But Cleveland.com reported it as if they saw it happen or as if someone gave them a first person account of FW's testimony. If there was a hearing in the Courthouse last Friday, it should have been open to the public and all news media. Big red flag on this news story, but I'm glad some of this stuff is coming out. It helps us to see the big picture, who the players are and which side they're on. And this major daily news outlet with close ties to DeWine is on the side of the Wagners. JMO

This sounds bogus, JMO.
They also just quoted testimony from the GJ or some other hearing, which is a clear violation of the gag order. All conveniently just prior to Fred Wagner's next pre-trial hearing. She and her handlers placed this story very well; that's definitely a professional PR job. Someone crafted this interview to expose bits of exculpating evidence, while spending a lot of assets to get it placed in a newspaper with a dubious reputation, on the brink of financial disaster.

I wonder if this means they're hoping to get the trials relocated to Cuyahoga County, so are softening up the local jury pool. JMO
