Makes you wonder if their not thinking something will happen with the W's. Just speculating.
Seems likely. She knows this case pretty well.

I'm pretty sure he was moved out by the time this happened, this was said to have happened, iirc, a 7-10 days or so before the murders. Where the other guy moved to was too far for him to hear anything. If he was there, he's not spoken up. Thus far we've only heard hearsay from the one's who were not there at the time of the fight, unless they're not telling us that they were there at the time of the supposed fight.

Reading back through today while riding shotgun. I just can't really call D.S. 911 call, nor interviews, emotion filled, descriptions of horror. There were a few photos of the murder victims' coffins.

BJM wasn't the only person who described the crime scene horror. Stone described the horror of finding his cousin KR.

He finds KR, then goes traipsing about the property, with another family member, locates a "tray" of pot plants, then says, We better call 911", then WALKS who knows how far to get a signal, with a vehicle sitting there. KR's driveway is around 200' long iirc.
Not accusing him, but he didnt seem too shocked, to me, for another person who could have been #9 had he spent the night as he'd intended.
All of us react differently though, I just doubt I'd wandered around the property after finding my bestie cousin murdered in his camper.

The murders, if we are getting truth, (and that is possibly the only thing we are getting the truth about), was not something that was planned in 7-10 days. If it's the guy I'm thinking of, that you're talking about, he was moved out of FRs around the time DR moved, iirc. Iirc. And, as you point out, we've not heard Boo from him.Again, i dont have MSM. But my belief was he moved out a week before the drama.
He has not spoken out on this or on anything else

I think that is what is missing in this case. the horror, the emotion. For some reason I get the feeling it's like "Ok they didn't deserve to die, but they were drug dealers so no harm no foul."
I think Reader and Dewine did that early on when they announced the "commercial grows". The national news dropped it very soon after.
But the thing is, this was a horrendous crime. It is terrifying to think 8 people could be killed in their sleep in their homes in four different locations. It's like some psychopath went crazy one night and slaughtered everyone. It's even more terrifying to know that the monsters that did this are still running loose.
Ridiculous. I can empathize with the anger from wasting resources on people who continue to do the same dumb thing, but there's no way an EMT, police officer or First Responder can know if someone has been treated 3 times for an overdose unless EMTs, LE, First Responders start "branding" junkies on the forehead with Strike 1 and Strike 2. In addition, rescue personnel will not withhold treatment to dying people. A solution to kill off junkies (what this councilman is hoping for) is to implement a law that only EMTs and ER personnel can administer Narcan. By the time ambulances arrive, many overdosed junkies have expired. That was being reported all day today on WLW news. They referred to it as, "Three strikes and you're out."
Hmmm. So 1 month before, march?
I could be wrong. I think he moved out of one location in march and moved in 5 weeks with FR, then moved out one week before the 22.
Anyway. HR had her boyfriend, CR2 had a girlfriend and there was some traffic of friends at FR. If there was a dispute a week prior, I would think the word spread around quickly.
Yes, it does happen, but it doesn't make the front page of the news.Yes, all that is true. However, I am here to tell you that EMTs, medics, and other emergency medical professionals discuss things. It's a way to debrief.
Unauthorized viewing and copying medical records leaves an electronic trail. The people who have been fired for HIPAA violations are those who have viewed actual written records without the necessity to do so. Every time you open electronic medical records a trail is left that is traceable by the compliance department.
Employees who violate HIPAA can be put through the disciplinary process. Usually this starts with coaching, then verbal warning, then written warning, and on up the scale if the violations continue, up to and including termination.
Immediate termination can occur with blatant violations, such as sharing information with the media, and copying records to remove from the office.
Fines are only issued to individuals who sell photos or copies of medical records to the National Enquirer or other outlets.
But will a person be fined, or even disciplined, for speaking about something they have seen? No, it doesn't happen.
It wouldn't be shocking to learn that someone who had been severely struggling financially collected some items before calling LE.Reading back through today while riding shotgun. I just can't really call D.S. 911 call, nor interviews, emotion filled, descriptions of horror.

We'll never know if the male members of the Wagner family are capable of declaring their innocence since Angela is in charge and deferred all new questions to her attorney.Makes me wonder if we are going to get another interview full of denials from the W's.
It also makes me want to go back to Alaska. :gaah:

http://www.beckershospitalreview.co...ures-to-keep-your-practice-in-compliance.htmlI'm not talking about medical personnel posting on Facebook. Of course that isn't very smart.
l'm talking about medics, EMTs, and other emergency medical folks discussing horrific accident scenes and rescues with a family member or close friend. That's just a way of coping.
And it is a common occurrence. No HIPAA fines would result from this type of debriefing.
