You’re welcome. IMO, when HMR broke up with JW for CG, which was stated in an article shared by Oxygen, she was done. The public only has JW’s account of their “relationship” after their break up because HMR is dead and cannot tell the TRUTH to her story. JMHO.

I can't find links but it appears that FW wants all information pertaining to the search warrants on her property and basically everything said by anyone during her GJ appearance. Maybe someone smarter than me can find the documents.

This is interesting. First of all Judge Deering already ruled that the prosecution had to turn over all of Fred's GJ testimony. And according to Discovery Exhibit #1, they have already done so:

So why does Fred need all of the GJ testimony of everyone else? Only one reason I can think of --- to help the Wagner 4 in their defense:

It will disclose important statements made against the Wagners, it will reveal all the witnesses who testified, it will give her a little bit of an idea of the prosecution's strategy, and it will allow her to pass all this information over to the Wagner 4's defense attorneys.

In other words, she doesn't need all the GJ testimony to defend her case, but she does need it to help her family, at least in some way, with their trials.

As for documents having to do with the search of her farm, I think one of the things going on here is that if the defense can prove to the judge that there was not enough probable cause to search the farm, then the greatest thing can happen to her:

The judge would have to throw out all the evidence discovered in the search of her farm. Yup! That means the BPV evidence would be thrown out, it would have to be thrown out. She has a savvy lawyer in Owen.

This is just my take on this Motion and this Memorandum.

HR's Instagram posts that you shared were eye-openers for me. It gave me a "beginning" to her story, compared to her most recent FB, where she seemed so alone and sad. And throughout it all, one fact seemed true and consistent: She was deeply in love with Charlie Gilley. She was beautiful and full of life and just was not going to "settle" for a boring life with someone she didn't love (JW). All JMO

I read somewhere that she also testified about the 4 Wags (in their defense, of course) and who she thought murdered the Rs. That testimony and maybe other parts is not relevant to her charges, and IMO, will not be released.

TY. Also, I went back and listened to the pretrial hearing that day. Judge D ordered her entire testimony be transcribed (for he himself to review) but definitely stated the only portion subject to Discovery is the part directly pertaining to her charges.

I would like to hear everyone's opinion about the "receipts" provided by the defense. I am anxious to hear what the Prosecution found out regarding the authenticity of these documents. They do not even list invoice numbers and it is obvious that these are simple replies probably in response to FWs requests to very vague questions. Who of us could not get an original, true bill of goods bought and sold, sent overnight to us at any time, when the receipts are part of a murder investigation? Yet it took the Defense 8, 9, 10...how many months now, to produce these??? Ba ha. Your thoughts please, on these receipts?

I thought it was a partial GJ transcript, but did contain her full testimony.
I thought Judge Deering had said he wants the prosecution to release all of her GJ testimony.

She has a right to see all of her GJ testimony, but her new Motion makes it sound like she wants all---everyone's---GJ testimony, not just her own. Why? To help the Wagner 4 by giving information to their defense attorneys?

I could be misunderstanding it ...... When is her last pretrial? Hopefully we will find out the meaning of this recent Memorandum and Motion at that time.

Good questions. Something isn't kosher. In July 2018 Fred said she had copies of the receipts and that Canepa could have them. But then it wasn't until 8 months later in March 2019 that her attorney gave Canepa some type of receipt.

Canepa said that "you think she would have known where she bought them from if she made copies of the receipts." Why lie that you had made copies? Why stall 8 months?

Finally they got tired of waiting and got a warrant and checked her Amazon Account. When there were no signs of any BPV purchases, Canepa took it to the GJ. The GJ indicted her.

4 months after she gets indicted she finally remembers it was really Pay Pal where she got the BPVs from. Does anyone see anything wrong with this story?

I agree that I might be misunderstanding it. There could be other things she testified about. It's a bit confusing that's why I hope her June 4th pretrial clears it up .

Why would LE give someone all the peoples names and information that testified against her family to the grand jury after the family has already threatened to kill a sheriff, the governor and a BCI agent, that doesn’t make good sense IMO.

I don’t think Canepa cares about the recipe on the bulletproof vest now, she has caught FW in lying about who bought the vest, JMO BW bought the bulletproof vest and FW is lying for him, she swore under Oath that she bought the bulletproof vest that’s why she is charged, also did FW blame James Manley for the murders because she told the world that they knew who killed Chris Rhoden?

If the vests were used in the murders they would have been disposed of with the "special" shoes and other clothing. Did she actually think Billy bought them and used them during the murders then brought them back to her house where they could be found? Thus, did she lie for him thinking it would help him? How could it help him? The vests don't incriminate Billy if there is no evidence on them, and if there is evidence then her lying can't help him.

There would be blood, body fluid, particles of evidence, (microscopic or not) gun powder, DNA, etc...on those vests if they were used in the murders. They shot the victims at such close range and so many times that there would be forensic evidence.
So if she lied, I can't figure out the motive to do so.

Do you mean Fred actually said she knew who killed the Rhodens? She did say she thought it was terrorists. Did she mention anyone else, to make it seem as though it could have been a local like JM? ...... 2 Cents ....

I don't know about Fred but I do think the 4 Wagner's pointed LE towards JM and BJM, as being involved. "All the lies they told us" likely includes all the lies they told about those 2.
