Has anyone watched the very end of Fredricka pre trial when she gets up out of her chair and gives AC a look to kill JMO please let me know what you think.

I never noticed it until you pointed it out. Wow

Good point, and good reason not to attend. He stands like him though but his hair was short and curly and black, just days after the murders.

Also, IIRC, one (not recent) article quoted him as saying (paraphrasing) he still had not told little S (at the time of the article a couple years ago) that her Mom had even died. (I'll try to find it.) Antway, to me, that also causes me to doubt he took her to HMR's funeral. JMO

Let's also remember how JW changed his story about what date and time he was last at HR's - that in itself was quite a convulted story to keep straight.....

JMO

If, in fact, he already had S. for that entire week, prior to the murders, then someone had to have seen her with him. A neighbor seeing her outside on the farm, a store clerk sees them come in together, proof in pics on his phone, a FB post, or a pic on one of the other family members' phones. I'm pretty sure that CH was at the hospital, he'd probably know where S was that week.

If he didn't pick her up until that night at 10:30 then that should be fairly easy to prove also. For instance, KR2, might very well know. KR2 appears to be the last person to see her alive. KR2 never mentions S going with them fishing, but she did mention, that HMR's newborn stayed with HHG. If S wasn't with HMR, then HMR probably volunteered the info, for example; HHG is keeping K, and S wanted to stay too, or, HHG is keeping K but S is still with her father.

All of JW's or SW's activities and whereabouts is basically unknown the week of the murders. I have not read anywhere where they were. I have not seen that anyone has said they seen them that week. Very strange...

I agree. I remember the article. I really don't think any of them went. I've heard some people say that they saw one or more of the Ws there, but, I've never seen picture proof. Someone there would have taken a picture and the Daily Mail would have it plastered on the front page, by now.

How do we know that LE were diverted onto anyone/group other than the W's? My guess is that they had to follow certain potential ideas/suspects til they eliminated them.

I believe that JW would have been in that group from day one. LM said child custody in an online news video at the very beginning. BCI had an obligation to follow any leads the W's gave them but they kept their eyes on the W's that first year too. jmo

Agree, they would have initially looked at them because they discovered the bodies. But it went much farther than that. There are interviews Len Manley has done explaining how they kept harassing them, for over a year after the murders, even after they had turned over all evidence (including DNA) took poly exams, everything.

They kept coming up with zero, because they weren't the killers. So, JMO, someone may have been feeding LE bad info that kept them focusing on the Manleys. That's what I believe he was referring to when he talked of "all the lies" that the Wagners told them.

A good article from WKRC yesterday explaining more about Billy Wagner's hearing yesterday. Goes into some detail about all the evidence yet to be transferred to the hard drives of Billy's attorneys.

Billy Wagner's defense team waits for evidence in Rhoden case

All discovery evidence should be turned over by June 1. Recall hearing Judge Deering and AC agree to that yesterday.

Didn't JW take Sophie to hospital when Kylie was born?

Yes a show about the Rhoden Murders is starting now on Oxygen

Great, they're interviewing the great journalist who wrote the article in The Outline, Jeff Winkler. He did great work

It's very possible that that information may come out at trial. I think that there will be family who knows if S. was home with HMR, or not, prior to 10:30 p.m. on 4/21. They may have been asked not to share the info, if they have it, unless called as a witness.

I just don't think that the BCI was only focused on the M's for an extended period of time. The M's may have thought that and felt that...which is understandable. We just don't know who all the BCI were looking at etc in the 1st year.

There was only one child not at the crime scenes. JW dyed his hair and posted the photo on SM. JW was interviewed on tape within a few weeks. The BCI are trained professionals and they had to have their suspicions at least. They are trained to detect lying.

I think the M's were justifiably upset but I suspect that the BCI were not including them in their leads or thoughts.

This show is pretty good so far. A few factual mistakes, a few things left out, but ok so far.

They're also interviewing Rich Jaffe reporter from WKRC. He's pretty good.

Here's MY take so far on Oxygen Channel, Part I (first hour).

SO FAR I will say that they've represented Rs/HHG in a very positive and favorable light.

We'll see how Part II plays out in a minute. JMO. MOO. IMHO, et al.
