The middle son, his ex wife, their child being in his sole custody because of an act of the child being found with a drug in their system. Does anyone have this citation or article handy so as I can read it for myself?

Yes. If it were I, I know I would. Angela stands to inherit her father’s home and estate and Billy is one of three heirs to what Freddie will leave behind. I’d file a civil suit and sue until I couldn’t sue anymore.

If it was found at the Peterson property wouldn't it have definitely been listed on Jake's discovery, being as he was a co-owner?

I'm pretty sure someone else on here mentioned the same thing. All in all Jake's attorneys will get everything, if not now then in another batch of evidence.

This is a death penalty case with 8 victims and those prosecutors are turning over a ton load of evidence. No way are they going to hold back and give any room for the defendants to win an appeal.

In addition to recordings of 13 interviews, prosecutors have turned over hundreds of photos and a 3D scan from each scene, as well as diagrams showing ballistic, biological and other evidence; more than 100 aerial photos; autopsy reports and X-rays of all eight victims; photos of a child of one of the victims taken at the hospital the day of the killings; photos from a property searched by investigators, including a photo of a burnt VCR and items found in a well; cell tower records; a "Boondock Saints" video clip; custody messages; Facebook screenshots; photos from other searches performed by investigators; a photo of George Wagner's tattoo; a gun list; a Walmart receipt and more.

Altogether, that's more than 5,000 pages of evidence so far, plus the videos, audio files and 3D scans. Mark Collins, Billy Wagner's defense attorney, previously said it was 30 GB of digital material, and just the "first chunk" of what they're expecting from prosecutors.

There is a reason that the oldest son of FW doesn’t have anything to do with their business, he bought his own horse farm and stays his distance from them. JMO I believe that FW and her husband got their way when they wanted something that how GW3 was raised and when he got old enough to be the muscles for the family FW had him as the leg breaker, FW is just as much quilting as the ones that pulled the trigger. The six month old and six week old were placed with family. MG, their aunt, and CG, had asked for custody them, early on. Idk about BvnW. He may be placed w/his mother. ;

CG is so confident that he is K's dad that he and an older sister, MG, have rented a four-bedroom house. They have painted it and fixed it up in hopes they will bring K home one day soon along with RR, he said. It's even near a daycare and not far from their jobs, he said.

Here is a very good article about the custody that @rsd1200 just posted. The drug situation is just rumor and shouldn't be discussed.

I’m not sure. The Wags do seem to have some amount of common sense. Anyone who’s raised children or knows anything about children, knows that children do and will repeat things that they overhear.

George 4 had full custody of his son. Jake had his daughter 50% of the time alternating weeks with HR.

George 3 and Chris Sr. fixed cars and I think I read they did some business together with cars but do not take this as fact unless I can find proof. I'm trying to be careful to not get fact and rumor mixed together, so it's just my 2 cents ONLY.

Angela stated that GW3 and Chris Sr. were like brothers. The 2 families had a friendship going back a number of years. I saw a photo of the 2 families together from several years ago.

Join the club. Many posters on here have been trying to figure out the business relationship between the 2 men.

There was an undercurrent of drugs so that is a possibility, but it's just guesswork at this point.

I do not know that it has ever been said as to what business it was supposed to be. But then, CRsr is not here to refute that statement, either...

The W's told many lies per LE.

We don't know if she was being truthful when she said that CR and BW were best friends or like brothers. I have never heard LE confirm that they were in any business together. Obviously, the families would know each other somewhat because of HR and SW.

I thought BW was in the trucking business plus his stealing business.

MOO...speculation ….my thoughts have been running along the line of illegal business partnership (In no way makes anyone 'bad' perse) with the safe and the money strewn on KR... with comments made about CRsr and KR being involved in the grow operations....that is where my mind is headed. I have no proof and am just trying to make sense of the three. This is all speculation on my part and just thoughts...MOO

MOO added to this … if they were in a 'legitimate' business together, in a legal partnership, then BW et family wouldn't have moved and BW would have to either tie loose ends up for the business before he moved or stay and continue running said business and there would be mention of this. A Partner just doesn't pick up and leave the business in the event that that partner becomes deceased during that business unless it was broken up prior to the party becoming deceased.

The money on Kenny was amateurs staging the crime scene to make it look like Kenny owed a drug debt. DeWine/Reader made it clear that the suspects tampered with the crime scenes.

It was a year before the Wagners moved. If Chris Sr. and Billy were doing business together it obviously soured and stopped, considering Billy plotted for 4 months to get rid of Chris.

Their business dealings would likely have been off the record, the Wagners filed for bankruptcy in 2001 or 2002 and only had $500 plus in social security coming in. Fred paid Billy under the table it appears. Angie took customer's phone calls for Fred and probably was also paid under the table.

Their assets were listed at about $2,500, and their liabilities at about $10,000, including almost $2,500 owed to Sears for clothing, $500 in medical bills and $325 in unpaid utility bills.

Their only monthly income listed was $530 in Social Security payments and $389 in food stamps.
