Judge is on Count 10 now - charges & specifications related to aggravated burglary.

Reading these counts is boring, but they're extremely important. They've stacked on as many counts as possible to make sure the perps don't get away with their crimes. In addition, they broke all these laws and they should be charged accordingly.

JMO, not every one of the W's actually committed the murders, but the charges are laid until it can be sorted out in trial.

Some Mothers will spend their last dollar to mount the best defense possible. In this case, "A rising tide lifts all boats." What ever defense Collins presents, will no doubt be mimicked by the other defense attorneys. So, in theory the payer gets 4 for the price of one.
"Wagner only has a 7th grade education"? I don't think that matters...because no one ever states the educational level of the victims as a reason for getting a bullet in their head. (The victim only had a 7th grade education...the killer only had a 7th grade education...does that balance out for you?)

I'm puzzled by a lawyer mentioning level of education as some sort of defense or excuse for any sort of bad behavior. I've known many well educated people who are morally bereft, cruel and uncaring of others and many people with less than ideal education who were kind, compassionate and caring people and who wouldn't dream of hurting another person intentionally... wouldn't even say anything mean about another person. I see no connection between formal education or the lack thereof and being raised up to be decent, reasonable, kind and unselfish people who are capable of conflict resolution without violence and killing.

I really value opinions here. And mostly everyone is respectful. I like that and am very pleased. And gosh darn it, I appreciatevthe insight and overall intelligence of the posters. The “Jake has nothing to do with it” comment has been in my head since the moment I first read it. It literally jumped off the screen and into my brain.

When I heard about the arrests I immediately searched for that article to reread FW’s comments.

His grandmother, Fredericka Wagner, said in April 2017 that he had nothing to do with the April 22, 2016, massacre.

“They have nothing,” Fredericka Wagner said in a 2017 Dayton Daily News interview. “Their searches have turned up zilch. Nothing. And they aren’t going to either because Jake had nothing to do with it.”


So - did the other three Ws have something to do with it and Jake did not? Or did FW slip and say “Jake had nothing to do with it” because she knew Jake was the one LE was focused on the most?”

I just laughed out loud! I thought the same thing. I'm sure most everyone knows he's not the "mastermind". I get the impression that he's the muscle, GW4 is the backup but smarter, AW is the planner, and JW... I've never seen him as a trigger man. I see him more as providing recon. That's even worse, if so. He had to remain friendly with everyone, in order to get into the homes, and learn routines and bedrooms. Especially since DR had just moved a month prior. Need help putting that crib up? No, problem.

Noted at the end of the article: In Ohio, prosecutors and defense attorneys must at least try to seat a jury before the court will consider moving a trial.

I think JW is the one who fired those 5 shots into HHG. So much hate there. And for what? She wasn't a R. No those five shots were for CG. And I also think JW is the one who killed HR. It was personal but he couldn't bring himself to destroy her face like he did HHG.

Discussion about right to speedy trial. He can waive right to speedy trial. Jake's attorneys have asked to waive right to speedy trial. Granted by judge.

Also requesting others involved in trial and prosecution to keep info about trial from the media. All agree, ordered.
