IMO it would be be quite difficult for the defense to try and use the possibility for Billy having TBI and/or only a 7th grade education as a defense as Dewine and Reader have said...."the killings were well-planned, sophisticated and methodical...." and Billy and the other 3 are of course all charged with the same charges (except the 1 added charge of JW's). But I suppose anything is possible......

I don't see it either, he doesn't have to have been the "mastermind" to have played a role. Most everyone with a 7th grade education knows that it is not okay to murder people.

True. If the evidence shows he was present, handled weapons used to kill the Rhodens, etc., then he's guilty. The only exception would be if he wasn't aware that whatever actions he took to help kill the Rhodens was illegal or didn't realize the actions would result in the victims death. That doesn't seem likely.

Frankly, he appears to be of normal intelligence. He's capable of driving vehicles, taking care of horses, be an avid hunter, tracking animals, working on cars, etc. His skills and intelligence seem average at minimum.

I meant his sleeping conditions (and getting a little more privacy) with just 1 bunk mate are better than this......If I had to live like this I would ask for solitary. I wonder what GW4's bunk mate situation is? Considering he wants to be in solitary. Your bunk mate situation is one of the most important things. However, if your in there for a long time you will get a revolving door of bunk mates. Some you will hate to see go, and some you can't see them leave soon enough.

He (GW4) is single cell but in a pod, so it's overly LOUD in there. IMO he won't get back to solitary on the reasoning he gave UNLESS he has a 1 on 1 with GL *Sheriff* and explains it better.

I haven't found much about #28 other than it is most likely made in Israel and could possibly be drop shipped directly from there from the Ebay seller to the buyer.

The most important one seems to be the other one with the label/date from Spartan. There is tons of information available about this company, as you know. This company started from thetargetman.com and these vests are made in Tucson and have a shelf life of about 5 years. What is the likelihood FW placed an order for one vest on May 7, 2016 and they shipped her one with a manufactured date of April 29, 2016? Was this company that far behind in manufacturing? If so, there was something rotten either AZ or OH or both. All JMO.

I do believe that AC very well knows what she is doing and is steps ahead of FW and Owen. I can hardly wait until the 28th to see FW squirm and fiddle with her coat and tuck every evil hair on her head behind her ears and under the veil like she did in her January appearance in court.

I find it amusing that no one has asked her where she got her expertise in bullet proof vests and specifically who helped her order the items of utmost detail. JMO....if she can't even remember who she's ordering from, how can she remember the minute details of what to order?

You can't tell a lot of times, that someone has a tbi. A tbi does not necessarily affect your intelligence. They just might go about things differently, slower, have memory issues, etc... Post-injury personality changes are not uncommon either.

Perhaps, but I don't think he'll be able to argue that he didn't know right from wrong, or that he didn't realize shooting someone in the head would result in their death. Given his hunting and tracking skills, it seems very possible he participated in the planning of these horrific murders.

I wouldn't be able to tell unless I personally met him, and spoke to him. As I said, I don't think it will work. Even folks with TBIs know that murder is wrong. I just find the possibility that they used a movie to pull off what they did, as juvenile. Hence, equal to someone of a possibly stunted intellect, or lower IQ. Without seeing the results of an exam it's just me theorizing because I am interested in "the brain". It's our "hard drive", so to speak. I can dig into a computer's "brain", to find what caused it to "glitch", but not a human one.

Agree, that's a very tight timeline, especially if they were made outside the US. I've not ordered too many things from overseas via Ebay, but the times I did, the shipping took at least a couple of weeks, if not more.

Here's an example of shipping times from Amazon. This shows transit time from US to Israel, but I assume it would be similar coming the other direction:

Standard shipping 9-14 business days
Expedited shipping 7-10 days
Priority shipping 3-6 days

If she used priority shipping, it would be expensive.

Maybe, maybe not. It's according to when it happened, and if it was even discovered at that time, if so, did the hospital equipment have the ability to detect the injury? If not, they may have put him on bed rest, and he didn't start showing up problems, until later. No two injuries are alike, nor affect any two people the same. Idk that he had one, it could be a reason though, that a 13 y.o. stops his education at 7th grade.

He could have a learning disability, dyslexia, p.d., permanently expelled, etc... but he didn't go past 7th grade, for a reason.

I don’t see a huge red flag order date vs manufacture date. Manufacturing is so competitive that most component orders and manufacturing takes place under the ‘Just in time’ process.

No longer do manufacturers make and set on inventory for long periods, with some exceptions, like a seasonal product say a Christmas wreath.

Having money tied up in setting inventories is poor management in today’s global economy.

It doesn't have to be a physical injury to warp the brain. I too think it was juvenile. But that "brain damage" could have came from Fred keeping Billy the "baby of the family" so he never had a chance to grow beyond the teenager stage. But IANAP.
