I'm not so sure. He's 26, after all, who has spent a few years working as an over the road truck driver. He's likely traveled extensively in the US, met a lot of people. Like everyone else his age, he's grown up on computers, had access to the internet and social media, has learned a great deal. He's no babe in the woods.

IMHOO, that could go either way. I've met several guys his age that can barely look at me, much less talk to me or write their name, so who knows. One telling factor, again IMHOO, is that they ALL lived together. Always. The whole family.... NO!!!! Can you imagine your fiancé says, "Come on honey, we're movin' in with Ma & Pa"????? Ummmm, NO!!!!!

Ross County jail where GW4 is. Leaking roof in rec area, too much mandatory overtime, shortage of room, stalled construction, building materials left all over, staff and inmates rushed to hospital in 2018 for accidental drug poisonings, etc.........
Leaks, mold, in rec area.......

Columbus contractor defaults on over $14 million in taxpayer projects

CHILLICOTHE - A Columbus-based construction firm has voluntarily defaulted on at least three taxpayer funded projects with combined costs of over $14 million.

The USA Today Network- Ohio has confirmed Palmetto Construction has quit three public projects — a jail in Ross County, a Reynoldsburg fire department and a state park visitors center — with combined costs of over $14 million and about $5.6 million already paid to Palmetto.

Ongoing problems
For months, the mere mention of the Ross County Jail project to most anyone with the sheriff's or county commissioners offices was guaranteed to get a disgruntled response, an agitated sigh.

The project was primarily focused on updates such as new locks and doors for cells as well as needed maintenance like replacing the roof. The plans also included creating a new, larger infirmary.
It was supposed to be done on Oct. 30, 2018, but as of December, the project was a full year behind.
"We have several things that were started, the roof, masonry work on the outside ... We figure maybe only a quarter of it is done," said Ross County Commissioner Doug Corcoran.

IMO, Ross County Jail still isn't the "worst" in terms of safety. The one article is for one of the local prisons that had the fentanyl exposure not county jail. J/S.

Thanks, Caylee! Yes, there's both a jail and a prison locally, right? I honestly can't remember.

Thankx. Didn't know the jail and prison had the same name "Ross." There is a Ross County prison (Ross Correctional Institution) and a Ross County jail, If not too late I'll edit my post.

That jail is still a rip roaring mess!

Since you know, the question is which Wagner jail is the worst and why?

Yes. In Chillicothe, its Chillicothe Correctional. IIRC, they used to make license plates there, not sure if they still do.

Institutions

GW4 is at the Ross County jail, a separate facility/jurisdiction.

We have 2 prisons in Ross County.. RCI (Ross Correctional) and CCI (Chillicothe Correctional) and 1 Jail. The prisons are "almost" across the road from one another. RCI is in very close proximity to schools and up the road from the VA.

I wonder if FW ever thought about all the time her and that fancy attorney she has that keeps trying to make the justices system look dumb, if she only knew that’s probably is the only thing saving her family right now, FW don’t even think about the setup that her family did to make the Cartel look guilty, that probably has to be making someone pretty mad just saying I wouldn’t want to be a Wagner in jail or out after this is all over???

Yes, I noticed that after I posted. Those are state, though, correct? GW4 is in Ross County jail, though. None of them are in prison...yet.

I thought the prison was SOCF, but didn't look it up. JMO

Which one is where the big Lucasville riot broke out, or have I lost my mind (quite possible)?

SOCF is near Lucasville, Scioto County.

Yes, they are state. Yep, he is right downtown in the county jail, right next to the Courthouse. They used to make license plates out at CCI but that's been long ago. They also used to have the cattle and agriculture farm but that stopped too. They no longer milk cows, or grow their own veggies. All of the barns were torn down years ago. It's totally different now.

What's everyone's thoughts on "why" FW and Owen went public? Could it be to help justify AW's motion of change venue? Or what reason? They seemed to get in a big hurry all of a sudden. No, I retract that statement. From reading AC's response, I think FW and Owen planned and played the public display down to just minutes before the Court closed on Friday the 15th. JMO

Why did Fred and Owen go public? Good question.
Here's what her attorney said in court at her pre-trial hearing.......

".....Also on Thursday, prosecutors asked for an order that would bar anyone from talking to reporters about Fredericka Wagner’s case. Her attorney, James Owen, objected.

He accused prosecutors of unfairly maligning Wagner when the indictments against her family were announced at a news conference in November.

Authorities “put out all this false information about Fredericka ... they taint a jury pool and now they want a gag order,” Owen told Deering.

Owen said he intends to clear his client’s name quickly, and said there may soon come a day when they want to tell their side of the story. Deering said he would rule on the issue later....."

Clarence looks like he had a fast car, not sure what type. Can anyone else tell? GTO or something similar?

Seems like a 1966 Mercury Comet or Caliente, 2dr.
