I'm taking it to mean you're asking about SM not the other mentioned in my post. Dewine did say there were drug undertones to the murders. I'm thinking 11 phones to someone who I've read was in the employment of CRSR, ( I honestly don't remember if that was here on Websleuths so I will say JMO) sure sounds like he was busy making deals. I think he may wind up playing a big part in the defense trying to cast reasonable doubt. Dewine and the prosecutors can state only undertones while defense can blow that subject wide open. I fully expect them to do so.

I was thinking very similar in casting reasonable doubt. I think when all the other stuff like road rage, fights, and grows started loosing traction they needed another good scapegoat in play.
I don't know if this individual really worked for CSR. I do believe 11 phones is questionable business.

Hello everyone! I'm new to websleuths and this thread so please forgive me as I'm trying to figure it out. Will the court make the evidence available once the trial starts? Like the audio and photos and if there is any DNA? I never saw where they found a gun, just an attachment in the well. I'm trying to get caught up on this but the press is pretty duplicated on it's information. I wanted to see a layout of how far the 4 locations were from each other because it seems hard to me to find 8 people sleeping and enter 4 trailers with dogs/kids/adults and never wake any of them up...or at least only wake one up. My dogs bark if they hear my kids walking up the basement steps.

This will help you .......

Thankx so much for your frank and honest opinion. Even though it's in the minority and is not a "popular" stance. As if LWOP means your soft on crime. Let the murderers have a lifetime of being totally controlled and totally cut off and have many years to know WHY this is the life they now lead.

I think LWOP would be the worst punishment anyone could go through. The DP is a joke. For instance I know of a brutal murder of an elderly man in Chillicothe from the mid 1980's and the 🤬🤬🤬 that slit his throat still sits on death row. He has been there for 33 years. Hell he'll be dead before he goes to the death chamber.

I would like to see these. If anyone finds them please put them in the Media Timeline thread. Tons of photos out there of UHR but not Left Fork Rd.

Are they wanting juvenile records of people who served on the investigative GJ, or the juvenile record of witnesses that the investigative grand jury called to the witness stand?

Witness's. Yes, plural.

I am curious as well to proximity to KR ‘s place to Flywing W farms in relation to union hill road . There are actually 2 points of entry to union hill road. One is from Hwy 32 and one is from the back way in from 772. From the back way you would find 4199 first Fr and Hg place first then in walking distance CSRs trailer at 4077 union hill road then about 1/4 of a mile on the opposite side you would find DR ‘s new trailer which is closest to Hwy 32. I am trying to link the timeline of how the murders happened in relation to the Wagner’s point of entry. I will post later other thoughts. Moo. To include I was wondering which way DR came home that night. Remember who was thought have been killed first and the timeline when DR got home and was on social media.

Dana more than likely left work on Lawshe Rd. made a right onto 32 E and went about 10 miles to UHR (right)

JMO, and don't mean to sound "snarky," but where's the evidence that this person or anyone else even helped, much less, killed these 8 people? Dewine said at the arrests press conference there was no evidence to point to anyone else involved in the killings other than those in custody at that time. That tells me all I need to know. All JMO, but I believe the evidence will prove the Ws are guilty "without a doubt."

I would be interested in others opinions: Do you feel that some of the inconsistencies are the result of reporting, or do you feel such as in this example, AW and JW told such differing stories?

Both...

Another question: Does anyone know when the CSR and Billy fight surfaced?
It seemed to remain on the hush for so long

Or if it happened at all from no more than has been said by reliable sources...

Witness's. Yes, plural.

AW filed two motions:
Motion 3: Defendant's Motion for the Disclosure of the Juvenile Records of Plaintiff's Witnesses,

And Motion 10: Defendant's Motion to Disclose names of Grand Jury Witnesses.

Two very different motions. Found in AWs PC Common Pleas Records.

I wouldn’t think that the wags would enter from 32 the same way DR came home but they would come in from the back way possibly from 772 but would have to skip past FR trailer first to get to CSR’ trailer then either go to DR’s trailer then maybe back to FR’s trailer then head to KR’s trailer. Unless they gained entry from another location possibly from the rest stop on 32 and went thru the woods. Or maybe another point of entry unless some of the wags were already there. IMO.

He may also be an important witness for the State. Ten of those phones may have been old phones people gave him if they were in his possession. I have three or four phones here. Two are active with different providers. One is a pay as you go $19 flip phone that's no longer active. I've never sold drugs...

Yes, I was aware of both motions but TY.

That's not what I said. I said, I felt "they needed another good scapegoat in play."

I'm with you, Dudley. I hope this person was lurking unknowingly, to the killers. Perhaps why AW knows they messed up bad. All JMO
