Maybe they didn’t access the system themselves but somehow obtained the reports on those individuals illegally.

Below are two examples, I’m not connecting either guy or their specific actions. Just saying it happens.

Police officer accused of searching database for profit

Jury returns verdict in former Manchester police officer’s trial | People's Defender

There is also LEADS ( Law Enforcement Automated Data) available. If you want to check
the Ohio Revised Code, Chapter 4501, Section 2 - 10, all info is provided.

I was just looking up references to OHLEG specifically, as it’s what is referenced in discovery.

It is likely that simple (Facebook). I’m just not sure why all 4 would be charged with hacking her account since July 2014 - after death May 2017.
Is it possible they hacked people besides just HR? Also, maybe they can't pin down exactly who hacked them, so they charged them all. Similar to they don't know exactly who pulled the trigger on each victim but they know they were all involved so they are all charged equally? My thoughts/opinion only

It’s possible, but I wondered if it was more than one persons social media account if it would have been more than one count/charge of unauthorized use of property. I’m not sure myself.

Edit: if it was HMR wouldn’t they, or at least Jake have also been charged with 2903.211 menacing by stalking? She fits under 3 categories:
1. 2014 she was a minor
2. Natural parent of a shared child of whom stalking was committed against
3. The victim suffered serious physical harm on their own property at the hands of the defendant

Yes, but my point was that he was out of prison.

Okay. He is actually doing good "for now" I hear. Hopefully he will continue.

I heard today that it was a woman who actually found the bag with SW's remains and opened it. 2 men were also there. Horrific and I hope she is doing alright.

On AW discovery there's listed Brentley NCH CAC (1 video). Does anyone know what this is? I found NCH is a family owned company started in the early 1900's making disinfectants. They make all sorts of these kinds of products now. They are based in Irving, TX. Why does Irving, TX ring a bell with me concerning the W's? Is that where JW's wife is from? The CAC listed I believe could be
Customer Assistance Center? I know CAC can mean quite a lot of things. Maybe "Brentley" is the contact at the NCH Customer Assistance Center? Maybe they will testify about cleaning products purchased used to cover up evidence? Just thinking outloud on what this could be. It is listed amidst AW's purchases.

I like your line of thinking, but, that's little B. FR's little boy. NCH, I think, is Nationwide Children's Hospital. CAC, Iirc, is a children's service program. They may have been present, with him, while he was at the hospital.

Perhaps you should recheck the specifically references you provided as the sources of the Manchester,
Adams County, Ohio charges against Joshua Hayes... JMO

You are correct, they interviewed him. It's the division for child advocacy
