Back to “John Doe” for a moment. I’ve considered RW, also. Again, I don’t see the 4 clustered with Fred’ around the kitchen table discussing murderous plots, within earshot of anyone other than family.
Something makes me think BW has been a “pistol” his entire life & this time, he went too far. Someone close to him had finally reached his breaking point.
I’ll always maintain LE had at least BW under surveillance the day after the crime was discovered.

.....sorry, I referred to GW3 as BW (Billy) and I don’t want this misinterpreted and anyone thinking I referenced Bobby W.

Tersely, I bet GW3 has been a “pistol” his entire life & IMO, LE had him under surveillance by day 2.

Interesting. I know in my neck of the woods, anyone & I mean anyone can become a notary. Many do it hoping to make a slight income, some because their profession requires an on site notary and here, some do it because they are nosey.
I know a guy with a lengthy arrest record (no murders) is a notary for a courier company. He brings loan instruments & such to you, on behalf of the lender.

Yes, anyone can become a notary. It's quite easy, actually. No one should charge for this service either.

Regardless of the date on the document, ensure that your notarization is dated with the exact date that the signer appears before you;backdating or predating a notary certificate is NEVER permitted.

Just a contrarian thought, what if the "informant" (if there is indeed one to be found) is not the person who had "the most to gain or lose?" RN's involvement, ie forgery would be the easiest to prove and she had the least to gain. It is not as if she had "community prestige" or that she has a lot to lose. Sounds as if her financial situation and resources are the least secure of all the players. She may be the weakest link in the chain, hypothetically, of course.

He posted that within days before the killings he had met the Rhodens at a show and they spent time talking with him about one of his songs that is about smoking pot. They told him about their pot grow and invited him back to smoke weed woth them. He was unable to. Never heard of him. I think the pot is not even relevant in the grand scheme of things. Despite what was going on on The R farm, it didn’t give the Ws carte blanche to execute them.

IQ, many posters said RAW was NOT at any other arraignments. Since I’m unable to find him in any videos,
I think they are correct.

So, if he did NOT attend court for the other 4, it doesn’t speak volumes to me. It SCREAMS.

Idk if RN had as much knowledge of the crime as FW.
Something tells me as soon as news of the murders broke, FW & RAW had an “OH OH” moment. How could they not?
I guess we can only speculate right now, most evidence has been discussed & we have nothing new & may not for a long time.
I’m trying to refresh myself on some key points. But I’m not buying newspaper subscriptions so my research is limited.

It would also explain why RW made an effort to be seen from him when he entered the court room. She wanted to tell him she was there.

ETA : She must be looking for answers. If she knows her brother like my wife knows me, I bet she can read everything in his eyes and body language.

We may never know, the state can use some clever maneuvers to keep his identity private.
If “Doe” exists (I believe he does), the 4 know. Because they can sit back on their bunks & think about their group pow wow at Fred’s & recall who else was there. IMO
