I disagree. It's only presenting her inaccurate version of events. Angela Canepa replied with a different version of events, namely that FW and her attorney were asked to produce receipts to back up their claims, but did not. For months. Suddenly, months after she's arrested, she claims to find some receipts. The state is currently reviewing them to see if they're accurate, authentic or if they change anything. Who knows, they may be fake.

IIRC, the state didn't arrest FW for lying about what the BPVs were used for. They claim she lied about when they were purchased. That's the extent of it. We will find out later whether the state discovered whether these particular BPVs were actually used the night of the murders or were purchased later.
The state hasn't really begun to put their evidence cards on the table. When they do, it likely will show a very different set of facts than what FW and her family are alleging.
