I don’t know if she is guilty of lying or not yet, but the charge is over one lie. If the bpv was purchased for the murders why only two and not four. I think they are basically arguing over when they were purchased. Jmo

Maybe her son and grandson were the ones who planned to do most of the shooting. I'm wondering what they told her. Did they tell her they needed the BPV's for target practice or deer hunting? Even if they lied to her about the reason for the purchase, why would she lie to the GJ about buying the BPV's and having them in the house?

yea, then if they don’t return an indictment, the DA goes to GJ again, with more, again.....sonon, until they get an indictment. Moo.

IMO, Irrelevant here. No "IF" about it. They got indictments. Strong ones.

Sheriff Reader

"This criminal activity, Reader said, was “minute” compared to their slaughter.

Regardless of their lifestyle, they were human beings,” he said. "

Human beings who didn't harm the W's and who didn't deserve to be slaughtered by them while they slept.

With regard to the charges only related to the perjury, and people questioning the lack of “revenge” charges. The simple act of listening to a conversation isn’t a crime. Possibly even saying they intend to hurt someone in revenge isn’t a crime. Actions are crimes, speech is protected. IMO

It’s not a crime to fail to report a crime or the planning of a crime. Unless you’re in a position with “duty” to report.
If I tell you I’m robbing John Doe gas station at midnight, you can’t be arrested for not reporting me. Obviously, I might not even mean it. Jmo

Listening to a crime being planned and not reporting it to LE might be a crime. Planning to kill the Ohio AG and county sheriff would be considered a crime in most places. JMO

I don’t know why she would lie, she seems like a smart lady so I can’t say I think she didn’t realize what the bpv were, but I don’t know yet she intentionally lied about them or that what she stated wasn’t the truth Jmo

May I ask the relevance of this, other than to bash the victims one more time about something they never were allowed to be charged with?

Now I'm more curious than ever as to what goes on at Crystal Springs & her "church". I found it very interesting the judge wanted more information on both before ruling on her request. She really hadn't been to CS in 3 years, now she "needs" to go there now to "manage day to day emergencies"? What or who is there?

But can’t you be charged if you know something is going to happen and it does and you don’t report it. Jmo I was thinking I have seen people charged with this before.

FW hasn't been charged with anything for sitting in on the murder plan. Are you an attorney? I'm not. Why don't we ask one here? Charges or no, it reflects very, very badly on FW. Very badly.

@gitana1

Hi gitana1!

If you have a minute, could you tell us whether it is a crime for someone to be in a group, listening to them plan a crime, but not doing anything to report or stop it? TIA

We're referring to the Special Prosecutor in the Rhoden Family murder case saying that the grandmother of the Wagner family (alleged killers) was heard sitting in on a meeting in which family members made plans to kill, among others, Ohio's AG Mike DeWine and Pike County Sheriff Charles Reader.

Thanks for your help! We always appreciate your assistance.

If I were le or the prosecutor I would ask “do u know if the vests were here the night of the murders?”.
Would be extremely difficult to prove she knew the location of the bpv the night in question. JMO

May I ask what "Moo" stands for, please? For some reason, I always envision cows. No joke intended.

My opinion only.

Yes, it sounds like a dairy farm.

Can you please share what you are discussing?

The cover letter to FW Discovery paperwork. It lists the amount of purchases from Amazon, but no details.

Did she buy them? I can’t find info that she did.
I thought the prosecutor said she lied about the BPVs found in her sons room.

Discussing the fights, or lack of, on UHR made me think of things that may have caused dissension between the R/W’s.

Roosters?

Considering AG DeWine said the murders were about custody battles and nothing else, it doesn't sound like any of that old stuff is relevant.

I think so.

I could see a scenario of purchases via Amazon going back to 2014 followed by, "I didn't purchase that, my account must have been hacked."
