Hiya RSD1200, bbm I highlighted your comment because you bring up something I have been thinking about for a few months about JW's claim of legal bill 4 times greater than he anticipated.
First of all, it would have been obvious the Mother of the child was "underage" if he was required to provide a birth certificate for S and HMR, right?? Did it ever occur to anyone that a FALSE DATE OF BIRTH was provided to the attorney, for either S's d.o.b or HMR's d.o.b and the attorney found out when HMR's death certificate was produced? JW already knew he would be asked questions about HMR's age.....and I think he tried to hide it when he submitted the docs. (If he were my client and I found out he lied about "age"....I'd charge 4 times more to refile the corrected documents!) I just have to say, I'm getting the feeling JW doesn't always disclose all the information in a truthful manner. Perhaps he told the attorney, "She told me she was 16 years old....I am absolutely shocked! She lied? Oh, poor me....and now I have a daughter to raise, all by myself."
Just using my imagination and "what-if" scenarios.
Because there has to be a reason he is being "squeezed" on the issue now. I think that has been "the real elephant in the room."

I could be very wrong, but I don't think HMR's age was a factor to any of the parties, deceased/nor living.

IMO I feel that Rita knew what was going to happen when she notarized the forged papers. What would have happened if Hanna had not been killed and those papers were filed at the courthouse? Obviously Hanna would find out and then what? Rita knew that. Rita knew she would then be arrested for it. But if Hanna and her family were not around to contest it then she could possibly get away with it. MOO

An excellent point and one that proves Rita knew Hanna wouldn't be around to call her out on forging her signature. IMO a lot more about Rita and Fred are going to come out before this is over. I think Fred is in it up to her snood and Rita knew everything 19 days before.

Jmo I agree they didn’t switch to W until April/May 2017, but then you have another year and half. That is a long time. Several pieces mentioned in the discovery was recovered in May 2017. Jmo

Yes, but the W's had sold their property and moved to AK. They had given property away or taken it with them. It was very difficult for LE to question or observe them. And yeah, the year long delay gave them a lot of time to get rid of evidence. Still SMH that LE didn't focus on W's sooner. JW was the last person to see HMR alive, in a custody battle, and was changing his story and lying about the timeline.

I'm sure there will be DNA, ballistics, cell phone/text message, likely fingerprint evidence and probably blood evidence in the vehicles used by the Ws. JMO, that will be enough.

Don't forget footprints in victims' blood from shoes bought by the Wags at Walmart, later discarded. Probably had some blood evidence on those BPV's too. Doubt they threw those away, too expensive. How will they explain away having Chris Sr or Frankie or Hannah Gilley's blood on their BPVs?

Because they decided to go all "Hollywood" in creating gory, theatrical bloodbaths at each murder scene, they ended up with their victim's blood, tissue, etc all over themselves, their weapons, their clothing, their vehicles, etc.

Ok I have been jumping in and out, so forgive me if this has already been disproven. But is it possible that jw went and got little s on the day of the murders? In turn causing HMR to call her mother at work?( explaining the upsetting phone call? And then the wags returned latter that night to murder everyone? I’m sorry if I missed the discussion on this as I have been preoccupied with other cases. Just curious if we have any finite answers about the timeline yet? Thx in advance

Myland I understand that you are having a hard time believing the W's are responsible. But consider this. This is the biggest case in Ohio history. The biggest case of DeWine, Junk, and Readers careers. International media attention. Voters demanding answers. Cameras stuck in their faces at the first whiff of a press release.

Do you really believe that three politically aggressive men would risk their great careers by arresting the W's on evidence so flimsy they couldn't get a jury conviction? Remember DeWine is governor now with a whole lot more to lose and maybe a bid for the White House in his future. Do you seriously believe he would get up and give that big speech in front of the entire world if he didn't have all the concrete evidence he needed to get convictions?

Let's consider how that would look if he did that. Let's say it comes out at trial that DeWine doesn't have squat in the way of evidence and the W's all walk. How would that look to the voters in this country if he made a bid for the White House in the future? I can tell you how he would look to this voter. Incompetent. A joke. To a whole lot of other voters too. And do you imagine that the press would not jump all over that in an election? Think about what happened in the 2016 election.

No I think DeWine had all the concrete evidence he needed for a slam dunk case before he arrested the W's. That is why he waited 2 1/2 years to do it.

I am not disputing your right to believe in innocent until proven guilty, I am just giving you some food for thought.

Old Sparky was retired in 1963 so it's lethal injection if they get the DP. Well all DP's are on hold for now in Ohio anyway since Dewine wants a better cocktail for killers, one that is "more humane." .

Yep, I suppose the victims just might have preferred humane deaths too, but they had no say in it.

Reason being, there's a red sports car in Chris Srs front yard, that used to be Gary's . He clipped the front end, parked it, and I thought he was driving the blue one. Only an opinion...Also, I've heard the blue car wouldn't start, causing some u expected issues that night. Keyword "heard" so, not a fact by any means. I have no answer, but that "upsetting phone call" has haunted me this whole time.

Glad there has been an arrest in this case, but nothing will ever bring back that family. Justice may be served, but there can be no restitution.

I thought it might be Jake, but honestly, with the blur, the reflection and the hat, it could be any of the three of them, or someone else entirely. Did Jake ever have a beard like that that we know of? He had a stubbly thing going on at one point, but that looks like a fully-grown beard.

The man sitting by the bed looks like CRSR, JMO. The main reason I think this is because the hat looks exactly like the one CRSR wore in HR's FB pic of CRSR holding little Sophia up to a ceiling fan. Looks just alike. JMO
