Maybe she thought he'd never need more education working for her but that didn't work out real good for some reason...

I've wondered more than once if he was injured at some point while working with the horses, when younger. A TBI perhaps, that put limits on his educational abilities. Intelligence and education are two very different things. His brother and sister have zero history with LE. Lead relatively quiet lives, but we have the one, G3.

Horseback riding rank among the most dangerous sports activities. Lots of chances for head injury, spinal injury, and nerve damage, comes with horseback riding. That's a 1,000# animal, or more, with a brain of its' own. All it takes is one mistake on the rider's, or handler's, part and you have an injury for life, or you could very well die.

The Columbus attorney said he will enter a not guilty plea for Billy Wagner when he faces a judge on December 4.

Collins said investigators have labeled his client the mastermind of the murder plot but said Wagner has a seventh-grade education and no serious criminal history.

In that era and that region, there may not have been a lot of resources for someone struggling with their education. They may have just pulled him out or he just couldn't go any further. That doesn't mean he's incapable of at least participating in a plan. If the Boondock Sts movie is a part of this, I find it juvenile, to have tried to imitate "art", to get away with eight, very real, murders. This would speak to having only a 7th grade education, to me.

Also noticed this; It looks as if this means four separate trials is mandatory in this case, or am I reading this wrong.
Investigators in Pike County have charged Billy Wagner, his wife Angela, and the couples two sons, George and Jake Wagner, with aggravated murder with death penalty specifications. That means each defendant must have his or her own jury when their case goes to trial. Collins said seating four fair and impartial juries in Pike County could prove impossible.

As I understand it, four trials with four different juries are required. I think that is because they are DP cases...

Someone asked earlier which jail is considered the worst out of the 4 jails the wagners are housed in. I have lived in the area of both where gw3 is housed and also i currently reside in pike county. As far as jails, butler county is a very rough jail, so I have heard from many people over the years, and ross county prison and Lebanon prisons are suppose to be horribly rough, which Lebanon is a hop skip and a jump from Hamilton, which is butler county. My 2 cents, IMO

BUTLER COUNTY JAIL

Not bad. Looks like only 2 inmates per room and a window. But looks boring. Billy Wagner's home....

Not good, either, and that window doesn't look out, to the out of doors, is my guess. Fairly clean but can't imagine being locked in a cell that is around 6x9, for ANY amount of time (especially with another human).

I meant his sleeping conditions (and getting a little more privacy) with just 1 bunk mate are better than this......If I had to live like this I would ask for solitary. I wonder what GW4's bunk mate situation is? Considering he wants to be in solitary. Your bunk mate situation is one of the most important things. However, if your in there for a long time you will get a revolving door of bunk mates. Some you will hate to see go, and some you can't see them leave soon enough.o_O

I think I found the answer on the evidence numbering. Based on this page it appears those are BCI Inventory Items 27 & 28. From Angela's discovery, it seems Items 25 & 26 might be cyber related.

#27- AR 500 reportedly purchased from Spartan Armour Systems (plate label of 4/29/16) $284.99
#28- New Isreali Moty Concealable BPV- missing or non-readable tag reportedly purchased via eBay. $379.99

On #28, has anyone found a website, image, symbol, or anything related to this brand? I was trying to see where it may come from since she stated "From" Spartan Armour Systems with #27.

All eight victims - seven Rhoden family members and one's fiancee - were shot with the gun barrel touching their skin or very, very close to it – just centimeters or inches away, the coroner determined.

The number of gunshot wounds ranged from nine (40-year-old Christopher Rhoden Sr. ) to one (44-year-old Kenneth Rhoden) for a total of 32.

A few inconsistencies in the mass killings were pointed out in the reports:

  • Although officials had said all the victims were shot in their sleep, the way his head was tilted indicates that Christopher Rhoden Sr. was shot through a door. He also may have been shot first as his body was the most decomposed when it was discovered by the coroner's office.
  • Larger caliber bullets were used to kill 37-year-old Gary Rhoden.
  • Kenneth Rhoden was shot in his right eye only.
The number of gunshot wounds per victims, according to the reports:

  • Christopher Rhoden, Sr. (age 40): Nine (face, torso, extremities).
  • Dana Rhoden (age 37): Five (head).
  • Hannah Gilley (age 20): Five (head)
  • Christopher Rhoden, Jr. (age 16): Four (head).
  • Clarence “Frankie” Rhoden (age 20): Three (head). Two were “contact wounds” as indicated by soot from the gun on his skull.
  • Gary Rhoden (age 37): Three “contact” wounds (head).
  • Hanna Rhoden (19): Two (head).
  • Kenneth Rhoden (age 44): One (right eye ) FW thinks that this was ISIS no not quit this was jealous and and rage!

Probably similar to this. A toilet or two in the corner and a couple sinks. I know of at least one place, here in Ky., if he's a level 3 or above (which he would be), he'd not have a window, no church services to break the monotony, no recreation, no leaving that room (for anything but court or shakedowns). He has to learn to play nice with about 12-14 other men, on his same level of 3 or more, and that might be very uneasy for a new fish in the pond.

I agree that Butler County is by far... the worst.

Just jumping off your post -

IMO it would be be quite difficult for the defense to try and use the possibility for Billy having TBI and/or only a 7th grade education as a defense as Dewine and Reader have said...."the killings were well-planned, sophisticated and methodical...." and Billy and the other 3 are of course all charged with the same charges (except the 1 added charge of JW's). But I suppose anything is possible......

JMO

'A man can't bear it,' relative of Pike County victims says

The Ohio attorney general’s office and Pike County Sheriff Charles Reader have said the killings were well-planned, sophisticated and methodical, and that the Rhoden family was targeted.

On #28, has anyone found a website, image, symbol, or anything related to this brand? I was trying to see where it may come from since she stated "From" Spartan Armour Systems with #27.

I haven't found much about #28 other than it is most likely made in Israel and could possibly be drop shipped directly from there from the Ebay seller to the buyer.

The most important one seems to be the other one with the label/date from Spartan. There is tons of information available about this company, as you know. This company started from thetargetman.com and these vests are made in Tucson and have a shelf life of about 5 years. What is the likelihood FW placed an order for one vest on May 7, 2016 and they shipped her one with a manufactured date of April 29, 2016? Was this company that far behind in manufacturing? If so, there was something rotten either AZ or OH or both. All JMO.

I do believe that AC very well knows what she is doing and is steps ahead of FW and Owen. I can hardly wait until the 28th to see FW squirm and fiddle with her coat and tuck every evil hair on her head behind her ears and under the veil like she did in her January appearance in court.

I find it amusing that no one has asked her where she got her expertise in bullet proof vests and specifically who helped her order the items of utmost detail. JMO....if she can't even remember who she's ordering from, how can she remember the minute details of what to order?

Certainly not meaning to attack you, Tiff. Please do share your findings. I am interested! TIA

IDK, Betty? How can you tell...by the numbers? Once I read them, I don't go back to see if they are still there. Wow. You have me worried.

I got an auto notice that 2 of my comments had been deleted for thread clean up. When I checked, I noticed quite a few others were also missing. Probably most of the last 2 or 3 pages. Oh, well. We were discussing how we felt Wagners, specifically Fredericka were trying to use the news media to influence public opinion. Nothing new, it's been done many times before.
