According to Special Prosecutor Canepa, threats (in regards to being arrested) were made by the Wagners in multiple conversations, with George 4 being the most vocal with these threats.

Likely LE had audio surveillance in FW's home. We know at least one conversation was in her home with her there.

Pretty incriminating even if they didn't confess to the murders.

Thank you. I didn't associate the two before. Just proves that two heads are better than one. I think Canepa has all of her ducks/evidence in a row and is ready to lay into all 6 of the defendants with a two-edged sword. Go Angela Canepa!

I sincerely hope I conveyed that I would expect nothing less than true justice via a court of law. HBJ is an ugly term, but alive and well. It’s a gang mentality with severe enmeshment within the family. It’s NOT ok to be someone’s judge, jury and executioner. I’m also not trying to dismiss these murders as simple HBJ. I started watching this case the very morning it happened. I’ve cried many a tear for the Rhoden family. I’ve had restless nights trying to understand how anyone could commit such a heinous crime. I’d started to lose hope that they’d ever be caught. I’m elated that the Ws were caught. I look forward to seeing justice served on each of them within a court of law. I didn’t mean to diminish the precious lives lost. jmo
STAREYES....bbm (great post.) I appreciate your contribution and totally concur, HBJ is an ugly term. It has no place in a civilized, informed and modern day society. I have the same loathing for gangs who kill people to prove allegiance, shoot at people who enter their turf or belong to a different group. When the vibe of one's tribe accepts violence as a normal conclusion to conflict, time to find a new tribe! Life is precious. If I sound "cranky & prudish," I am. This case defies everything that is supposed to be good: Families, babies & country living. Instead I see entitled bullies, angling for a fight and then killing innocents who dared to stand up to them. ("standing up to them" as in a family who refused to pushed around by the W4's.) The W4's refused to walk away...acting as if their way is the only way. (Got any idea where they developed that mind set?) They let their emotions fester and led to months of planning and a night murderous madness.

O/T Here is a very recent case, that is being called "Mountain Justice", instead of Hillbilly Justice. I've also heard it called "Creek Justice". The son of a murder victim, is accused of burglarizing, and burning down, the home, of the man, who is accused of murdering the son's father.

I don't see, at the current point in time, how HBJ would apply to the R/HHG murder case. I've not yet seen any evidence of harm, to the Ws, by the victims. I don't think the Rs/HHG were expecting anything like this to come down on them. If it was for control of the child, then that's a domestic situation. If it were over drugs, then that's drug-related deaths. Usually creek justice starts from something like the linked story, below, and retribution is sought against those who have committed the wrong.

‘Mountain justice’: After father is shot and killed, some question if son sought revenge with fire

There are many possible meanings but one meaning is death. It seems curious that it would be on his pistol finger tho. IMO, the number of notches on the tail could be important. This is all MOO. JMO. That tattoo seems like a possible trophy and/or a way to intimidate others. JMO. MOO.

Please remove any of this if it is not acceptable to post.

You won’t be seeing any gory photos if that’s what you’re anxiously anticipating
Dont wanna see the bodies, would like to see pics of the insides of the trailers. Would love to have access to all of the interviews LE conducted & full unredacted autopsy reports. The public has the right to obtain all of this, right? That's what I'm "anxiously anticipating".

The rico charges do appear to be related to the threats on LE because the John Doe and grandmas are there. So the pattern of corrupt activity was going to continue with other Victim's if they weren't stopped.

And John Doe is the informant? Do I have that right? TIA

I’m interested in everyone’s detailed opinion as to the thought process of the Fiendish Waggie 4. I’m trying to understand the most confusing portion of the murders.

With all the technology, with the manpower and intense determination of Sheriff Reader, the BCI, Governor Mike DEWine and the scores of others investigating this crime,

PLEASE SHARE YOUR THOUGHTS RE HOW IN THE WORLD THE Waggies EXPECTED TO GET AWAY WITH MURDERING 8 PEOPLE?

When I tried to plot the aftermath step by step, I ran into a LE solution/investigative technique that would have uncovered POI almost immediately.

And by the way, I believe the Waggies were POI within a very short time of the murders.

I honestly think their arrogance led them to believe their plan was flawless. I’m not sure if I think they’re all narcissistic or not. I think AW thought her military expertise helped them create the perfect murders. They went to elaborate measures (specific shoes, spying electronically, etc), yet they had to have made mistakes to become suspects. The move to Alaska didn’t help them. That move baffles me. I wish I knew their thought process on it. I think they couldn’t have made themselves look guiltier if they had skywritten ‘We Are Guilty’. That’s all JMO. I’d like to hear others thoughts on their plans as well.

And what might that "LE solution/investigative technique" be?

What is this military expertise she has that she used? Is there any link that shows what she did during her service?

We might see photos of the crime scene, but we won't see unredacted copies of the final autopsy reports. The Ohio Supreme Court ruled against that.

They spent months planning it out. Thought they had the perfect murder set up. And they may have, but some incriminated themselves after the fact. Shoulda just kept quiet and not talked about it. They got too confident especially when it still looked like they were targeting JM when they arrested him and he spent night in jail in Chillicothe. The W’s must’ve had some good laughs

The W’s did not mean to leave parts of a silencer behind. That was a big mistake. Especially when LE found the silencer on W property. That ties atleast one of the W’s to the crime scene. The rest probably incriminated themselves by talking about the murders aloud, even if in their own home.
Hacking and buying shoes and doing internet searches isn’t enough to prove murder. Remember Casey Anthony did a search about chokorfill or whatever he was. And she got off.

The excursion blood if that was victims blood found then I think they can tie AW to it since she sold it. GW4 incriminated himself by talking about revenged. JW may have filmed it or they found something that incriminated him whether video or audio device

I think the move to Alaska is part of the motive. That dream of moving to Alaska had been in the works for some time before the murders per the pastor in Alaska. The W's had visited AK numerous times and I think they dreamed of moving there and "living off the land" thus satisfying their desire to hunt and to alleviate their financial woes by getting rid of a house mortgage and other bills including utilities.

Something happened to accelerate that dream after their move off the FWF to the Peterson RD house. Maybe the reality of having to pay a house payment every month and paying for their own food and utilities?

I think when Jake and Hanna broke up and it became obvious she was not going to AK with them, therefore SW would not be going either, they first tried to get her to sign over rights to SW. When that didn't work they resorted to murder, killing 8 people. I think Jake and Angie were the driving force behind this. Jake because he hated Hanna for leaving him and having another man's child and Angie because no one was going to get in the way of her"Life Below Zero" dream.

I also think another part of that motive was revenge. I think that the W's started out with the plan of intimidating Hanna into signing over her parental rights. When that didn't go over murdering her was next. I think the plan to kill them all came after the rumored fight between Billy and Chris in which it was rumored that Chris won. It was a revenge and pride thing then. The W's took on the "wipe them all out" mentality of Anse Hatfield in which I think Billy was the driving force with prideful George backing him up all the way.

Thus involving all 4 of them in a massacre with each of the 4 having different motives for killing 8 people.

I think when HR was pushed to sign over SW the Rhodens pushed back. I just don't see her parents allowing anyone to bully her into doing something she didn't want to do. The Ws couldn't face them head-on because they are cowards of the highest level, so they killed them.

I still have questions about who all knew about the plot. They brought the grandmothers in after all. It took some stones to forge custody papers. I think it falls back on believing they were all smarter than anyone else

I think it was said parts to make a silencer and not a piece of the actual silencer. Parts or not, the lab results have some type of match from it that put the final puzzle piece in place and gave the green light for arrests. And it was never revealed where or how these parts were found.

Scroll down and you'll see the actual add selling the excursion. And you decide if this evidence list is real, posted by the guy who bought the excursion.
Evidence ?? or Hoax ??

Insightful post. Kenny, with only one gunshot through the eye and with money strewn from his knees down, screams cartel or drug deal gone bad.

So another possible motive for murdering all 8 could be to make it look cartel or like a drug hit.
I'm sure they knew Kenny had a M grow and that along with Chris and Frankie's grows, makes it look all drug related.

She said she drives it "dailey". With the mileage listed it was driven about 158 miles a day every day for six years.
