I understand that you don’t have faith in what he said and you are entitled to your opinion, but I was only providing what was reported to the media. I personally don’t know DS so I only have what is reported. As far as I can see it’s his word vs KR2, both seem logical scenarios and we don’t know who’s correct. Two are active with different providers. One is a pay as you go $19 flip phone that's no longer active. I've never sold drugs...

What about that old man TGSR and his son TGJR from the Demo Derby that got jumped by a couple of the Rhodens when they brought all those people to their house. Have they been cleared of any involvement??? I read in an article that they knocked his teeth out. Surely Frankie could have whipped the old man on his own. I don't know wether or not to believe that story. I could see the old man getting the better of Frankie in a fight and then Chris Jr sucker punching the old man to help his brother. That would be a viable reason for retaliation. If someone whipped my dad I would want to get revenge on them. I really wish they would check their alibis for the days prior to the massacre. They very well could be in on the killings along with the Wagners.

Yes, it would. Since LE didn't bring any charges against DS, it should be assumed that DS didn't do any stealing, etc. from KR upon finding his body.

There’s no way those 2 family’s would come together and plan this. I could see that family staging the W’s along with LE staging the W’s too... W’s certainly not acting like innocent people would act but everyone handles these things differently.

At first, mine was cartel. I watched interviews with the retired DEA agent from the area who felt very strongly it was cartel. Also talked to some LE/detectives I know who said the same. It took a long time for some other members here (RSD1200 and others) to convince me that some local yokel gun nuts were capable of planning and pulling off this series of executions and stump LE for so long. Later I thought it had to be a group or a couple of experienced killers, likely who worked for drug trafficking groups in OH or elsewhere. But RSD convinced me that locals who spend a lot of time in the woods hunting deer, etc. could pull it off, stalking, getting into the trailers in the dark without awaking anyone, etc.

You just said something that is intriguing. It looks like Dana was on her Facebook at 1:00am but you are right, the Wagners could have easily posted on her Facebook to tamper with the timeline. Creepy.

And GW4 posted a picture of a railroad track he was 4 wheeling on at that time.
They would have had to take backwoods trails, even the UHR Church has surveillance footage that was taken by LE.

Road Rage Lady. Chris Jr. was in a car accident involving her. She slapped or hit him and Dana pressed charges. She got community service 2 days before the murders.

The technology needs to put up a wifi based security system, with the capability of uploading images, and/or vid to cell phones, and/or the cloud, and someone's ability to put together a rather basic, (and poorly designed), website, are two very different things. Apples and oranges.

You are the first person i have seen speak of that rest stop not too far away heading east on Rt 32. Noticed it about a month or so ago while doing a Google Maps street view move along of Rt. 32 looking for spots to enter the power line trail that runs behind DR's home. One thought i had was you could park at that Rest Stop and unload ATVs pretty easy and then be on that power line trail in no time. And since you would be parking on pavement no truck tire tracks would be found in any mud from said truck. Pretty much every where else would have left tire tracks besides parking directly on the road (not likely) or in someone's pavement drive way (not likely).

There is also a little access road (I want to say Meade Rd.) just as you turn into the rest stop that could take you up behind the property via open field into power line right of way. There used to be a gate up but I don't know about now.

I will be in that area on Thursday, and if I have time I'll get some pics. I know it is a well used rest stop for truckers laying over. State Patrol keeps a close eye on that stretch of highway also.

Hopefully there would be plenty of surveillance cameras at the Rest Area.

I stopped there, and don't remember seeing any, but that doesn't mean they weren't there.

JMO, and don't mean to sound "snarky," but where's the evidence that this person or anyone else even helped, much less, killed these 8 people? Dewine said at the arrests press conference there was no evidence to point to anyone else involved in the killings other than those in custody at that time. That tells me all I need to know. All JMO, but I believe the evidence will prove the Ws are guilty "without a doubt."

Loomis, I’m with you on this, the Wagners started planning these murders months in advance, they saw all the crap going on, I saw in other post when those boy came to Union Hill Rd to fight Little Chris, Angela was right in the crowd supporting little Chris (and I’m going to search for it tonight so I can back this statement up unless someone has the information), the Wagners knew that April was the time to strike Hannah just had her baby, (Wagners didn’t want to be in jail as a baby killers), little Chris having turf war, Frankie punching man at the racetrack and Big Chris just got all his plants up big enough to transplant, the Wagners stock the Rhoden family they new exactly everything they did, sleep, eat,even their time to use the restroom JMO again JMO

AG DeWine was very clear when he said that there were no other suspects in the case.

DeWine described the newest evidence as the final piece of a "thousand-piece puzzle," adding that he believes the killers have been caught and that no one else was involved in the murders.

This article also reminded me of another interesting detail revealed at the time of the arrests:

That there was evidence of tampering with the phones of the victims after they were deceased.

The Wagners allegedly tampered with evidence after the murders were carried out, including cameras, a silencer, shell casings, parts of a home security system and the victims' cellphones, DeWine said.

Thankx. I added him to my post. It was in the context of the Wagner's using off road trails to get to the Rhodens. Otherwise their vehicles would have been picked up on someone's surveillance system. This is why they couldn't even use freeway rest stops.
