<modsnip - off topic> I began to think about george. I divided it into 3 phases.

The planning

the participation

the coverup.

Billy assigned them jobs.

Angie - buy supplies
Jake - get vehicle and guns and ammo and make silencers
Billy- watch the r's and decide when the time is right
George...........nothing, no job, You don't find that odd that george did not get a job assigned to him?

Billy planned murders:
Billy planned murders while out on the road with jake
billy planned murders under the carport with angie
billy planned murders with george............nowhere..billy did not plan murders with george. You dont find it odd that billy who's idea it was, who had his finger all in this never discussed or planned the murders with george? Why? because he did not want to go another 20 rounds with george who may have put an end to billys big plan by telling jake and angie you are not doing this.

The participation.

Billy stops the truck and asks jake if he wants to go through with this.
Billy asks george........nothing. because george was not in the truck.

Jake tells george to shoot, george froze, jake takes the gun and fire.
Billy goes bat shyte crazy and jake has to calm him down.
George does.........nothing. because george was not there.

The cover up.

george wakes up late. jake is already up. why? some sleepytime medicine in his food the night before?
George gets upset BCI is digging up farm. why? defense gets in to evidence in front of the jury that george thinks the man he sold the farm to is going to sue him because BCI is tearing up the farm, damaging it.
George is upset at the MT border, yelling a bw, did angel mom tell his she saw tabbi there talking to BW? or did BCI let george know about the casings, evidence from the searches they had and it sinks in on george that his mom, dad and brother did this. So much so that when he gets to alaska he wants to take his son and move in with a woman alone.

I tell you what else I think is a joke. george slithering out of the back of that truck loaded down with 18 bales of hay, which would have put it almost sitting on the ground, crawling underneath it with a red hot muffler after they drove it for 2 hours, crawling behind the back tire and still under the truck lays underneath it with a sks rifle. All in jakes testimony. Now if jake had thrown in a hydraulic jack i just might have believed it. But one capable of lifting a 3000 lbs truck and 1080 to 1800 lbs of hay.

You should do the defense teams closing. I'm telling ya, I went in with an open mind and there's no hard, solid evidence. It's a DP case, I've taken it seriously and hoped there was one redeeming human in the bunch of them. I believe in coincidence, odd timing, and such, but at some point, is all of the these things in this man's life, during a certain time period, ALL based on odd coincidences? If so G4 is one unlucky man.

Thank you so much for doing this! I so appreciate it! I appreciate all of the transcribers! G4: "The family has spoken." How much weirder can this get? I mean, he can't be saying that in jest. That's a bad movie line.

George saying "the family has spoken" is creepy, about voting to get rid of Jake's wife. Strongly shows George is glued to his family at the hip. Totally enmeshed with them. The air has long gone out of defense claim that George was different from his family. Won't wash with the jury.

I've looked at several photos of CR 1 's driveway, and it's loaded up with vehicles, the closest truck I've seen is a silver one by a telephone pole, and behind a orange brush hog ?) This truck seems to line up with the SKS shots into the home.
I'm shocked that JW feels as though his Mom is an angel. She did keep the boys tied down to her with their little ones 24 hr care, and that farm. Did they feel some kinda way towards BW, that he abandon her and the farm?

I guess if I wss a criminal, and a murderer like 4, Id want the likes of nash and parker on my side to muddy the waters. They have nothing in defense of their client. They have silly games because they are never prepared.

Conversely, if Im sitting on the jury Id find it difficult to give the defense any leeway.

Smiley must be having a hardy laugh.

Way more than just him are laughing, but that's just MY opinion.;)

Jmo but have you ever seen a haul like Jake described. Going to murder people. I would just like to see it as true to description. Did they plan to drive slow and cautious to avoid losing load? The deputies could have put hay bales on top, why didn’t they do that?
That was me. I've lived on a farm all my life. I've loaded hay on wagons. Pitched hay, fed it in the coldest winters, but I wanted to see the whole shebang. I was disappointed in their efforts of recreation w/o props too.

I was just looking at that. No way they put 18 bales of hay on there. They'd have to stack eight bales from the back of the cab, to the end of the bed. If the did that across, that would take some of the burden off the plywood. A 12 x 36, 3/4 " piece of plywood will support around 50# before bending. One bale of hay, say a light bale, 36" weighing around 40-50#. Stacked two across and five down, would be ten, then four on top. The sides will relieve some of the pressure on the center of the plywood and they may have had a support in the middle, I couldn't tell. That's still a lot of weight. Between 720 -900# There's no perfect or standard configuration. Just what gets the most hay in the truck the fastest. I truly don't think they had hay on that truck that night. It just seems really awkward and unnecessary, straggles of hay left behind, stuck to their clothing and shoes, but, then again, it is the W4s.

Hernandez trial: Tattoo artist testifies about bullets, 'God Forgives'
Parker shredded the BCI guy over that hay this morning. I just got finished watching it a fews minutes ago. I had to wait until tonigh to watch. It's been a busy day for me. It was 12 bales. The BCI guy was sweating, wiping his forehead and as nervous as a long tailed cat in a room full of rocking chairs. Parker also got him on those wiretaps. Canepa made it worse when she kept calling the wiretaps interviews and Bci Ryan S kept correcting her calling it investigative techniques. Especially since parker pointed out george had a lawyer when they did those wiretaps. You cannot interview someone if they have a lawyer without the lawyer being present. Oh yeah. BCI agent S was nervous and pe'od.

Definitely. They havent gone away either. Some are incarcerated but not all. I really hope BW pleads out so the family and community doesnt have to endure another episode of this madness. Are you guessing next week for closing and then given to the jury? Of course, thats after 3 days of arguing about jury instructions from the judge

This murder truck is the craziest part of the planning.
CRsr and Billy knew each other for decades.
Wouldn’t CRsr be suspicious of Billy arriving, late night, in an unknown unrecognized truck piled high with hay?
I don’t think Billy ever before this date, arrived on UHR a or drove around Pike County with bales of hay stacked high, or any hay at all.
I'm the same. Maybe one layer but if my friend pulls in at 11 p.m. and they're not the most work savvy, with a load of hay, I''d be like why is he in that weird truck and why is it filled with hay? The murder truck was new, if the hay was to throw him off. Maybe to throw off a cop if they got pulled over, but on those roads? At that hour? It's like they almost overthought some stuff but not other stuff. They said JW was ocd. Maybe it was to a fault.

I am glad the judge allowed The Boondock Saints' evidence in. I have never seen either movie and thus was not understanding the correlation between the tattoos and certain evidence related to the movie. IMO there are likely jurors in the same boat who have never watched. It was very compelling evidence, and also made me sick to think they took pleasure in their crimes enough to memorialize them in tattoos.

MOO. JMO.
Well the judge all but kicked it to the garbage heap today when he instructed the jury not to base their opinion on either Boondock Saints movies, reminded them the people in them were actors, the plot the imagination of some screen writer and generally disregard the whole ball of crap in their verdict because it had no bearing on the case, crime or motive.

Small two string bales can be as light as 40 pounds. It depends how the baler was set up when the bales were made. How tight the hay is compressed and the length of the bales are adjustable. MOO
But JW could have told them. It was x type hay from FWF. long bales, two string, 40#.

GWIV was placed at the scenes several times and armed. He had the SKS at CRsr’s place. It is said he left afoot print inside at CRsr’s place. He was said to be in DR’s house at CRjr’s door. Even the Defense puts him at the scene if they say he went to protect JW from GWIII. If any of these are true, he is guilty of conspiracy. All my opinions only…
JW and AW said. It's to their benefit, but there is no hard, physical, evidence. Even the shoeprint expert of experts, said he could not say that GW4 wore those shoes that made either of the prints.

I just can’t imagine contributing to my son’s prosecution and likely helping him get the death penalty. I would rather die myself. If it does turn out that way, they should make her watch. Despicable people. And I’d take those grand babies, change their last names, move as far away as I could and never let any of these people see them again. Can you imagine shooting your child’s mother in the head and leaving the baby there in her blood? Wasn’t his so I guess he didn’t care. Hope those kids are with some decent people who love them. MOO
On the other hand, he had plenty of time to take a deal. The death penalty was off the table if he took a deal. He had his brother to thank for that. JMT

No "WTF was that about"? moment from the supposedly blissfully ignorant & innocent George Washington Wagner IV? The same GWIV who ranted and raved about Tabi being at border? The same one who told his son BCI wanted to kill him? Sorry, I'm not buying it.

At the very minimum, GW4 was an accessory after the fact. AT MINIMUM.
No "WTF was that about"? moment from the supposedly blissfully ignorant & innocent George Washington Wagner IV?

Yes there was. Don't you recall that long rant where George thought tabbi was there and talking to BW. I would say that was a very clear WTF moment.

Forgive me if someone has answered this recently, but is there any speculation on the dice rolled to 11 on George's tattoo?
In the tatt world, you can roll with it, you can take a hit and get back up. The five is that you have no fear. take chances. He could've just told the guy he liked the one hanging one the wall and went with it but if I remember right, CN was saying that G4 would bust through mud on his 4wheelers and was more of a risk taker. So, there's that.

Oh, note the aces on the side. Power cards. Wants it, or feels he has it. Looks to be four high but I can't see too well. Thanks to my dog.

Jmo I don’t much about trucks. Where was exhaust coming out? Was it in back where they laid their face for an hour? I didn’t see any pipes coming up.
It filtered through the opening in the bottom of the tailgate. That's an old truck. 2000 model. Putting 12 bales of hay on top would have squashed that truck down until it was maybe 3 or 4 inches from the ground. My opinion? You could not have shoved a man as big as george underneath the muffler, behind the tire and underneath the passenger side with a bull dozer.

They also said they voted on things, had family discussions and George and mommy had time at night to talk about their days while she rubbed his back. My comment about 180 meant suddenly George would just have to not be there to plan and discuss things, not talk to his family or be in on voting for this very important matter, not suspect anything or hear it being talked about at all. George couldn't have been gone every single night from Jan to April. We hear him in the car when Jake picks up Sophia, we see him in the car at Walmart when shoes were bought. When those witnesses testified he was gone at night sometimes, they didn't say votes were happening without him. I just don't see him being so intertwined before, during, and after and NOT knowing or being part of it. That is what I mean.. that would be a 180 from what we know and how we know this family operated.
Well, I cannot claim to know about what went on inside the W household since i was not there. So no way me or anyone else on here can say what time, what day, what month or year the W's voted on anything or whether george was there or not when they voted.

I am pretty much past punctuation and spelling worries myself. Long is it's half way legible. lol I didn't mean they had evidence of a purchase, all they need is one bit of evidence that places him helping, in the tiniest bit. You are right about Ohio law, but, we can see how entwined this family was, in that house. Where is his alibi? Mommy D could have provided that for him but she did not. I truly think that his mother sunk his battleship. While it was not physical proof, it was strong evidence, when combined with JWs testimony. No way G3 would testify unless he made a deal, but he's being like G4, closed mouth so far. People who commit murder/serious crimes tend to leave out important little details. They can also add in little details that didn't happen (G4 stood here, I stood there). They were the only ones there. The only survivors of the night, old enough to be able to know. They are murderers and liars. Are they turning on their own? Probably, but I think G4 may be like AW, he may not understand b/c he didn't actually murder anyone. He was "just there", or he only "insert action", but that counts.
I didn't mean they had evidence of a purchase

LOL. That post wasn't aimed your way rsd. I was just jumping off your post to make a point. It's all good. I do that a lot, so not aiming any of my posts toward anyone else. I just jump off one every now and again to get my opinion in. lol

I hear what your saying. However, BCI found shell casings on property owned by George (name is on the deed) that are an exact match as being fired from the same gun as shell casings found at two of those crime scenes. More importantly, the shell casings were fired from a gun that George owned. All that information is now entered as evidence in this trial outside of Jake and Angela's testimony where they state he helped plan, participate and cover up the crime. Shoes or no shoes, murder truck or no murder truck.....He owned a gun that was used in the murder of 8 people.
More importantly, the shell casings were fired from a gun that George owned.

George did not own the 1911 colt. jake did. JAKE owned it. Jake said he practiced with it on Peterson RD. Jake killed 5 people with it. Jake confessed to that loud and proud. That has been testified to about 50 times now.

The state has never been able to put ANY murder weapon in georges hand. None. Not even the one jake claimed he snatched out of georges hand when george was lying under a truck loaded with 12 bales of hay after they got a bulldozer to shove his big fat azz under there.

That wasn't even georges Glock either. Randa H said the Glock george bought was GREEN. The murder Glock was BLACK.
