Has he ever answered one yes or no question with a yes or no?

When asked if he went that night: no
When asked if he knew about it: no

Thanks, plus you can add something significant:

George said Jake didn't express emotion.

George said when he saw Jake on the stand smirking and smiling throughout his testimony, that he hadn't seen him acting like that before, it was unusual for him.

He smiled throughout his Hearings also.

In fact, he smiled so much it was mentioned in MSM, on SM, YouTube comment sections, on this thread, etc...Plus there are MSM photos of him smiling in court.

So now when you add it all up, what you say about him in your post plus including not showing emotion, it almost helps explain his inappropriate smiling and smirking in court. Like this is just the odd way he reacts being under extreme emotional pressure. Almost like he is on some sort of "spectrum" as you say.
It doesn’t excuse anything but It’s definitely MOO.

George Wagner just said he tried to get his mom and brother to stop monitoring Tabi on Facebook. Angie Canepa says "oh, ok" sarcastically. Is she going to ask about him saying he was going to "bring all hell" if Tabi had seen his son at the border

No question about the "all hell" comment. Now Canepa is asking about GW4 and his family trying to keep their address from Tabi when they returned so they could claim she had abandoned her son

Now Canepa asking whether they called the state patrol and reported Tabi had drugs in her car. Angela said they did. GW4 said he didn't. And, he didn't know she had done that until AW testified to it.

Canepa now asking whether he discussed with Angela protecting Bulvine from Tabi and her family. <-- I know this is about his credibility but I feel like he's not on trial for the stuff with Tabi.

GW4 confirms he believed his son could be molested if he was alone with Tabi's mom or sister because molestation had happened in their family.

GW4 says he didn't know his mother had been sexually assaulted until the trial. He said he had known something had happened to her.

AC: "All kinds of mysteries" :D

Keep the pressure on! IMO

The lawyer told them not to come back for the funeral because BCI might plant something in their luggage?

Oh my and now once again he's the Saint trying to protect the name of Hannah and her family because people on Topix and online were saying things.

  • #527
He was trying to help the reputation of Hanna and her family.

She's getting into the lies he told in the interview at Montana.

Why not "snitch" on Chris Rhoden to get rid of their problem. He admits its possible he said it.

  • #528
Didn't he just admit to discussion of murders? IMO

AC: Why didn’t we just snitch against Chris Sr. in order to get custody.
Do you remember saying that?

GW4: Don’t remember saying that.

AC: it’s weird isn’t it because that is what your mother testified to was the first plan that she wanted to do was to snitch on Chris and get rid of the head of the (inaudible)

GW4: I don’t remember me saying that. I’m not saying I didn’t say it - just that I don’t remember saying it.

Edited to include verbiage.

AC asking him why he didn't ask his family "what is going on? why are they asking us these questions"? He was just concerned about his son and his ex wife being there.

I actually think NOT playing the BCI interview was smart. Now she can ask him about all the lies, without him having heard it and coming up with some story about why and you know what else.. he couldn't get his story straight before he testified. Now it makes perfect sense why they didn't want it played and it has nothing to do with BCI thinking he was the innocent one and trying to get him to rat out his family or be accused himself. He doesn't recall an awful lot about what he said.. then he admits to the one lie he knows he told at the border interview. Good grief.

Re the family emergency, he was just along for the ride, no big deal. Ryan didn't bother him. Ok.

Now talking about Billy claiming he broke his back while hauling cattle. GW4 talks like his dad was faking it.

Told the agents at the border that his dad was a big old teddy bear, not violent.

Wonder why he would have asked his uncle Bobby not to talk to BCI?

Maybe because the murder truck, that he had only ever seen 1 time, was dropped over to his house the morning of April 22nd.

I don't know about you all, but I find it absolutely amazing that this honest, innocent, upstanding young man came from that lying, cheating, stealing and killing family.

Now onto the tattoos. He says he did not arrive at the tattoo shop with a piece of paper with something he wanted put on him. His dad may have. The tattoo artist said that he suggested this to cover up GW4's Cummins Diesel tattoo

GW4 says he does bet on things. He's asked whether he shot pool. He said he shot pool when he was younger. GW4 says Shawn suggested the skull and 8-ball and he said that was fine

Says he never saw the messages between Hanna and Tabitha's mother Tess about kill her first and signing papers - the one his mother intercepted.

Says he bet a lot - was a gambler. Says the tattoo artist picked the 8 ball on the tattoo and he may have picked the skull out of a book. Doesn't know why 3 aces instead of 4. Says skulls were common with gambling tattoo.

Doesn't know how security system wound up in Peterson Rd burn pit (mysteries Canepa comments).

Another tense confrontation - he admits to lying to BCI at Montana about his father doing and selling drugs. Says it was to protect the reputation of Hanna from what was being said about family "Oh this is good," Canepa said.

Canepa asking him why George or no one else talked about BCI interrogation at border once back in the car for an hour. He says he was concerned about his son. Thought BCI was just trying to frame him and ballistic information was just BS.

Called in family emergency when BCI texted George the picture of Jake holding the murder weapon. He says Jake told him it wasn't his gun and that they needed to get back home to get the lawyers to ask BCI to stop badgering them.

Told agents at border his dad was big old teddy bear. Never been violent with anyone. George says he meant everyone but him.

I recall around that time they were in MO, there was a lot of argle bargle on T about them coming back to Ohio. Fake news story planted.

Prosecutors are using past recordings of George commenting on his niece's care and concerns Rhodens weren't taking proper care of her to show he was just as worried about her as the other Wagners.

On his tattoo: prosecutors are saying he could have used anything else to cover up the old tattoo he didn't like. George said, "I don't remember saying I wanted a skull or anything. I just wanted him to pick something that went together.”

Prosecutor pointing out a lie at the border that George agrees he told. He said his dad was against drugs. He said, "That's the one and only lie I told at the border.”

Prosecutor asked why, and George said everyone on social media was running Hanna and her family through the mud accusing them of drugs. Prosecutor said, "Oh, this is good. You were doing it to protect Hanna and her family.”

Prosecutor pointed to the moment he told agents at the border - if we wanted to kill them, why wouldn't we just turn Chris, Sr. in for drugs and snitch. Prosecutor said sarcastically, "That's weird, isn't it?" His mom testified she tried to get Billy to do that.

It is such a shame we didn't get to see and hear Jake and Angela testify and I especially regret not seeing the cross-examination and how they responded to that. I wonder how many thing they didn't remember on cross, because George sure has a lot of problem remembering convenient things and maybe this happened to the other two too.

Why would AW and JW lie, while under oath, that GWIV was involved knowing it could negate their plea deal?
MOO
How many people are going to say differently? .... AW and JW?....possibly BW (which is unknown at this time until his trial starts). IMO, it seems obvious that AW and JW are a team (for lack of a better term), and I posted after AW's testimony about how I felt AW and JW's testimonies were almost identical in regards to so many different things, sometimes so much so, that things they testified to were almost word for word, which IMO did not sit right with me, especially when we are to believe they did not allegedly know what was in each of their proffers. JMO, but I feel if JW had a choice to to try and throw his mom under the bus vs throwing GW under the bus, it would be GW and JW's way of doing this was to say GW didn't SHOOT anyone.

And just for clarification, I am in no way saying at this time that I believe GW is innocent. More so what I'm trying to say is that for the 1st time throughout this trial, I am having some doubts and am questioning my opinions/thoughts regarding whether GW was at the murder scenes or not. And again, I am very curious as to how GW is going to do with cross examine in regards to his answers, demeanor, facial expressions, etc. But as this current time as of this post (while defense is still questioning GW), I truly don't have a final opinion, yet.

This is all JMO.
