...very new to this conversation so forgive me if this has been mentioned before. A question I have is why just 2 vests?? Will at some point the defense(s) of the 4 try to free up the 2 of them from charges?? will just 2 of the 4 take the hit for all of them?? and if so which 2?...just a thought and your thoughts
Just My Thoughts.......
Welcome. Good questions. What your talking about is someone taking a plea deal and there just isn't any way that would work in their favor.
First of all someone would have to roll over on the others and as soon as you do that the whole family will turn against you. No visits from Robin, no money going into your commissary account, no help or support whatsoever from family on the outside.
Secondly, what are you going to plea bargain for? You will still end up with LWOP and will spend the rest of your life in a level 4 security unit. No "cushy" level 1 security for you. Not for 8 murders.
Those "boys" don't want anyone but them raising their children. Last October when the mother of George's son wanted more visitation, George demanded she get a psych evaluation. The only hope any of them have to be with those kids is to take it to trial.
Now if one of them is innocent, and had no knowledge or involvement, that person would have rolled already. That person would be absolutely livid that their family got them arrested for crimes they never committed. We haven't seen any signs of that.
I do not believe in any way shape or form that the 2 BPVs were used in the murders. Whatever BPVs they used are long gone with all the "special" shoes they bought, and with all their gloves and clothes. You don't dispose of what your wearing but then decide to keep 2 items out and put them in your mother's house for a search party to find.
