I can name one person who has been known to write on articles of clothing. I am not saying it is that person though or that it even happened.

There was it seems a problem with someone's clothes on Monday. That's why Defense said there was no problem today with these clothes, he said they had checked them. So, it very much happened, we may hear something more in a day or two in the media.

EDT. I don't think it was the person writing on clothing on Monday.

I thought GW4 looked extremely nervous today. He was wringing his hands and did not have the same cocky attitude as JW.

I thought he was walking very strangely. Like his back was hurting or something.

But I agree. He was nervous and scared.

So given the timeline that Betty posted, what is everyone's general consensus on when LE zeroed in on the Waggies? I dont have a link on hand, but I remember Dewine saying something along the lines of there was a major development about a month before the searches. The media asked him why the zeroed in on the Waggies properties & he said they had made progress on the case in the previous month. That wasn't Dewines exact quote, but it was along those lines. I believe that something happened in April 17 that turned the tide. Obviously it wasn't as concrete as the Silencer or parts discovered on 10/30, but something of great significance as far as circumstantial evidence. JMO

I will do some research this afternoon and come back w/ a more detailed post w/ links.

I think initial contact was made within 24 hours. They had to verify S was safe, not missing, etc. not a formal interview, but a “knock knock, how ya doin, how is baby S, gee you got any idea who massacred her family”. Hope that first contact was captured on video cam. Did they act startled upon hearing the news? Every interaction between the W’s does not have to documented., IMO. If called to the station, that is a formal on the record interview. In P county, local LE probably bumped into
People they'd interviewed all the time, maybe chatting for a sec.
anyone know if GJ meets at the courthouse in P county? In my county, they do not. They meet at hotels or an office suite/banquet facility. It’s safer. If not & I wanted to know the identity of a GJ or a witness, I could sit on a bench outside the CH in the parking lot & watch comings and goings.

Hello...New poster but have been following this for awhile. Not from the area but this case is intriguing. First, I would like to commend Betty on the timeline...It will definitely be helpful down the road. I would just like to comment on today's hearing. The prosecutor brought to the Court's attention that the
Defendant was in civilian clothes. IMO this may have been because there has not been a motion filed for that request, or maybe there has been and not ruled on yet. Either way his attorney wanted to make sure that the Court knew the clothing had been checked...IMO

At this stage of the game their attire is irrelevant, imo.
What dif does it make if one can don their preferred jeans if they are still chained?

It came from someone who supposedly was told that by JW or GWIV. They may have been feeding him a line of BS, too..
It was the FW Farm...

I say BS or Pig S.

I thought that might be her, and i have actually sen her a few other places around and she looks so lost and i do feel very badly for her. I am also family of someone in the prison system and thankfully they did not kill anyone but you just feel as though everyone looks at you different now, even though you had nothing what so ever to do with what they did to get sentenced to prison, however that person is someone you have loved dearly and you can't just stop loving them, it is a horrible situation to be in.

Can you share where you saw her pic? The live stream I was watching today of GWIV's hearing didn't show her. Thanks

He had half a house in his name. More importantly his grandfather W was likely starting to ail several years before his death. They'd have maybe been making sure their assets were safe from divorces in the future.
I'm just speculating, not that knowledgeable about what the Uber-rich might do to protect assets.
But I do know---if I were HR it might grate my grits.

Gracie, there’s instruments available that afford FW the opp’ to control FWF from her grave. I’m assuming her atty
has a well written trust for FWF. My guess is that it will never be sold, at least for 100 years. She might prefer heirs WORK, continue raising animals, rather then divvying up acreage, selling plats & burning thru the proceeds.
Love her or hate her, she’s a savvy biz woman.
If no trust exists & she planned to give J & 4 her farm, upon her death, she surely got her atty on the phone the moment they were arrested. IMO, any chatter J or 4 had was them bragging to a friend, implying they are wealthy. Idk if they are. FW evidently is comfortable.
All moo

He looked very angry IMO, as usual, and his attorneys still haven't taught him good manners. He still doesn't address the Judge as "Your Honor," and even butted in with his answers before the Judge finished the questions. Whoa...big mistake...sounded like his Daddy. JMO

I interpreted his demeanor as 5 times more P'oed than at his first appearance. Very angry. JMO

He looked like he was trying to keep it together, today. It could be where he's shaved his beard too. Makes him look a lil younger.

Looked as if he'd lost a bit of weight, too.

Here's a video of today's hearing

News video from today

ETA: Len Manley is all smiles, RW looks like she's not getting much sleep - bags under her eyes, standing with AW's brother.

Agree, GW4 looks kind of angry. We know he's a killer of 8 people, so it's fair to say he looks like a dangerous person. Fidgety, looking around, he strikes me as one most likely to try to make an escape during one of his trips outside the jail house. Guards better watch him closely.

Judge Deering looks like he has a bad back or something similar, the way sits down so awkwardly. Hope he's ok. GW4's attorney Knight looks like a nice, friendly guy, he's lucky to have him.
