Let’s just say it’s a lie and Fredericka attorney doesn’t have the receipts to prove when and where purchases for the bpv was, then Fredericka will not win in trial with that defense, but if it is true and they have the receipts to prove they were purchased through PayPal from eBay then it sounds like it may have been a mistake to say amazon instead of eBay. After two years and hours of question before the grand jury mixing up amazon and eBay could happen Jmo

The gag order was the one the judge issued at the very first pre-trial hearing.

I think I'll wait to hear the actual evidence, not Fred Wagner's version of it. I'll believe it when I see it in a verified transcript of the GJ testimony or video of the same.

I'm surprised anyone would take her word for what she said or didn't say to prosecutors. She's not in a courtroom or under oath. Her offspring and grandchildren are on trial for murdering 8 innocent people. She may have known about it. Why would anyone believe her?

Shame on Cleveland.com for running a propaganda story to help exonerate the mother of a family of bloodthirsty killers.

Did something take place in Pike County Common Pleas Court last Friday that we haven't heard about? Was there a hearing that wasn't open to the public? How often do these secret hearings happen? We know the FW's defense filed a motion about this last Friday. This hearing wasn't covered in the news last Friday. Was the news media there? How did the Plain Dealer get this information?

Yes, sounds like Fred has an expert PR consultant with political experience. Wonder who is paying for that? Those people are quite expensive. One would think anyone who could afford that could also afford to pay the attorney fees for their family members.

Reading the Dayton Daily News article, I got the feeling they were trying to present facts objectively and avoided including too much of FW's sympathy schtick. But prior to this, Plain Dealer provided very little coverage of this case. Very little. So this big profile of FW is very unusual.

Jmo I went back and listened to hearing today and both charges were only related to the lie about purchases of vest. Same questions and used two different charges. Towards the end of hearing they talk about gag order and judge asked for written argument from state but no decision given during that hearing. This was Fredericka’s last hearing jmo

In honor of St. Patrick's Day I'm sharing one of my favorite expressions. Obviously Fred must like it as well............

I'm still trying to wrap my head around this mornings The Plain Dealer article. I guess at this point, nothing should surprise me.

Does anyone think the timing of last Friday’s “Motion to Dismiss Indictment” was a coincidental prelude to today’s feature article on FW?

No verifiable facts in that story, just spin, and theatrics. Could easily be fiction. Possibly unrelated facts woven together by FW and her attorney into a story.

All we know for fact is there are two BPV's in evidence and documentation from Amazon (it's content and relevance unknown) and that FW perjured herself in her GJ testimony. We have no idea how those facts might actually be related in the Indictment.

I have a hard time believing that AC and her team have made such a glaring mistake on receipts. AC is too sharp. But in the meantime, FW has gotten her publicity machine going and there is no one that can challenge her version of the story because they are under a gag order. On the surface, the Prosecution was made to look foolish and I guess that was the intent of the article.

Rather than dismissing the current count of Obstructing Justice, I think I’d add another count for discussing her Grand Jury testimony again in this interview.

I did not believe a word she said. That bit about it being terrorists struck me wrong. Terrorism is a very real threat here in the US and the fact that she is saying ISIS targeted four houses of one family is totally ludicrous. You want to talk about insults? Her claiming terrorists killed the R's is an insult to everyone who's family has been killed in a terrorist attack.
