Could that be relative to AW & JW’s both giving contradictory statements in media interviews?
Bet she wanted to whip his butt when this happened.
“Did you not listen to what I’ve been telling you, you’re gonna get us arrested.” I can hear her now.
Could that be relative to AW & JW’s both giving contradictory statements in media interviews?
Wasn't sure this was confirmed before. It appears that suspects actually made the silencers themselves as opposed to purchasing, or borrowing from someone else.
Are metal "fittings & pipe fabrication equipment/welders,etc" common items one would find on a large working horse farm? Did FW allow access to W4 family members to all her barns and workshops?
"That’s when authorities confirmed the existence of a homemade silencer they say was built by the suspects."
Homemade silencer last piece of evidence in Pike County murder case
I haven't heard anything, and unless it was after 5pm then it is definitely a horrible rumor. Facebook I assume?
Thank you! That’s what I’ve been doing wrong. I’ve been referencing the other Pike Co website.
12/14/2018 (29) DEFENDANT'S MOTION TO EXCLUDE VENIREPERSONS WHO CANNOT FAIRLY CONSIDER MITIGATING EVIDENCE AND/OR WHO WOULD AUTOMATICALLY VOTE FOR DEATH UPON A FINDING OF GUILT IN THE CULPABILITY PHASE FILED

You are absolutely correct. I should probably perfect the use of slangs and emogees.
Thank you for being a perfect example of internet speak. I have been skoooled. This is how I speak. I guess it is just my creative personality who can not resist the bolds, italics, underlining, capitalization, script size, emogees. It is just so much fun to use them. I feel like a robot typing this way. Yuck.
I had a niggling thing bothering me about silencers and your post made me track it down. It's from a magazine article about the murders published last summer, but I think I read it more recently:Wasn't sure this was confirmed before. eta, would love to view video cam of JW &G4 arrest. Is there a chance? I wonder if the had one of those pick-ups with a gun rack across the back window?

Not criticizing, (and my comments are not related to the photographer at all).
But does anyone else get the impression the photos look "off", a bit staged perhaps?
I see a very large structure but never more than a handful of "congregants" (from the group home?) Wouldn't there be more congregants in the pews on "picture day"? Could it have been just be an "illusion" for the tax break (503c)? JMO
Great recall SATCHIEI had a niggling thing bothering me about silencers and your post made me track it down. It's from a magazine article about the murders published last summer, but I think I read it more recently:Eight unsolved murders in Pike County, Ohio
Jumping off ya'll's post, and AW's data, from the link, at pikecountycpcourt.org, I noticed the ones re; mitigating factors;
Example:
He is asking that jury panel exclude those who won't consider mitigating evidence. Here is an interesting article about Mitigating Circumstances and the DP. There are questions at the end of the article.
If anyone reads the article, would you mind sharing your thoughts about the last question, re; Aileen Wuornos's case? and/or any thoughts on the other questions would be great too.

Pipe fabrication is the only thing we didn’t have on the farm.
It was another incident at the jail picked up by social media and got out of hand very fast. Sorry. I’m very careful with all the accusations flying that’s why I included it as a rumor.

But those charges would have to befil d in Federal District Court correct. So far we’ve heard no Federal charges.Great recall SATCHIE
Yes, I recall that article, especially the "legally registered to do" part. So, that is why I think ATF was involved from the git-go:
According to the ATF, silencer and other Title 2 firearm manufacturers must submit an application for the making and registering of a new firearm, pay a $200 manufacture tax per firearm and receive ATF approval before the creation of such a weapon. Individuals desiring to make a silencer must meet these conditions and obtain permission to act as a Title 2 firearm manufacturer beforehand.
Regulations for Making a Silencer
Bullets fired from a silencer can be very different in appearance than ones that are not. Detective 101 would have me asking ATF, "Who in the area is registered to manufacture a silencer."
I type on here like I think/speak too. I use a lot of commas because I try to make it read like it sounds in my head. Intonation, and, as you said, emphasis, are important, and can be easy to misunderstand w/only text to read, and no vocal tones, and facial expressions. I would love to have more emojis!I think they are helpful.
It’s never been stated FW partipiated (or not) in the revenge convo, correct? Only that it took place in her home with her in attendance (I picture them clustered around the kitchen table).
My point: if, during her GJ appearance she was asked if such a convo took place, she likely denied it. Why? Two reasons. IMO. One, she thought her home secure. Because she limited access to family or well trusted persons. Two, because she assumed her family to be waaaaaay up the **** creek & didn’t want to add to their problems.
I found these story lines interesting. Albeit, lengthy.
My child, the murderer
My sister told me he had been found guilty. I did think he'd walk away, but there was always a big doubt in the back of my mind – what if he's not innocent?
Should any of the 4 elect to go for jury trial, how far from P county do you think the trial will be held?
Moving to a dif’ county (venue) can pose a burden with the docket. I’m sure someone is already putting together a list of possible locations.

JMO, but I would say Columbus or Cincinnati. Maybe Chillicothe?
