Was George's ex-wife next? This looks very bad for the W's. Appointing a guardian 19 days before the mother is murdered? SMH

Trial date set for grandmother accused of forgery, perjury in Rhoden and Gilley murders
Those documents appointed guardians for the children of Hanna Rhoden, Jake Wagner and George Wagner in case they died. Hanna Rhoden and Jake Wagner had a daughter together. According to the indictment, the documents were signed on April 3, 2016 -- 19 days before Hanna Rhoden, her family and Hannah Gilley were murdered in their homes.

Owen said his client made a simple mistake when she told the grand jury she purchased the vests for her son Billy on Amazon after the Rhoden and Gilley murders. Owen said he located receipts showing the vests were purchased on eBay. Owen said one of the vests was manufactured after the homicides, but the other was manufactured in 2012, according to records he produced in his motion to dismiss.

Theory only. My opinion.
Replacing a plate with a manufacture date after the murders may have been an attempt by FW to confuse the issue, just as Owen is using it now - muddying the waters...
I don’t know enough about the vests to make any suggestions other than-
If a plate was replaced, is it possible, during all the searches, that another “plate” (The original plate) was located on Wagner property or in a Wagners possession. If this is a replacement plate, there must be an original plate somewhere. Even if it is at the bottom of the Ohio or Scioto River. Original plate that would have a much earlier manufacture date. Could Prosecutor have that plate in their possession? Could the vest in question have some other characteristic that dates the manufacture of the vest at a specific earlier time.
Just wondering...seems Prosecutor is giving FW/ Owen lots of rope on this issue.

I’ve been wondering if it was part of the evidence in the well. Jmo

From the Exhibit:

Fredericka claims something couldn't be left outside because she feared it might be stolen.

She states she purchased leg covers and all and was apx $1,000.

States receipts were printed and she should have brought them.

She references a "him" in her testimony
I think those were Kevlar sleeves in the pics but I could be wrong.

It sounded to me like AC said replacement plates were shipped to the PO Box of the church. I could be wrong...

Would it make a difference since it appears the church, flying w. and crystal springs home shared the same PO Box? The box was in Piketon's Post Office. I myself share one between my residence and business addy's so I just don't see the problem. IMO.

Could you please be so kind (or somebody else) to post a link to where I can read about FW's leg covers, feared something might be stolen, etc. I have been searching and reading through things but can't find that. Thanks in advance.

During Owens spill around Amazon he says "others were saying she purchased them from Amazon" hence.. "I guess I did, I thought I did, etc."
I guess others are the Wagner 4?
I don't think she purchased them at all. I think Billy did using her account. The woman didn't have a clue about those vests so there is no way she bought them. She is lying and covering for her son.

Didn’t you catch it today they got Fredricka to omit that she uses the church address their letting her hang her self, JMO

So? What is the problem with that? Not everything is a conspiracy, or is it? How did she hang herself? LOL.

There is no way Fred ordered or bought those vests. She didn't even know what they were called or what they were for. I don't care if you are an expert on something or not, if you order it online you are going to remember what it is called. You are going to read the description of the product which tells you what it is for and how it is used and mentions the name of it every other word so it gets stuck in your mind. That is standard advertising for products. You don't just look at a picture then click the buy button. No one does that. She is lying in that grand jury testimony about being the one who bought them and why they were bought. She is covering and taking the fall for Billy who probably used her account wit h or without her knowledge to buy them.

JMO
Jmo but not reading all the description could happen and not remembering the name could also happen. I am guilty of doing the same Jmo of course I haven’t bought bpv but have other things. Jmo

Bingo.

Any of us have had to purchase some highly technical gift online for family. For hubs or kids, I just say "send me a link to what you want to order" and I place the order and pay for it. When it comes to electronics, audio gear, amps, etc. I have no clue what I'm buying, just a black box with wires and switches. That may have been what FR did. Someone else could have placed the entire order themselves.

I agree with you. That's why I think it's important Owens mentioned others were saying Amazon and now she is saying eBay.

In the post you responded to I was discussing Rita and documents.
I think that is why AC is not dropping the charges. It is not important where she bought them or even when she bought them. What is important is that she is lying about buying them at all. Thus she is covering for Billy and obstructing justice. AC is giving her and Owen enough rope to hang Fred with. I think AC is going to hammer them with the fact that LE knows Fred did not buy them even if her account was used in the purchase. AC might even have proof that St. Fred was at church when the vests were purchased using her account or an IP address that proves they were purchased using a computer located on Peterson RD instead of the FWF. Or a ping from a cell phone located elsewhere. I think Ebay can provide the time a purchase was made, probably right down to the second the buy button was clicked. If so they got Fred dead to rights on the perjury and obstruction charges.

AC said it was factually inaccurate re the date on the vests.

Did anyone notice that FW made sure to make eye contact with AC after she stood up then FW gave AC a look and shook her head? Yikes.

IMO, they need to lock her up and throw away the key. She is evil.

Ok. TY. I get it now.
Yes, I think all the atty said was that the BPV was purchased after the murders. Then AC said the ceramic plates were purchased after the murders. That was all that was said, IIRC.

The lawyer has already proven numerous times now that his word is unreliable. You can't take anything he states as the truth. JMO

You would not buy an expensive BPV without reading what uses it has and how much protection it offers no more than you would buy an expensive gun not knowing what kind of bullets it uses or what it's capability is. Would you buy a computer not knowing how much drive it has? Or fireproof clothing not knowing what temps it would withstand? The woman did not have a clue about those vests, she didn't even know what account they were purchased through.

Exactly. If you read the indictment, it's not specific on details of what exactly she's lying about, just that she lied. AC isn't going to show all her cards publicly right now. That happens when the trial starts.

ETA: Indictment only refers to communicating false information or making a false statement.

Maybe they have proof of Billy or a W4 picking them up at the PO Box before the murders

I think she seems ready for any antics Owens throws at her. I also think she has been slow to turn everything over to the defense because she wants to save the slam dunk for last.
I can't understand Owens' ploy by asking that the date for discovery be moved to a later date. I wonder what he needs more time for... Maybe to go to the law library and look up some more irrelevant cases he can name in court...

IMO, Owen needs to get some blood pressure meds...his face is swelled up like a basketball.
