I think it would be helpful to have a separate thread for each person's trial. Since all trials will be individual, it would be easier to track each in their own thread. Easier to search and keep up to date. All six together is going to be overwhelming.

Could be the Wagners stole money (obviously not a lot) from CR1, GR, KR and other victims. I don't think the bills DR mentioned were $1,000 denomination.

All DS said was dollar bills were thrown on his legs from the knees down. The Daily Mail said it was $1000 but I don't think DS ever said that.

Marijuana is legal in Ohio. Unfortunately, the growers/sellers that the state selected are all wealthy people. The wealthy aren't judged yet the working poor are judged harshly by some (not you) for trying to make ends meet.

I could write a short story on things I know to be true, but what purpose would it serve? I am not here to put their personal lives on full blast, so nope, not going there. Rest in peace is my prayer for them now, and hopefully justice will come for the 8 plus all of the lives they left behind.. especially those wee little ones.

I am in no way judging them. Yes I have spent more than once drinking and firing one up with "some" of them. No big deal IMO. Did you know the families? They fished, they 4 wheeled, they derbied, they hunted, they fought but were men enough to not hold grudges after the fact.

Yes the family was all close and very proud people. Just common everyday folks. We have Hillbillys, but they were Mountainwilliams *standing joke here*. They had a little more. Ha Ha.

It's all good and I just wish this was over with.

I didn't see the post as judging either and also see them as a family that cared for one another and enjoyed living life and having fun.
My question in what they may have had in common was also not intended as judgement. Kenneth wasn't in the homes with the other victims that night. That is why I wondered about interestections with the W's. What made him part of the vicious plan? I don't anticipate we will know until trials. I recognize custody is a key component of this case, but I'm still not of the belief it is the only component.

Random questions I ponder:
Were BW and CSR as close as AW reported? What changed? If they were close, were AW and Dana close? Could AW have been jealous of Dana? Could Dana and CSR getting back together have impacted things?

My opinion is somewhere in all these relationship dynamics it seems there was more going on than just HR and Jake. Friends/former friends/enemies etc.

AW and G3, have only two sons, G4 and JW, the former being the eldest. G4 & his ex-wife, were married Nov 2012. Neither listed prior marriages. Their only child was born the following year, 2015, about nine months later. G4 filed for divorce, Nov. 26, 2014. The marriage was dissolved, Jan. 2015.

T remarried, and then had another child, w/her new husband. There was something stated about the youngest child, on a crowdfunding site, re; the youngest child, becoming ill. I think it is against TOS to go any further than that, so I'll stop there.

I had initially thought, that G4 had stayed behind, in AK, when the other three came back to Ohio, around Sept. of 2018. However, G4 had to sign for the cert. mail documents, re;motion for visitation changes, that were sent to him, around the end of Sept. (9/28), and that were served to G4 by 10/11/2018.

The brothers seem to all be different from what I've read. CRsr and KR seem to have been the only two into cars and growing pot but even those two were different in a lot of ways.. TR, KR, and CRsr all seemed to be able to fix about anything needing fixed in and around houses. It seems CRsr was more of a carpenter than KR when it came to building things. Just my opinions only...
