There is no playbook on how to act accordingly in these circumstances. Im not saying you are wrong, but you shouldn't condemn or criticize her actions. The only thing she is guilty of is being loyal to her fam. JMO,MOO

My apologies, but I'm not criticizing her. Just making observations. I do have some sympathy for her in that her life has been turned upside down, changed forever.

Most of my sympathy and concern is with the families of the victims, especially the little children growing up as orphans or without a parent. The hardships they've faced and continue to face. They're also having to take off time to attend these hearings, are also trying to put their lives back together, paying expensive legal bills, missing work, for having to defend themselves against false accusations by LE, etc. Little kids losing their homes and parents, having to start all over again, some in state custody. Having nightmares for the rest of their lives after having witnessed their parent's gory, brutal deaths.

JMO.

This will probably be the last time I discuss this. Thinking about defending the killers creates a negative emotions for me. Better to focus on seeing that the victims and their families get justice.

No problem, I'm sorry if I came off in the wrong manner. You are my favorite/most informative poster on this thread. I apologize

Wow. Only three of us would choose to live.
I would rather face the death penalty and get it over w/ instead of sitting in a cell basically in solitary for the rest of my existence.

Thus far, it seems to me:

JW is unphased. I assume his attorney advised him to get his hair cut & he chose otherwise. Iirc, he smiled in court & appeared well rested. He also seemed to enjoy being the center of attention, imo.

AW won’t acquiesce to her legal teams wishes, evidently.
Perhaps she’s still in “mom” mode, idk. She looked awful, imo & seemed fragile. Moo

G4 seemed pissed, imo. He did have a fresh hair cut, likely on the advice of his attorney & did dress appropriately, imo. In fact, he was over dressed, imo, for a quick hearing.
But, he made the effort ( RW shopped for him, imo).
He seemed “lazy” to me. Almost as if he exists in a state of ennui.

Jail is taking a toll on them, imo. And, we’ve only just begun,.....

All moo

Oh I’m sure he will be there, with his wife.
Jmo
Do you think he’s estranged from her?
I guess this must be taken as a rumor, like earlier posts regarding a potential inheritance, blah blah....but I know someone that lives very close to the unincarcerated son, he and his family enjoy a very close relationship with FW & RW. Based on what I’ve heard, I can easily speculate things are wonderful.

Sorry, hate to be the killjoy, but we can't post rumors at WS. We're all following these cases closely and would hate to see the thread shut down. TIA

If you have questions about what you can post, please contact a Mod. They'll be happy to answer your questions.

Lol, earlier, there was reference to ”rumor”, so I thought if we stated it as such we could. I edited. Ty

I haven't posted in a very long time, but have been following along from the beginning. In my opinion, I believe people will be shocked to one day discover details that little BR and SW will remember. (My now 16 yr. old remembers things from when he was 2-3 yrs. old.)
I truthfully hope that they all plead to LWOP, and that the Prosecution and families accept the plea. SW has already endured far more in her life than most of us can even imagine. Why make her have to go through appeal after appeal well into adulthood? If it goes to trial we know that will be a few years down the road. With DP on the table, we know there will be numerous appeals for each of the 4W. It makes no sense to me to peel open that wound over and over for SW.
She may never get closure or be able to truly heal from the brutality inflicted by her father, uncle and grandparents, but to drag out the finality of it with appeals seems just as cruel to me.

This is all JMO

I might also add that I hope that her Great grandparents and great aunts and uncles all consider the lingering affects on her and the other children if they face the decision to agree for a plea to be accepted.

Can you share where you saw her pic? The live stream I was watching today of GWIV's hearing didn't show her. Thanks[/QUOTE

Pike Co. suspect can have no contact with co-defendants

I hope this link copied ok. If it was RW it was before GWIV was brought in, just sitting alone behind where the defendant would be sitting

IMO: His hands said he was nervous but his facial expressions appeared the complete opposite to me. They may be innocent but I don't have nothing kind to say about the whole lot.

Both of those boys have a permanent expression of arrogance and contempt on their faces, IMO. We'll see if that changes over the course of their time in jail and the trials.
