I don’t get it either. But sometimes killers keep trophy’s. Often enough they just plain make stupid mistakes. Maybe one of them kept a silencer that the other 3 were not aware. Maybe 2 if them kept different reminders. Keeping receipts from Walmart was stupid. Shopping there was just plain dumb.


Who knows but at the first trial we will find out.

I had a great friend growing up, LE, and he was very friendly and chatty. In all our talks, a few stand out, and once he said, Sal, criminals are dumb. They're all dumb. Yeah, he was right.

The last piece of significant physical evidence was discovered on October 30, 2018 and the analysis of that evidence was completed just a few days later, on Nov 7th.
Can we speculate on that significant piece of evidence discovered On Oct 30, 2018....two and a half years after the murders? If it was a silencer that suddenly showed up, where had it been all this time" This is keeping me awake at night.

Hi CHELLY Finding the silencer has not bothered me...I figured it had been "buried in a field" on property owned by "Jakey" & Bro. Since they sold the property, new owners probably found it by accident (IMO)...digging in an area to plant a garden? Kids looking for arrowheads, excavating for an appurtenant structure, or update on a utility easement. Heck even left it the attic, dropped down a wall, or hidden in heating/cooling vents that were discovered when repair work was done. (There are thousands of place to hide items on property. Now you all know where I hide mine!) Something about these "guys" tells me they were not good at getting rid of their "toys".... ever. And they would never risk trying to cross the border with them, either. Doesn't every one need a reserve arsenal?? (insert sarcasm emoji.)

I’m beyond thankful the silencer was recovered. I’m just in awe at the Wags ignorance.

To even think you can get away with the of murder 8 people in premeditation by leaving a digital trail is just completely stupid. To keep a silencer made and used in the murders completely baffles me. Stupid isn’t the word for it.

I truly just think this group of four wholeheartedly believes they are above everyone, including the law, and that they answer to no one. I see them as thinking they are smarter than anyone out there. I’ve seen it over and over in their contradictory early media interviews. Their postings on various social media groups. Their outright lack of empathy for the Rhoden family while claiming to be best friends with them. It’s all just sickening to know that people like this habitate this world.

I think the silencer was tested against gun shot residue that was collected from the bodies and crime scene. The same with whatever material they used to actually muffle the shots. In fact any materials may have been found at the properties searched the last 2.5 years. Then perhaps since they may have had receipts went back and verified the Waggies had purchased the materials.

And that was the final piece Prosecutors needed to tie it all together.

I can now understand the thousand piece puzzle.

Explain the possibility of HHG’s blood being in there. Or a mixture of victims’ blood with DNA from the defendants. If I were a juror, I’d need to be able to believe it. Dates, times, PROOF that any victims besides HMR would have ever been in that vehicle. As of now all I hear is a cover story. JMHO.

Is there any possibility one of the killers held onto the silencer evidence as insurance? I mean, family or not, maybe one of them has been sleeping with one eye open...maybe not living well with what they'd done and they are the CI? Just a thought....

I didn’t say any of that did happen only saying explanations a defense could give. I didn’t realize we should only say yes this is absolutely evidence that points to guilt.

Exactly they were great friends for a long time. I am saying that unless multiple victims blood or Gary or Kenny’s blood the defense could easily lie. There is plenty of evidence to prove how close the two families were.
