I agree it's the charge of taking confiscated monies that is the case against the sheriff but this small time drama made it to a major affiliated national media source. It published a vile innuendo spoken by a county's sheriff against the county's AG that could taint his reputation. That is not a good situation going into numerous major trials, IMO.No, but Junk's not the sharpest knife in the drawer, imo, and I think he feels threatened by Reader. Turf war. The only really chargeable offense is using drug money to gamble with. It's not kosher to ask your employees for loans, if in fact he did, but that's an internal issue between them. It's between him and the auto dealer re; his vehicle loan. I've not been in any workplace where there was not at least one employee who hated their boss, either. They were the ones who usually got a less than stellar performance review too. Any cheating is between him and his wife. By the time this case gets to trial though, a lot of folks probably won't even remember the details of all this. Small town drama.
