This is my theory on the forged papers. I don't think anyone saw them, knew exactly what was on them or prove that they were forgeries UNTIL they could compare the documents (or lack of them) with recorded documents in Ohio. I believe they presented documents when they crossed into Canada. I believe a large part of the delay in crossing was Canada agents, taking the paperwork from the W4's and slipping into a back room and photo copying them! Voila....W4's were probably distracted by other things like vehicle searches and declarations etc. It would have been the first time Ohio investigators had any paperwork or docs to compare with originals or to see if they were indeed what they were proposed to be.

In reference to the Walmart discussions. The W's more than likely would go to the one in West Union which is approximately 15-18 miles from Peebles. Waverly is about 30 miles give or take, and Hillsboro maybe the same (30 miles). New Boston is also a possibility as it is on the way to where Angie's mom lives. (#52 East out of Portsmouth).

Or possibly multiple Wmarts.
If the Wmarts in Ohio are anything like the ones near me, there is not a chance you would be able to find all the sizes you need at just one store!

I heard them say” ( blonde Prosecutors name I forget it) told me they’re guilty as hell”. He said something referring to blood ( I think) evidence got them. That’s the best I was able to decipher out of it.


I called the Pike County Clerks Office and told them they had a hot mic and people all across the country heard them. They never turned it off but their conversation was then muffled.

The clerk said she couldn’t make sense of it due to noise in the office.

Not professional at all from any angle. There were over 700 people on line around that time.

JW seems ultra feminine to me. Idk if it’s his hair, his fine feature, long fingernails or what. He certainly looks dif’ than the other men In his family, IMO.

I think he can’t help his smirks, it’s a nervous reaction. He might feel “famous”, knowing he’s on TV. He’s used to getting his way & maybe isn’t aware of the severity of his situation. The Judge said something to the effect after introducing the first 2 for the record “ and Mr. ____________ has come on board today. Or has joined us today” I can’t recall. But it gave me the impression he was new. And I saw 3 at Prosecutors table in nov, but 2 at defense. Today the 3rd defense att was also not in camera that I observed. But I was paying attention to the camera guys and later to exactly what the judge was saying v

That had to be preapproved. Someone was notified they could bring him an outfit. Aunt RW, likely. Because everyone else with access to his wardrobe are locked up.

I hear ya. He looks absolutely nothing like any of the W’s I have seen.
However, I look like no one in my family, either. Everyone has dark hair/brown eyes, on both sides & I've always been the green eyed blonde.

For example, on the charge of murdering Kenneth Rhoden, they want to know if the state is accusing Wagner of having a firearm on his person or under his control, but not in his personal possession

The state has also turned over interviews of Jake Wagner, his mother Angela, his brother George and father Billy. The records show the first video interview of Jake Wagner was conducted on May 13, 2016 -- nearly a month after the murders. Angela Wagner was interviewed the same day.

This confirms LE was onto the W clan from early on. This confirms LEcwas onto them from the get go. If the first ViDEO interview was 05/13/16, there was a at least one non- recorded, less formal interview prior, I would think.
