Reminds me of a 5 year old getting caught red handed and all he can do is blame everyone else. He ends every sentence with an unnecessary, nasty little dig at someone. I hope prosecution can tap into this boiling hatred simmering under the surface.

This is why being able to see/hear the testimony is important for many reasons. If we got tweets about this it wouldn't be nearly has bad as what we are hearing. He says Jake was the judgmental one, yet every statement he makes is judging others, blaming others, pointing out everyone else's flaws.

Just based on what we heard of Angela's testimony, George is sounding a lot like her. Blame, blame, blame.

Jake took responsiblity and owned up to his part. Again based on tweets, of course seeing/hearing would have given the best picture, but he didn't shift the blame. I can see why he tried to take most of the blame. Little brother likely was trying to get big brothers approval.

You know how manipulative Angela is? Often the manipulator accuses the victim of what they are actually guilty of. Maybe George was the judgmental one of everyone else and he's sitting up there claiming Jake was. When we listen to those tapes, we hear Angela manipulating everyone and Jake was actually defending Beth. George was the one screaming all sorts of awful things at Jake while Jake seemed like the calm one. I think George is just like Angela and hearing him now it's even more clear.

I'm wondering how much they were "schooled" and really what they learned. AW did most of their work I would bet.

It might have been Jake who said there were 2 subjects he hated so Angie did those for him. George said his mom took the test for him to get a high school diploma.

Their education sounds almost non existent. Angie doing some of their school work, only doing school work until noon, Angie making them spend the rest of the day working unpaid in her business of dog breeding, only a few weeks in public school. Then letting George quit school at age 14. I'm appalled. It's not even legal to quit school until you are 16 - how it is where I am.

Jake said he read to Sophie, My Little Mermaid was her favorite. Then Beth said she couldn't read to the kids.
Not sure if the not reading to the kids was just meant for Beth or if Angie had a problem with kids reading books because it helps them to understand the world better. Sounds like Angie wanted her kids and grandkids only focused around her and her way of life. And to help her make money.

Agreed. So insightful and disgusting at the same time, but speaks volumes because he is not the victim through he played one, he is the fool. IMO.
Who does he sound like? Who else got on the stand and was the "victim". Apple doesn't fall far from the tree.

IMO, this blame game is insightful. Blaming everyone, and GW4 takes no responsibility. Poor job with your client Parker.
Oh how I am agreeing with you @arielilane. GW4's testimony so far sounds like a load of lies. I think the jury will see right through him

George said their son would always get hurt when around Tabby. He said one time, she shoved his hand in hot veggies to get him to stop reaching for them. "Even her own mother said she couldn't handle raising a child," said George.

George said he tried to get away once. "I was just tired of putting up with my mom and dad." He made it as far as his gas tank would allow him. He had to turn back because he had no money.

Another time he tried to leave, George said Tabitha was suicidal. She convinced him to stay where they had money and a roof over their heads. He agreed.

A third time in early 2014, he said Tabby talked him out of leaving. He said he wasn't sure where he was going to go. "I was just leaving... I was fed up with my mom." "She'd yell, scream, act like everybody had to do everything she said when she said it…”

This part is obviously false, a concocted story, and I believe it is a story. One minute GW4 is calling Tabitha abusive and crazy, the next he's begging her to run away with him to live in AK? With all the training in truck driving and diesel mechanic skills, he couldn't find a new job somewhere? Wouldn't Granny Wagner front him some cash? Please.

JMO, Parker & Nash wrote this whole script from testimony given against GW.

ETA: I also hope state questions GW4 closely about the breeding program the Wagners were running when GW4 and Tabitha were sleeping together at age 13.

He didn't want that environment around BW, bull butter! The yelling and arguing that has went on in front of that child by that whole family is unexpectable! AW,GW, BW and JW had anger issues! WE heard the audio! He's was trained well by Moma Bear to act all meek! He was so fair to Tabby on visitation is a great big LIE!!! Didn't one of the audios have him and his mother having the convo on keeping quiet about being in town so they could file abandonment on Tabby????? I hope the prosecution rips him apart!!

I bet the farm he turns red as a beet during cross and snaps back at prosecution. I just feeeeel it.

But old enough to know better than to help murder 8 people, then lie about it.

Now he's back to Tabitha is terrible. He and Parker are probably hoping they can make up a lot of stuff about Tabitha because they think she won't show up in court to refute it. I'm betting she will, if AC calls her.
Did my ears deceive me! Did George say the argument between he & Tabi started in the bedroom? Did he skip over the part where Angela was mad about Tabi not doing the dishes? Or when Angela threw a board at Tabi then threatened to get her gun the night Tabi left?

Didn't both Tabitha and Angela testify to that?

Hey Sleuthers
GW4 hasn’t said he wasn’t at the murder scene that night yet! Or have I missed that part???? JMO

Maybe we should post these notes in the reporter's Twitter threads to give the prosecution team extra help. I wonder if they're using lunch hour to make arrangements to subpoena Jake, Angie, etc. Charge all yr bluetooth gadgets during lunch. I'll be listening remotely as I strip wallpaper (again)

Whether they're lies or not, I think he believes it. You can see the bitterness with every word he speaks. I'm not defending him, just sharing my observations.

https://twitter.com/Angenette5

GW4 says his mom had his credit card and debit card number so she could buy stuff for his kid. This is an important point for the defense because the state says GW4 cc used to buy a bug detector by Angela. AW said GW4 also knew when she was using the cc

GW4 just told a story about Tabi allowing his son’s hand to get burned. “Even her own mother said she couldn’t take care of a child”

Tabi disputed this when Rick Nash cross-examined her

GW4 is displaying anger toward Tabi that is not helpful to him, IMO. “She couldn’t change Vine’s diaper without him wailing.” I thought Tabi came off sympathetically on the stand

Edited: Added one more tweet.

IMO, GW4 thinks if he is released all this bashing of TC will help him get his son back.

Interesting insight. That George could have been the most judgemental and like those people do, projected it onto others, saying others are judgemental, like Jake. His yelling on the tapes is a red flag I agree.

Angie blamed others for her own faults/manipulation. Your right, it's classic psychology projection.

I still don't understand why he is testifying, guess we will find out because this is sopose to be about the murders and conspiracy and again we hear all about how terrible Jake, Angie, Billy and the ex wife are and George is the "more normal" one.

Anyone notice who he didn't badmouth in his testimony? His fond memories were times spent with Frankie or Hannah.

I found that to be the saddest and most stomach churning of all so far. How did he let this happen?
