I don't remember reading about this and I can't find it thru WS search option. Are there photos of KR's place that I can see?

I thought it was a different group of news media photos that we hadn't seen before. It was probably about 2 or 3 threads back. Click on the links and go through photos. We were reviewing stuff about KR's camper and how killers would have entered, etc.

I think it's back in this area of a thread from March this year

I agree with your opinion and I remember seeing it that way in the media somewhere. However I’ve always wondered if DS WAS supposed to meet KR early then why didn’t DS realize he was not with the rest of the family early on? Like why would he wait until afternoon to look for him? That never made sense to me.

DS was supposed to spend the night with KR according to what he told news media. It was never said he was supposed to meet KR early. I was under the impression someone at the church gathering called DS to check on KR. DS picked up KR's son and brought him along.
In MY OWN OPINION ONLY, I have always thought DS was there previous to bringing BR with him....

I would like to see these. If anyone finds them please put them in the Media Timeline thread. Tons of photos out there of UHR but not Left Fork Rd.

Yes, there's a need for some to revisit KR's murder and the reasons behind it. Until all the facts are revealed to the public, I don't think some folks will be satisfied. It may end up being like the legends of DB Cooper or Sasquatch.

As traumatic as that day was for all the family, can you really believe that DS would return to the crime scene to clean up any stray cash or MJ? I don't think KR had much money.

In AW's discovery there's
"Jake's Truck Seach Warrant" with a date of 1-17-2019.
Evidence log, search warrant and 90+ photos included

Right below that is listed a case submission form (with one image included):
"Latent Print Analysis-West Virginia State Patrol"
Under that JW, GWIII and GWIV are all listed as having their (print) standards provided. (No AW standard listed as being provided)

Are these two things related? West Virginia testing prints taken from JW's truck 2 months after the arrests? Or are they on totally seperate timelines?

Good question. I've been wondering about this myself, the West Virginia stuff. Did Jake sell a truck that was used the night of the murders to someone in W Va? Why did it take LE so long to search for it? Lots of questions on this one.

Since that Uniform Incident Report from AW's discovery was filed from Ohio and not Alaska, does that mean that JW's wife was physically in Ohio back in August 2018 when it was filed?

I believe it would have to be Ohio. jmo.

There used to be quite a few of Left Fork Rd. Some are probably no longer available or links no longer work. I've kind of give up on posting more photos there. It's just too time consuming trying to go back, curate and put in relevant old ones. I spend so much time working on past reference items, I don't have much time left to follow new developments in the case. I certainly encourage others to fill up the Media & Timeline thread with photos and video, both old and new.

I think they are separate, but that's just an opinion. It appears the categories are in alphabetical order. Latent print starts a new category after Jakes truck which makes sense alphabetically.

I wondered if Angela's might have already been on file from being in the military.??

One of the best FBI CJIS divisions is in Clarksburg WV. I'm guessing that is why it was done there. JMO

Yeah- she likely has seen those during questioning and knows they are some horrible images. JMO

My reference to the rule was to share it's my opinion that the list of phones, etc included in AW's discovery under 16B are not just a random list. In my opinion, those are the ones applicable to the case.

Thanks. I think that I understand now.

I think that the prosecution agreed to give the defense everything in their files (relevant or not). The discovery would be the one's that they plan to use in trial. jmo.

That's what I was thinking, which puts her in a position of coming with them from AK to OH and then something occuring to cause a rift big enough to file a complaint like that. GJ was seated in July, something happened in August to cause that Uniform Incident Report. She is listed in AW's discovery as a W.

Does anyone think that SW or BR will be asked to testify? WHO is the juvenile?View attachment 178479

IMO, I don’t think either one would be called to testify due to their young ages. It’s my opinion that there could possible be some Juvie records records for Billy, AW, and possibly any planned ]witnesses (friends or foe) of the Rhodens. JMO

Thanks Tiff. It all does make you wonder though, why the Jan 2019 search on Jake's truck?

Can someone please tell me what time GWIII court is on September 17?

And does Jake have court on May 13 or May 14?

Thanks in advance.

I did talk to a camera seller and installation guy. He said that it can be done that CR could watch KR camera's and KR could watch CR's cameras. There are ways to set it up even if KR had spotty cell service and no wifi.

That's my theory about Why Kenny. I think he might have been able to watch what was happening at CR's in real time or he would have had it stored on his drives.

That is my thought, but as a non attorney.
If you look at the bold print on that discovery page it states Persuant to criminal rule 16B.
All information collected by the state as part of a capital case, in my non attorney opinion, falls under Rule 42 and would be a separate filing and different document.
So, I have the opinion, everything listed on Angela’s Rule 16B Discovery is key to the states case.
JMO

Edit:
@gitana1 - would you be willing to tell us if Rule 16B Discovery is what the state plans to use as evidence? Above was my opinion, but it would be great to get an attorneys view. I could be completely inaccurate in my understanding.
I don’t know what state you are in, so I included the OH link and a link to the discovery in question ‘Angela Wagner’ below. Thanks for the assist.
