Im new, so I need some clarification. What is considered information posted as fact? If I make a statement and do not include a link, I have to type "jmo" or "moo"?

Example of information posted as fact (or stating something as fact) would be saying "there was a fight and the door was kicked in". Members must provide (or at least be able to provide when asked by others), a link that supports both of those elements (one being that there was a fight, and two being that the door was kicked in).

IF it is in MSM that the door was kicked in, and a member THINKS that was the result of a fight (not a fact contained in MSM) the member must make it clear it is their opinion there was a fight that cause it by saying, for example, "I think there was a fight ..." (I believe, IMO, MOO, JMO, etc).

The reason Websleuths places such importance on this is because, sure as Somebody made little apples, next thing it is being quoted further down thread or in subsequent thread, that "oh yeah, there was a big fight and that's how the door got kicked in".

If that is clear as mud, message me and we can discuss off-thread.

Only ONE Rhoden home was treated for bedbugs. To say "the Rhodens were infested with bed bugs" is inferring that ALL of their homes were infested and that is clearly not the case. Don't trash the victims please. Here is the link that shows only one crime scene had to be exterminated.

JMO, I was defending the Rhoden s, I do not agree with the bed bug tale, I believe that the killers where doing all they could to make the Rhoden family look like white trash, anybody can get bedbug it's not worth all the trouble talking about it, I hate that someone thought they could play God and decide to take lifes, the young Rhoden s and Hannah Gilley had their whole life ahead of them just have a bunch of Bullying thugs to take it all away.

My last post on bedbugs. I'm putting them to bed. Idgad if they had them or not. It's their living quarters not mine. I didn't pay their bills. The part that's bbm is the part that I missed. Other folks are allowed their opinion though. They're allowed to not want to live beside a car parts yard, with vicious pit bulls, (Per LM), and grow ops. Some of ya'll probably wouldn't care for how I live my life... but, if I was found murdered, I bet you'd still hunt for the person who killed rsd1200. At the end of the day, I care about making sure the right people, who murdered these folks, goes to prison.

They didn't deserve to be murdered, but that doesn't mean that it erases who they were. They lived life the way they wanted. Folks keep calling them poor, but I don't see that. LM? Yes. I see poverty there. There were, what, at least five initial suspects, or more, who may have had a beef with them? I can only think of two folks who might want me dead. So we all have our faults. Some care more about the Rs faults than others. Like me, it doesn't bother me one way or the other that they had junked cars or bedbugs, that's why I can discuss it. I don't think the Rs nor HHG, would really care what outsiders, or anyone, would have thought of their lifestyles, their accomplishments, or their faults. I'd like to have seen someone tell CR1 to clear out his parts yard... Ain't no HOA round there, nor here. Thank Heaven.

I agree. My point is there is much more to who they were than the negative that keeps getting shared. I have a hard time understanding why some find negative to be necessary as it has nothing to do with the victims receiving justice. They weren’t killed because of how their property looked, or any of the other BS. I’m here for justice and the 8 lives lost. At the end of the day, all of our graves are the same size and we all leave this world with what we came in with. I’m done speaking on this because I believe who they were to be down to earth regular folks who lived life in Appalachia. Have a nice night.

Since investigators always look for shoe prints in order to identify the possible perps, as well as the number of perps involved, it makes sense. Remember Investigation 101: Once is an accident, two is a coincidence and three is a pattern....AND FOUR PAIRS OF IDENTICAL SHOES IS PREMEDITATION ON STEROIDS. (not screaming...just emphasis.) It is also an indication that all 4 of the W's walked (or planned to) on the property in commission of their attack. Can you imagine the shock investigators got when they were able to match up the purchase of 4 identical pairs of shoes to the W family? That had to be an AHA moment that left everyone shaking their heads in disbelief. IMO.
