Do you know anything about some 8 year plea deal mentioned on here for Rita? What is that all about? 8 years? Did she rob a bank too? Supposedly Junk mentioned it and it was over heard?

Yes. That is crazy. Violent first time offenders get less.

They mentioned an 8 year sentence but I was unable to hear if it was for Rita or for someone else. That is why I asked other posters if they heard it and were they able to make out if they were talking about an 8 year plea deal for Rita. Sorry for any confusion.

I can’t imagine her atty having casual convo about a plea.
She can’t plea until he has discovery, imo. That would be unusual. How would she know what they have? Jmo

JMO, it's less important about whether the vendor followed the rules in selling BPV's to her. It's more about when and why and who purchased them and why she lied about her son and grandson owning them.

Iirc, most of her charges have very little sentences, if convicted. I would need to pull up indictment to be certain. Concurrently, I’m guessing a year, minus time served on house arrest. Jmo

Yes, but her attorney said she may not have heard the question correctly because she can't hear well. He was referring directly to the question she is accused of lying to the GJ about (in July). This was from her pretrial hearing today.

Oh, you meant she would have or should have had a device at that time? Idk if she has a hearing issue, it’s been suggested on here G3 & 4 might. I think some assume they do because of their demeanor during hearings.

About the revenge talk, yes, FW is being accused of having been there. Prosecutor: "on at least one occasion...in which she was present along with her now capitol crime defendants (the 4 Wagners.)

... The State does have concerns about her participation in those conversations and potential efforts coordinating any of those sorts of efforts".

Yes, snug fit is necessary, imo.
Really, BPVs are not uncommon, people might be surprised how many own them & for what purpose.
During hunting season, I’m almost paranoid to walk out my door w/o one, if I’m at my vacay home in MI.

Lying about her son owning a bullet proof vest is not related to the murders and it’s not even illegal to own a vest. What am I missing here? Unless there’s victim blood on the vest, then they don’t have a too lot on FW
