Those look like the same pics released when LE was making the plea for info about dealings with the clan. So wouldn't be mugshots that early, if correct. ... Unless those are mugshots from previous arrests, on all four.

If those are BMV pics .... If Billy looks that po'd at the BMV, imagine his demeanor on more serious matters.

IMO it would be be quite difficult for the defense to try and use the possibility for Billy having TBI and/or only a 7th grade education as a defense as Dewine and Reader have said...."the killings were well-planned, sophisticated and methodical...." and Billy and the other 3 are of course all charged with the same charges (except the 1 added charge of JW's). But I suppose anything is possible......

IMO, there are two sets of driver's license pictures. Possibly one set from Ohio and the other set from Alaska, or the set you pictured above are their original ones from Ohio before they moved to Alaska and the set I posted below are from Ohio after they returned from Alaska. Once again, note the blue background in all eight photos. Whether the set below are from Alaska or Ohio, I do feel they are the most recent DL photos because Angela's and Jake's appearances look similar to they way they appear now on live TV when in court. Notice the picture below from Jake's arraignment a few months ago and how long his hair is. JMO.

Clark's scathing comments came a week after Attorney General Mike DeWine and Pike County Sheriff Charles Reader issued a press release asking for information about George "Billy" Wagner, his wife, Angela Wagner, and their sons, George Wagner, 25, and Edward "Jake" Wagner, 24. He (GW4) is single cell but in a pod, so it's overly LOUD in there. IMO he won't get back to solitary on the reasoning he gave UNLESS he has a 1 on 1 with GL *Sheriff* and explains it better.

I say make him stay put. Let the rigors of jail life eek at him everyday. It make help make him crack.

Yes, you're correct. Those above are the two different sets of DL photos. The one where Jake's hair is longer is from AK, IIRC. The others from Ohio, taken before they left town. They were used when LE was asking for more info

The arrest photos are the ones that show them in prison garb. Is there some question about the photos? Just curious.

Who Are The Families In The Rhoden Family Murder Case In Piketon, Ohio?

Towards the end, a pro-Wagner bias emerges, JMO, closing the promo with Wags attorneys claims that the Wags are looking forward to their day in court and a review of all the facts, etc. According to their logic, they must think the Rhodens were responsible for their own deaths. Not surprising.

Also note the Oxygen promo only mentions the two grandmothers who were arrested. They don't clarify that both of those grandmothers were relatives of the suspects, not the victims. Is this some backhanded way of planting a little doubt about the grandmothers on the Rhoden/Gilley/Manley side of the family? Nasty. It doesn't get much lower than that.

Why would Oxygen try to blame victims for their own slaughter? Why is Oxygen trying to damage the good names and compound the grief and suffering of the surviving Rhoden/Manley/Gilley family members? What's their motivation?

I disagree. It's only presenting her inaccurate version of events. Angela Canepa replied with a different version of events, namely that FW and her attorney were asked to produce receipts to back up their claims, but did not. For months. Suddenly, months after she's arrested, she claims to find some receipts. The state is currently reviewing them to see if they're accurate, authentic or if they change anything. Who knows, they may be fake.

IIRC, the state didn't arrest FW for lying about what the BPVs were used for. They claim she lied about when they were purchased. That's the extent of it. We will find out later whether the state discovered whether these particular BPVs were actually used the night of the murders or were purchased later.

The state hasn't really begun to put their evidence cards on the table. When they do, it likely will show a very different set of facts than what FW and her family are alleging.

JMO, the state will prevail. The judge will both issue a new gag order against FW and will not grant her motion for dismissal.

FW and her lawyer behaved badly. They talked about grand jury proceedings and evidence to the news media, even sharing photos of evidence taken by BCI before the trial. That's a big no-no.

As for the dismissal, they've lied a lot about the receipts, delayed and delayed. State hasn't had enough time to validate whether the receipts that she only recently found are legit.

And why did she change her story about buying the vests? She's said at various times that she bought them for Billy, then for herself and her daughter Robin. Back and forth.

It always raises a red flag when someone changes their story about evidence in a murder investigation.
