That one search they were looking through what could have be a place things were burned after. I think that was where they lived before the move to AK.

There was likely many places to burn things on those farms. Here is one option:

On the map it is called Rest Area 9-03. That little rd., Mead's Rd., looks like it turns into a dirt road on up into the hillside. That would be a long walk in, and someone would have to drop them off. I don't think I'd leave a vehicle there. It's kinda back off the road, but it seemed well lit.

Derp. I found it now. That does seem far away. It's also in the opposite direction from the Wags home on Peterson Rd, but closer to more populated areas, including Waverly, PCSO headquarters. I agree, since seeing some info about evidence and searches, the Bethel Hill trailer seems a more likely location where they could change clothes, clean up, stash some supplies, destroy evidence.

As far as sneaking up to some of the homes, Reader and DeWine had alluded to that in early press conferences, when they asked for information from neighbors, etc. If they were looking to reach a back door on some of the trailers, they could have done that from somewhere along UHR.

Documents, text, etc. must have links to their source.

Looking some more at what you're posting --- you can't sleuth people who haven't been named by LE as a suspect. This girl hasn't been accused by prosecutors of being involved in these murders, so it's unfair to share personal information here about her.

ETA: I just began reading this part of the thread, would have warned you earlier if I knew what you were discussing.

Our discussions here about this young woman should be very limited. She's not been accused of a crime and it's unfair to post a lot of personal information about her online. The videos that have been posted online of someone alleging to be her are also not allowed. No way of knowing whether that's her or someone pretending to be her.

ETA#2

I'm also not sure what we can gain from investigating this young woman. She didn't even know the family at the time of the murders and cover up. There's zero chance she would ever gain custody of any of the minor children of JW or GW4.

JMO, it's possible the mods aren't allowing this to be posted. Where is it from? You don't have a link for it. Documents and pics found online with no valid link may have been altered in some way, etc. If you have a link for it, contact the Mods.

Ok I'm going to contact the Mods to see if they can just delete everything that I POSTED about it. What mod do I contact and what's the best way to do that?

I'm sorry about this and will have the Mods delete all of it. Very sorry didn't mean to hurt her. Will get it deleted

Ok I'm going to contact the Mods and see what they say. I will see if they can just delete everything that I POSTED about it if it can't be linked properly. What mod do I contact and what's the best way to do that?

Just click on the "report" link and explain it to them. It's an easy mistake to make since there seems to be some references to her in the evidence/discovery files. But she's not involved in the murders, she's not a suspect.

Again I feel bad about this. The last thing I want to do is hurt anyone! I thought this was fine because as you said her name is in the discovery, but now I see your point and so I reported myself to have all my posts about the Incident Report deleted by the mods. Hopefully they can do this today!

I'm glad you told me about this. I Will be more careful. Thankx

No problem! It's easy to slip into that kind of discussion because it's closely related to the criminal cases. I've made the same mistake, a lot of us have. The good thing is that we can watch and remind each other when discussion starts moving in that direction. I feel sorry for this young woman. I'm sure she'll look back on this time in another 10 years and wish she had done things differently, made different choices. Hindsight is 20/20, though, and JW probably gave no clues about his past or true nature. I hope she gets some help and I hope she's not harmed or used further in the upcoming Wags trials.

In reference to the Bill Of Particular's this is some strange verbiage. IMO.

"For example, on the charge of murdering Kenneth Rhoden, they want to know if the state is accusing Wagner of having a firearm on his person or under his control, but not in his personal possession."
I think this would pertain to the firearms every state is different but, let’s say I buy a firearm.when I leave the store the gun is placed in my car. I go to another store. Lock my car and someone breaks into my car and takes said gun. I am responsible because that gun was in my property ( my car) and the state of ny says 3 locked doors. So the car being locked is considered 1. I was negligent because I did not have the other 2 locks in place. And it depends on what the state considers on your person. Meaning, if he had the keys to access the gun on his person. So, if he had the keys and gave them to someone else he is not being a responsible gun owner. I only familiarized myself to these differences to be a responsible gun owner. A lot of gun owners are not aware of this. But, I wanted to be sure I followed the rules and regulations. Owning numerous guns I would not want them stolen and injuring another person, or people because I did not follow the proper steps to insure they were safe mine just happen to be under 5 locks. My exterior door, my bedroom door, gun safe door, trigger locks, and cable locks. I also do not lend or allow other people to use my guns. Even if I am standing right there with them. Now my bows are different, I do allow people to shoot them. My daughter, friends for cross bow season hunting.but, only people I trust.

I think that was the Bethel address. They lived there, I'm almost positive, for a long time, before the move to Peterson.

I don't think Ohio has such strict laws concerning gun ownership. Mostly b/c of following the Brady/Jenkins case, where prosecutor Junk loaned deputy Jenkins his firearm, but here's a link to OH gun laws too.

Everyone keeps saying the dogs knew the killers that’s how they got by the dogs but something is not right with that story, if a owner of an animal is walking around outside at night and dogs are house dogs and if the dogs can hear them the dogs will bark at whoever until they know for sure to who they are barking at, why didn’t this alert the Rhodens, that’s why I believe the story that someone had on here a few post back about Jake or Angela knocking on the doors asking for help that maybe SW was sick or something to that fact, I also believe that Big Chris was killed first and some of the killers was using his trailer for a hideout until they could kill the rest of the family, Gary,Frankie,Hanna G,Dana,Hannah,Little Chris and the last was Kenny, JMO how the killing order happened, the autopsy reports indicated that Gary had the gun pressed against his head at the time he was shot, he could have walked thru the door and was surprised by the killers, but why didn’t the dogs bark at who was romping around outside in the dark and alerted Frankie and Hanna, or Dana’s dogs should have woke them, or the new born baby? A 4 day old baby in the house, everyone sleeps light just saying?
There is a lot more to the story that all of us is going to be surprised JMO.
Absolutely agree, my dogs bark anytime they hear noise, even at my kids and myself, once they realize it's us they stop but the initial noise alerts them. There is mention in one of the legal documents of moving 2 of the bodies, I think when the full autopsy reports come out we will know more. The angles they were shot, range, etc. But I keep going back to the order, and the dogs.

Then IMO they are doubling their knots. To make sure this case goes smoothly and their bases are covered. So the prosecution can secure a conviction.

Agree! I like that expression "doubling their knots". Haven't heard that in a long time. That's a great description of what the prosecution seems to be doing in the indictments and charges. It also explains why there's so much evidence in the files - they're producing enough evidence to back up all these extra charges. They're putting a lot of work into making the case on all these charges and I hope the juries take note and don't get distracted.

I also hope this pays off for them, I was not are of this case until we decided to start looking for property in Kentucky and had to drive through Portsmouth oh. The billboard was still up looking for tips, I did buy property in Kentucky about 15 minutes from Portsmouth. And figured I ‘d better look into this. To know more about where I am moving. I can tell you my dog barks at everyone. He does what I call talking to us. Because it’s not a bark it is more like a low long growl. He also keeps distance between myself and others. He jumps up and pushes me backwards like saying you need to back up and let me stand in the middle. Totally different dog when he knows my husband is here he is more relaxed. So I would think they would bark especially at night. My dog hears things at night I don’t. For example my husband worked nights came home early. I was awake but, the dog was inside with me. He stood at the inside door from the laundry room waiting for my husband to come in. The dog knew the schedule. And he was all puffed up waiting silent and still. And had enough room to take care of the threat. When I first looked at the case and they said cartel, instantly I thought no. That can’t be it. They would have killed the children and there is usually a mutilation as part of the murder to at least one victim. To make sure their point has been received. The prosecutor wants to make absolutely sure these people never see the light of day. And doubling their knots( all the charges) and then making sure they are tight(with evidence) will guarantee when these people are pushed off the ledge( convicted) they are going to hang and the rope will not break, and be tight enough.

I also hope they do get their convictions. Based upon the Mountains of evidence. I would like to see them get the death penalty last I knew that was on the table. And I hope this little girl in the middle is no longer in the middle. I could only hope she and the rest are moved to a different location and names changed. I fear for them although the perps are in jail or prison. There are still family connections out there and these kids are going to be caught in the middle the rest of their lives. And I don’t think this is fair. There should be a total scrubbing of there birth records and family court orders and families talking about the things that happened. Someone needs to step up and remove them. We have had an experience like this in my family and I wish the court was not involved in custody and the families had enough common sense to step back and see what is important for the kids. They need to be anonymous. Let alone realize their family was slaughtered over them.

If they were monitoring and surveiling phone calls and all, why would Jake need to be there to know what was going on?
Wouldn't HR's boyfriend have also known where S was? I don't know that we can group "all" into a bucket among the deceased.

Edit: wouldn't anyone that visited HR in the hospital also have known if S was already with Jake?

I'm late to the party but I thought the same thing, how does no one know when S was picked up? The new baby was 5 days old? There was a picture somewhere of the 2 in the hospital (S and the new baby). But My question is who is the father of HR's youngest child and where is the child now?
