The Grand Jury 'probably' swore many people into testimony that they can't back down on now. That's one of the purposes of the GJ. JMO

She won't plead guilty! .... 2 Cents ....

But her time is coming. JMO. She is guilty and I find it difficult to understand why her lies can't be easily seen when they're as plain as day. JMO though, and everybody's got one, equally.

As much as some of us feel she's guilty, she's still entitled to due process and a jury trial. It will be up to the jury to make that determination. Just sayin'.

Thanks, it seems we're going in circles here. Lots of time on our hands waiting until the next series of pre-trial hearings. It happens frequently.

Let's just see what happens at FW's next day in court. Personally, I think her attorney (most likely at her direction) will continue to make many, many objections through out pre-trial and trial. It seems the defendant with the least amount of charges is making the most waves of any in the group.

We'll see how the judge handles things when it gets to trial. So far, I think Judge Deering is doing a good job. He has a lot of work, presiding over all of these high profile cases, but he seems very competent. :)

JMO

Not going in circles, IMO. Just people on different sides. Very plain to see. But that's okay to disagree.

Just stating my opinion, as I said.

She's the one that keeps trying not to go to trial...on a dismissal. Not gonna happen...unless....the State requests it to preserve evidence against the other 5 co-defendants in this case, plus herself. JMO

Sounds like she's getting her money's worth out of her attorneys.

You just answered a question for me. When she was sitting in the gallery she would put her hand up and cover her mouth while whispering to Robin. She does the same with her attorney. She's the only one who hides her face when she is talking in someone's ear.
I think you and @ColMustard are correct, that she is keeping everyone from reading her lips. She is very camera conscience.

A prime example:

But she's different at home:
https://expo.advance.net/........
Good post! Also, JMO, it's going to be difficult at any one time for her to claim her hearing is bad because if she can sit there and whisper to Robin and Robin whisper back to her, then Fred's hearing can't be too bad now can it? However, Fred always makes it look like when her lawyer(s) say something to her, that they have to say it directly into her ear. If she only knew, how ridiculous she really looks, sunglasses and all! LOL Also, I might add, in JMO, that if a person didn't want to look nervous, you wouldn't be moving from place to place in the court room and up and down and all around to here, there and everywhere. Putting your glasses off and on, etc etc. Why so fidgety? Why be nervous? What is there to be nervous about?....................

Well, I got three deletions from moderators. No surprise who reported them.

All eight victims - seven Rhoden family members and one's fiancee - were shot with the gun barrel touching their skin or very, very close to it – just centimeters or inches away, the coroner determined.

The number of gunshot wounds ranged from nine (40-year-old Christopher Rhoden Sr. ) to one (44-year-old Kenneth Rhoden) for a total of 32.

A few inconsistencies in the mass killings were pointed out in the reports:

  • Although officials had said all the victims were shot in their sleep, the way his head was tilted indicates that Christopher Rhoden Sr. was shot through a door. He also may have been shot first as his body was the most decomposed when it was discovered by the coroner's office.
  • Larger caliber bullets were used to kill 37-year-old Gary Rhoden.
  • Kenneth Rhoden was shot in his right eye only.
The number of gunshot wounds per victims, according to the reports:
This was Chanel 9 news report of their chance to see the autopsy report of the Rhodens family murders, if you read, it said the gun barrel was touching the victims, maybe just maybe the silencer that was in the well that was found in October had the Rhodens D&A on it. JMO

One of the Cincy news channels reported that they felt CRSR was watching and knew they were coming (and so did BCI per this report).
That's why I believe that Chris did get at least one shot off.

Unfortunately, the reporters did not report the same details across the board. They couldn't copy or take notes etc.

A silencer will leave IMO fiber etc and probably victims blood tissue etc. IMO, there has to be blowback of some sort on the silencers.. I can't image any possible way that some blowback didn't occur. JMO

Could you point me in the direction where contact wounds were mentioned about HMR? I’m not saying you’re incorrect, in any way. I just don’t recall ever reading that anywhere. However, somedays, I feel like I forget more than I know about this case, so I very well could just be overlooking that information. To my knowledge, HMR actually was the only victim that had the least mentioned about her when it came to anything. The unredacted preliminary autopsy reports that were discussed within the media all only mentioned HMR being shot twice, with no further details.

Chanel 9 news, They reported on Rhodens autopsy, it said that the victims earthier had contact wounds or some was shot with the gun barrel a few inches away

I believe some victims were shots at point blank range AND some were shot with contact wounds.

Those are 2 different things (closely related) from what I have read. JMO

Yes, that’s correct. Actually point blank range specifies, that while the trajectory is close, it’s not close enough to be a contact wound.

I believe that I saw the PayPal receipts as well but I don't know where. IIRC. JMO.
Owens submitted receipts [iirc with his motion to dismiss] but according to SP Canepa, in court, the receipts have not yet been authenticated. Also, it was implied they are a red herring - as there are other issues re: FW, not just the BPV and receipts.
