The quote that JW made here in this news paper article that he is not going to take her, but demands mandatory visitation rights, Who does this Family Think They Are, I would say crap like this has been going on around that area for decades, even Bob Wagner was probably like this Demanding and Overbearing and there is something else I have been thinking about is a few post back someone was talking about Angela and Billy was split up, and I think they were because at Billy last pre-trial there was some strange women setting with RW and at the end Billy was trying to speak to one of the women before he was exited off back to jail. JMO

Could be any number of reasons. Maybe billy owes the perps a favor, some kinda debt. Or maybe he is just outright fearful of what they would do to his family if he doesn’t take the fall.
But the tattoo just screams “hey look at me I did it” along with the “burnt vcr and boondocks saints clips” and the evidence found in the well. I think billy is planting this stuff to get himself charged. Maybe because he knows he will get out on insanity/mental discharge. But if my own family’s livelihood was on the line, I’d take the fall too.

I agree Johnny B Bad, HMR made it clear to JW and her family who the father of the KR was and that it was not JW, yet he goes to the hospital and removes her sock, and then says he will demand visitation. That man is delusional, and I cannot image the terror he put HMR through with his refusal to move on and accept she had.

So he set the rest of his family up too? Because the prosecutor has presented evidence against his mother, mother-n-law, wife, oldest son and youngest son. He would rather his wife and children receive the death penalty? That doesn't begin to make sense

They won't ask him because his attorneys won't put him on the stand. I would be shocked speechless if his attorneys let him be crossed examined by Canepa. My 2 Cents....

I was just reading RN's indictment. For count #1 it uses the language (paraphraseing) accused, in facilitating a fraud did unlawfully forge, to wit, a custody document, without the other person's authority, to wit, HMR,...so that it purports to be genuine when it's actually spurious, or to be the act of another who did not authorize that act...

Count #2 and #3 goes on to use the exact same language for JW and his brother GW4, so saying that JW and GW4 did NOT authorize RN to draw up the forged documents.

Would they, being written in the indictments as victims of fraud, be required in any way to appear, participate at her trial to say yeah I knew nothing about these, that's not my signature, i did not tell her to do this for me? Her indictment, in counts 2 & 3 have the W brothers listed as the victims of her fraud.

It's like the state of Ohio is saying to them, ok you knew nothing about these frauds your grandmother did in your name? Ok, well we will be charging her on your behalf.

How the heck is RN's trial supposed to proceed without their testimony of her doing these felonies without their knowledge, fraudulently? Can the W brothers even be supenaed to testify? The way it's written it has nothing to do with the R murders and stands on it's own as crimes against JW and GW3.

That's an interesting observation, that RN is charged with additional counts of forging custody documents in the name of JW and GW3.

To properly answer, I think would mean going to the Ohio laws cited in the indictments. Which I've no intention of doing, BTW. But, what I expect one would find is laws about the responsibilities of a Notary Public, and how it is an offense for a notary public to create documents without following the proper procedure and documentation. In my only experience with a notary, I had to produce 2 pieces of photo ID, which were photocopied and kept on file, and then I had to certify in words and on paper, an oath that the document was true.

I think the indictment means she didn't go through that process for either HR, JW or GW3, so technically, under the law for Notaries, she's committed these extra offenses. However, the W's are also charged with forgery, so she did it with their full knowledge and permission.

I don't remember that w/CR2, (not saying it didn't happen),but I remember somewhere it was stated that DR said she felt as if she was being watched. Idk if it was in a new article, or not, or an interview, but it stuck in my head.

That we actually have the photo of the BPV's in the bathroom labeled with numbers and NOT in a bedroom labeled with numbers. And that actual names places and other known facts of the case get misreported.

A reporter quoted Angela Canepa saying that Fred's BPV receipts were not authentic, but if you go back and listen, that is not what she said.

One of my theories is that the two boys did this and the parents and grandparents find out and cover for them. Although it seems sophisticated, what little we've seen is sort of youthful in nature. The W boys were in their 20s when these murders happened. The Boston Bombers were 19 & 26. (again, unlikely, but quite possible)

I do agree it is possible JW & GW4 could have committed the crimes alone. Doubtful but possible. I think JW was furious with HMR and I agree with LE the whole family was obsessed with the children.

Don't you also wonder who LE was referring to when they accused BJM and JM of taking money from someone to murder their family? LE thought the Manleys were paid by someone to kill their family, so who do they think it was? Were they still considering drug dealing? Cartel? We've assumed that the Wagners were feeding LE a lot of false information about the murders for a long time. Who were the Wags accusing of paying the Manleys to murder their Rhoden relatives? The W's must have a lot of enemies these days, considering they probably named them as suspects to LE.
