmart, when AW went to buy the shoes?

Odd place to stop for lunch, maybe AC has already had it with her BS. She is not considered "convicted" is she??? If the state doesn't like either JW or AWs testimony doesn't the DP go back on all of them??? That was my understanding, that she will have to serve 30 WOP if she testifies to the state's liking.

from my notes:

*Angela Jo Wagner (48/now 52) – 9/10/21: Plead guilty to a plea deal to Counts 9 thru 22, Counts 1-8 were dismissed. Will be sentenced to 30 years in prison with no early release & has to testify against others at trial. Release date in 2048. DOB 10/15/70

I would guess yes, they showed some views of the Excursion and a Walmart receipt.

Why is Parker waving his hand like - "hurry up"?

Defense table - all 3 are writing everything, have been through most, but not all of AW's testimony.

Exactly what I was asking. Parker didn't say anything just made the reeling motion with his hand and pen.

G4 looked like he was drawing, then went back to writing. ... and now it looks like he's coloring. Edit: Nash nods his approval after looking at GW4's notepad.

edit2: Holy cow, a picture of 1902 San Fransisco popped up. Going through screensavers now. :D

I believe the white Suburban came after the Excursion because I recall Scheiderer testifying that is what the W's were traveling in when stopped at the border and interviewed. If you look at the Havener Lane S. Webster house on Google street view there is a white Suburban parked beside it.

You know, I've read so much new info lately, that's probably where I heard about a Suburban. thanks

It's the black/gold Excursion at Walmart though.

Wonder if he wrote his own story?? Don't know a thing about him but he seems like a media hound and likes the attention...wiretapping???

I never listened to it but I didn't have to to know publishing a couple of minutes of JW's first day of testimony 3-4 days after the fact had zero journalistic value. He published it to spit in the judges face.

At the time, I felt like the judge would have it investigated to rule out anyone who works for the county, who was inside the courtroom that day. (I'm not saying it was someone who works in the courtroom, only that the judge would want to confirm was not). I seriously doubt the judge expects Myers to give up his source but Myers broke the order by publishing it. Again, there was no journalistic value to publishing that clip. Myers intentionally defied the order and now he's throwing up the First Amendment as his defense. Scum.

If anybody had any doubts prior to AW's testimony about George's involvement, I wonder if they have now changed their minds??

ETA: I should probably add, IF we are to believe AW and JW.

I think Myers recorded it himself. People who listened to it said there was noise of rustling papers, etc. He was sitting very close to the defense table, so...

He and whomever is backing him is trying to run a side-show to distract the public. It's childish and disrespectful to the court and the victims families. JMO

ETA: The sound came on briefly, as everyone was getting up to leave the courtroom. Perhaps they've finished for the day? We should see some tweets in a little while.

Shhhhh Betty...be careful now...the next thing we know, somebody may claim that's the reason JW committed these crimes is due to the hitting his head as a kid. (Insert sarcasm, and nothing bad meant towards you, Betty. I enjoy your posts).
