No offense taken if someone can do this on a calendar format. I am trying to add new info in a different color. (I may run out of colors!) It appears W4's sent LE on wild goose chases and tried to implicate JManley, (Dana's brother). It always happened shortly after a W4 interview. (Are these "all the lies" which Sheriff Reader had referenced?)
I think LE fell for it, (or at least they wanted the W4's to think they fell for it.) JM's father was really angry and said, "I would bet my life my kids didn't do this."

I don’t think they “fell” for anything. Good police investigative procedure mandates they investigate every lead. Not only the leads they like, that make more sense, or leads they think will solve a case. Every lead, true, a lie, meant to deceive, or on the money, every single lead.

For me, if the interviews are noted as such, they were formal & conducted in the sterile office of LE. Jmo

I don’t think every Waggie interview has been disclosed yet. Still very early in the discovery process.

Right! How absurd. I don’t care what his reasons were. Just plain absurd.
There’s no law that step or half siblings must know each other.
A KY case I follow (Crystal Rogers), the Supreme Court rulers Crystals mom no longer can visit C’s minor child, per dads request. Oh, dad is number one suspect in a 3.5 year old missing woman/presumed dead case. Go figure.

O/T It's sad that she can no longer be in the child's life, but, she should have just enjoyed her time with the child and not brought up her suspicions of Dad. She'd still have connection with him that way. The child has lost his mother and grandfather, just love on him. It's wrong to poison a child against their family. If Dad is found to have done it, he'll poison himself.

Lol. Of course all evidence isn’t available for the defense yet. Heck, might take up to a year, to release all discovery.

Grrrrrr, last night, as I tried to sleep, I thought of something I needed to ask you. Can I remember, now? Of course not. It was about one of the Gs. Hmmmmmm

Yes, the CR case is unjust. Dads bro fired from PD, you prob’ know.

She is far to frightened of them after they coerced her into giving her son up. Any of the girls involved with either Waggie son is putting herself where Hanna is and being very careful not to be in danger.

She's not too frightened to take G4 to court for visitation after he took off to AK w/her son.

Charlie, you must know the family very well??? I read your earlier post about the Alaskan Xmas. I felt I was there.

I agree. Far too much personal knowledge. I think CG should get verified so we can ask more pointed questions of him/her. :D

So what do you think of it? I hope she is lying on parts of it, because if she is not....

I would not find her credible. MOO

Toothache story-NO

Exactly. However, I think B shall remain where he’s at, based on things I’ve read..........
People do change tho but B’s best interests must outweigh all things, imo. He has got to adjust to a normal routine, school schedule, etc.

Truck drivers make good money. It has been said JW quit because HMR was upset about him being gone too much. Why quit completely? Why not take short runs where you are home every night. Around my area they are begging for even short run truck drivers. I don't recall ever hearing who he drove for or who owned the truck. If he was running as an owner/operator driver, what happened to the truck? Was it sold? Repossessed? Where was he driving to and from? Diesel mechanics are in demand, too. Why not take a day job doing that if not driving truck. Something is odd about his work history and his brother's from what I've seen.
When I was his age, I had already had two back surgeries and still had a place of my own working general labor jobs. How was he even paying for his phone service or for gasoline? The property owner where they left their trailers said JW worked for him sometimes but it didn't sound like it was a regular part time job. Was he and his brother "sales reps" for CRsr and skimming or not turning over the profits? Did they maybe get in debt way over their head with CRsr doing that? Something is sketchy in my opinion...

I have friends/acquaintances who have made comfortable livings at truck driving but, as you have said, OTR took a toll on their health. It also takes them away from family for a spell. Folks around here even make money locally, transporting livestock to the yards, for cattle farmers. I was kinda being sarcastic seeing as how it does not appear that OTR and furry pigs were not paying the bills for the four Ws, but they lived kinda large. Idk what happened to them either. Maybe they were making good money but just blitzed through it really fast. I mean, they were buying a farm, putting up barns, fencing, had their own diesel truck and iirc, livestock trailer(s). A boo-coo of livestock on the farm, and it takes cash to feed those livestock, especially in the winter. They also had 4-wheelers, dirt bikes, and what appeared to be nice hunting gear. Maybe FW was funding it all? I don't see it, but could be.

I think it’s more lucrative if employed by a large firm. G3 reportedly draws SS/disability, correct? JW/S would have rec’d SS survivor benefits. Is this the only source of verifiable income for all of them? I know reports state the boys did mechanical work for their friend, I figured that was for cash in hand. After the arrests I recall Mrs. P., a local store owner reporting W’s stopped in frequently for subs & incidentals.

Personally, I THINK, if, trials are ever held, so much time has passed by then, the state won’t call a lot of personal/local witnesses. The murders were not witnessed by anyone & so their testimony would not be that relevant.
I’d expect more technical/expert witnesses. Every known relative/friend/acquaintance of 8 simply cannot be called.
That would serve no purpose.

Maybe to set a time frame, they may call the last witnesses, to talk to, or to see, the victims prior to the murders. I think that would be TR, KR, and CRob. Those who found the bodies may be called as witnesses to the aftermath. That may even include BJM's friends.

If you look at the court records for George his ex wife has filed for custody of little B since he has been in jail. In response George has asked for a mental evaluation to be done on her. So apparently even if he is in jail he does not want his ex wife to have custody of his son. Or he thinks she is not competent to have custody.

JMO

She filed before he was jailed.

These tactics would not work on me.

I was told point blank, to forget it, and I marched straight to my lawyers office and drug their self-righteous, fake, pious, selves into court. I didn't murder them... The thought of cold cocking one did cross my mind. :p

Agree. If any go to trial, I think trials can be quite speedy, if the Judge keeps things on track. I’m basing this only on what I “think” the state has. Sometimes, certain people are not called as witness. Not everyone is a wise choice, for either side.

Really, a plea for any suspect could come at any time. We, the public, are not notified of bargaining behind the scenes. All it takes is for the suspect to say “I don’t wanna die”, his attorney approaches the DA & Presto, CASE CLOSED. One down, three to go. Could be “follow the leader”. The boys can’t defer to their mom, for prob’ first time.

Was there not mention of a camera in a birdhouse at one of the R's properties that wasn't taken that night? From what I remember it was said there wasn't anything good enough to use. But, knowing what LE knows now, maybe something on it helped.

Yes, it was in the link. It may give them a height and shape range now though. If they do in fact have that footage. ;)

"Chris had one even in a bird house, one of those shell cameras. We ain't heard on none of that either. Kenneth had cameras all over that place where he lived," Manley said.

Family: Rhoden property had video cameras

Laughing at your description of your lawyer!

Made me think of another thing about these cases, so many are under the impression pros/defense are brutal enemies! Nothing is further from the truth.

If trials are held, I foresee so many problems. Starting with jury selection. I tend to believe Dimitrious (I think spelled right), a jury consultant. I think she said more often than not potential jurors present as tho they are auditioning! I see even more problems with witnesses & spectators.

I’m going on the record, I think JW will talk, if he hasn’t already. Seems to me his defense have a sense of urgency.
First one to talk will avoid the DP, IMO. Even if he goes to trial. Something makes me think G4 might be up a creek.

I also think JW will be the first to fall, start talking and take a deal. He is probably lost without his family advising him.

S would not recv benefits off of G3, and the boy's benis would have ran dry at 18. They'd only receive 50% of what he did too.

The boys had their own trucking company listed. Been looking for my link. They may have taken it down. It did not appear that they got a lot of runs but they may not have updated it either. JW did say he was away a lot during the week and after the murders he took a job close to home so he'd be home for S. It could have all been lies too. We just don't know yet.

His youth & general naïveté puts him firmly in his lawyers palm, IMO. All the lawyer has to do a few times is say something like: MOO

Well J, the state has some pretty incriminating evidence against you.......might be best to see what we need to do to get rid of the DP. You’re soooooooooooo young.

Or, send a super gorgeous paralegal to meet with him a few times.

It would mean the world to the R/Gs to hear him say “GUILTY”. That’s all they need, one word. IMO
