Perhaps you should recheck the specifically references you provided as the sources of the Manchester,
Adams County, Ohio charges against Joshua Hayes... JMO

I'm lost. What in the reference are you referring to? Thanks much

What were the charges against Joshua Hayes?

"Hayes was charged with 48 counts of unauthorized use of the Ohio Law Enforcement Gateway (OHLEG)
and
15 counts of unauthorized use of the Law Enforcement Automated Database System (LEADS) while pursuing information on individuals from Feb. 2015 to June 2016."

Thank you. Now reread your comment to me... You used a citing of an article that included all charges.
You chose to only reference your thoughts to the court filing. If you do not understand what you are
saying and writing, please research further. JMO

OHLEG misuse was referenced in the article which is why it was cited/shared. The discovery item in Angelas documents that led to the thought last night only states OHLEG audit. It didn't reference LEADS which is why I wasn't focused on it. The article included an example of misuse of the system.

When I tossed the idea out a few pages back, I attempted to be clear with "I don't know", etc. Sharing without knowing or understanding something fully, and to gather ideas or knowledge from others is where I see the value in this forum. JMO

Do you feel I was trying to connect him or that specific case? That was not my intent at all. I attempted to state such and apologize if that wasn't clear.

"Calibrating the internet" has to be one of the most humorous defenses ever given. Do you by chance know what sentence he was given for his crimes?

  • 12/14/2018 (34) DEFENDANT'S MOTION IN LIMINE TO PROHIBIT THE PREJUDICIAL DISPLAY OF TANGIBLE THINGS AND/OR PHOTOGRAPHS DURING TRIAL FILED
  • 12/14/2018 (35) DEFENDANT'S MOTION IN LIMINE TO EXCLUDE PHOTOGRAPHS OF THE DECEASED FILED
NOUN
(tangibles)
  1. a thing that is perceptible by touch.
  • Why keep tangible evidence away from the Jury? You have to present all the evidence in front of the Jury. (I assume this includes photos of tangible evidence)
  • I get that Angela and her attorneys don't want crime scene photos of the victim's shown, but some will need to be shown to the Jury, and will be shown, in my opinion.
  • But I'm not getting the request to keep some of the tangible evidence away from the Jury.
In U.S. law, a motion in limine (Latin: [ɪn ˈliːmɪˌne]; "at the start", literally, "on the threshold") is a motion, discussed outside the presence of the jury, to request that certain testimony be excluded. The motion is decided by a judge in both civil and criminal proceedings. It is frequently used at pre-trial hearings or during trial, and it can be used at both the state and federal levels.

The reasons for the motions are wide and varied, but probably the most frequent use of the motion in limine in a criminal trial is to shield the jury from information concerning the defendant that could possibly be unfairly prejudicial to the defendant if heard at trial.[1] Other reasons arise under the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure for failure to comply with discovery.[2][3][4]

GW3 has a Norse tattoo the Valknut on his arm. I’m not sure if the family has any odinist ties or if they just think Norse symbolism are cool. The pine tree is a symbol of the birth of Frey, the god of sun and fertility. In other cultures it’s supposed to represent peace. White Pines are all over Ohio too. So, not sure if its tied to any of the above but that’s my input on the name

Re: Odin/Norse symbols; windows at the Lucasville Mission were done by "Artist Angela Wagner." http://missionfamilychurch.com/images/Photos/Windows/4.Elijah.jpg

Looking at the window referring to a vision of Elijah, appearing on a chariot of fire and horses of fire [2 Kings 2:11-13] I noticed AW's depiction of what appears to be an eight-legged horse - and my first thought was of Odin and his horse Sleipnir.

Later I could see it is two horses with the legs poorly executed, looking out of perspective, which I chalked up to difficulties of using the stained-glass medium. Wondering why was it so important to show all eight legs, when the horses largely appear as one?

Seemed to me the artist wanted to venerate Odin and Sleipnir at her family's holy place, but hiding it within the prevailing religion; not an unusual way for symbols and old traditions to stay alive as cultures and power changes.

JMO - noting it as another clue to a possible mental-emotional-spiritual link of the W4 to Odin mythology. moo

As of 2013 over 30,000 people had access to OHLEG. I don't know where the number sits today, but access to specifically the facial recognition part was scaled back due to privacy concerns.

Access to ‘Gateway’ scaled back | News, Sports, Jobs - Marietta Times

There are non-LE users. The level of data access varies given this.

"access than those who work for non‐law enforcement agencies (e.g., court employees). For this reason OHLEG law enforcement users will be given access to a wider range of OHLEG attributes than will non-law enforcement users."

http://files.ohleg.org/general/OHLEG_Rules_Regulations.pdf

Take all as JMO as a possibility on why the category is labeled OHLEG Audit. The audit could be of when/where/how often/under what log on, etc. those names were searched.

All JMO referencing articles only, no personal knowledge or experience on the subject at hand.

That’s a very odd looking piece of art. Someone I used to know did these type of fake stained glass piece. She would lay a piece of glass over a picture and then use a thick acrylic paint to trace the drawing in black then color it in. That looks like the above piece, and I’m guessing she isn’t very good at the technique. Something really strange about those horses. But it is another tie in to the Norse possibly. I just wonder what their beliefs are.

This topic could be the 'bizzare' in this case that I keep waiting for. Seems Fredericka was some type of Baptist, however, the younger WAS could also mix something else in.

Billy never asked why he was being arrested, he just said what’s going on, if the police had had their guns drew on me and after I was in hand cuffs you better believe that I would be asking what the charges where, Billy already knew that is why we never asked, Billy Wagner was caught off guard and never had time to think up a good Lie!

"Can I ask what's going on?" he asks on the scene of what appears to be a roadway.

"You're under arrest right now, that's what's going on," an officer responds.

Wagner was later extradited to Pike County

Wagner, 47, his wife, Angela Wagner, 48, and their two sons, George Wagner IV, 27, and Edward "Jake" Wagner, 26, are all charged in the April 2016 killings in Pike County.

All four have pleaded not guilty.

Billy Wagner's mother, Fredericka Wagner, and mother-in-law, Rita Newcomb, also face felony charges stemming from an alleged cover-up.

Fredericka Wagner owns hundreds of acres of land and breeds exotic animals, including horses. She's under house arrest, largely confined to the empire that was decades in the making.

During her son's arrest, an apparent animal trailer can be seen on the footage.

Officers implore Billy Wagner to walk backward toward them, to not reach for his waistband and then to kneel before them as they handcuff him.

After patting him down, an officer says, "Nothing else on you, partner?"

"Uh-uh," Billy Wagner replies.

"Nothing illegal?"

"Nope
