GW is pretty much sunk by the border interview. They are going by transcripts, I'm not sure the Jury needs to hear the tapes again. That sure would be icing on the cake though! IMO.

To my knowledge, they have only played one border interview - Angela's. Did I miss George's?

I usually watch on TV via Fire Stick but yesterday, I had no sound on TV for some odd reason. It was perfectly fine on my Kindle

No, they haven't played them, but both sides have referenced the content. I hope it is played. It seems he doesn't recall a lot of what he said then.

New afternoon thread for George Wagner IV on stand in own defense in Pike County murder trial - still on cross examination. First question about going to gun show where Jake apparently bought a 1911 Walther Colt (the kind used in the murders)

Says he has never seen that gun before that was used in the murders.

Canepa asks about his caffeine use - would take pills "stackers" and drink Monsters or Red Bulls on top. Then she brings up him threatening BCI agent Scheiderer - objection and bench conference.

Yes, definitely. He learned how to lie, cheat and steal from childhood. He is like his mother in that he has no empathy or concern for others. Life is transactional to him - he uses people to get what he wants. If they cause him problems, he tries to get rid of them, with the only exception being his enmeshed family.

IDk, I think some of those "caffeine pills" had meth in them. There were (and probably still are) a lot of meth labs in the area. I recall a couple of them were busted right after the first searches of Peterson Rd farm and FWF.

WTH, he's saying he's never dyed his hair before. There are photos of it.

I think defense coaches them on using this dodge - I don't remember. Its one reason why dragging out the pretrial process helps these creeps. They've "forgotten" a lot because it was so many years ago.

I’m not a behavioural expert but from the way the describe Jake: not liking things dirty, obsessing on certain things, not liking hugs or being touched, making lists of things to collect, arranging things certain ways abd getting angry if it’s messed up, practicing something until he’s perfect at it, remaining “calm” during drama.. sounds like he’s on the spectrum.

George said Jake didn't express emotion.

George said when he saw Jake on the stand smirking and smiling throughout his testimony, that he hadn't seen him acting like that before, it was unusual for him.

He smiled throughout his Hearings also.

In fact, he smiled so much it was mentioned in MSM, on SM, YouTube comment sections, on this thread, etc...Plus there are MSM photos of him smiling in court.

So now when you add it all up, what you say about him in your post plus including not showing emotion, it almost helps explain his inappropriate smiling and smirking in court. Like this is just the odd way he reacts being under extreme emotional pressure. Almost like he is on some sort of "spectrum" as you say.

Admits threatening to kill Scheiderer but no other questions on that for now. Says he never dyed his hair ... Chris Newcomb and Randa Hughes were mistaken.
