MOO but Owen bends the rules to fit his needs. I believe his license took a “sabbatical” so to speak in the past.
Yes Owen has done that in the past ...
My opinion:
Owen doesn’t seem to understand the repercussions now that his antics are being observed outside of his safe space of Pike County, Southern Ohio.
I can not wait to hear what Prosecutor Angela C (not Junk, as I am surprised he remains on this case) and the Judge have to say in open Court about these activities.
Regarding the discussions about the vests. Interesting to see how this plays out. I believe Prosecution is on solid ground. Unless I’m misunderstanding the course of events. My opinion:
Prosecution was patiently waiting for FW and Attorney to provide proof of her claim, to provide receipts FW said she had. FW and Owen did not do so.
I am guessing that “chain of custody” and concern that there be no open window for “evidence tampering” claim was a factor in what LE did or did not do. Meaning - take the vests apart.
I see all that is unfolding regarding FW and her “Attoreny”
as negative for the Wagners.
They are giving more and more evidence of their natural ability to attempt to deceive. True nature is being revealed.
(Think Scorpion.)
Finally, Wagners are out of their league and so is Owen.
The State of Ohio and all resources available, including legal minds with extensive experience, will prevail over Wagners and Owen.
Indictment will stand.
