Billy never asked why he was being arrested, he just said what’s going on, if the police had had their guns drew on me and after I was in hand cuffs you better believe that I would be asking what the charges where, Billy already knew that is why we never asked, Billy Wagner was caught off guard and never had time to think up a good Lie!
"Can I ask what's going on?" he asks on the scene of what appears to be a roadway.
"You're under arrest right now, that's what's going on," an officer responds.
Wagner was later extradited to Pike County
Wagner, 47, his wife, Angela Wagner, 48, and their two sons, George Wagner IV, 27, and Edward "Jake" Wagner, 26, are all charged in the April 2016 killings in Pike County.
All four have pleaded not guilty.
Billy Wagner's mother, Fredericka Wagner, and mother-in-law, Rita Newcomb, also face felony charges stemming from an alleged cover-up.
Fredericka Wagner owns hundreds of acres of land and breeds exotic animals, including horses. She's under house arrest, largely confined to the empire that was decades in the making.

During her son's arrest, an apparent animal trailer can be seen on the footage.
Officers implore Billy Wagner to walk backward toward them, to not reach for his waistband and then to kneel before them as they handcuff him.
After patting him down, an officer says, "Nothing else on you, partner?"
"Uh-uh," Billy Wagner replies.
"Nothing illegal?"
"Nope
