Fredericka, who was involved in lying to a grand jury about 8 murders, should not be allowed to leave her home and have contact with helpless, disabled individuals. The judge should deny her request!
Wagner matriarch accused of covering up Rhoden massacre seeks release from house arrest

What arrogance! I had a feeling this would happen if they let her out of jail.

I doubt she does any work there. She has employees who take care of the patients. It's just a mile or so from her house, she can work remotely.

Yes, it's really awful how people signed those contracts and moved onto the land, improving it with homes, etc. When they missed a payment, they were evicted and all their improvements (mobile homes, outbuildings, etc.) had to remain with the property. Fred Wagner then jacked up the value of the property and "contracted" it out to a new buyer for tens of thousands $$ more. That's just wrong, but the Pike County prosecutor, court & judges allowed it.

I'm sure FW also had good relationships with all the sheriff's deputies who came out to evict her tenants. In retrospect, it's amazing she was even arrested in the Rhoden murders case. Perhaps they realized there was no way to avoid it.

While what she was doing with her properties, may have been distasteful, at best, the contracts were likely set up, all nice and legal.

The taking of eight human lives, is horrific, despicable, and not even comparable to the aforementioned land contracts, and murder is very much against the law. So, I see no reason why LE would hesitate at going after them, and it appears they did go after them.

Appears Mrs Rhoden is present today-so sad to see her face

I think her lawyer should stop shoveling the horse pucky around about... "lived as close to the cross as anyone can." The blatant irony is blinding as it's in direct contradiction with what she claims she believes. The bible is not lacking (is extremely generous, throughout) in the number of statements, warnings and promises given when it comes to the treatment of the poor by those who are better off. As far as I'm concerned her church is just one more corrupted tax duck and if she thinks she really believes in God and his kingdom then; her biggest trial won't take place here on earth.

A-Men. Preach! Please give us a break on the "foot of the cross" drivel.

BINGO!! Khaki pants made it to court. I wonder if any "special private messages" were being sent, again? Am starting at AW's and she looks like someone who is forcing herself to cry....but I don't think tears come easily or naturally for this woman. Come to think of it....NONE OF THEM EVER HAVE ANY TEARS OF REGRET....so odd, IMO!
The camera man must be listening to you guys....better camera angles and coverage of the room. Much better perspective/views of courtroom....

Yes, in one camera shot you could see Geneva Rhoden and Len Manley over her (Angela's) shoulder.

are people allowed to wear those 'justice for rhodens' shirts in front of the jury once trials start?

I doubt it...

Judge Deering patiently reading through the charges and specifications. Explaining penalties that may be imposed. Same as the previous 2 hearings.

Robin Wagner getting her close up shot.

Now zooming in on Len Manley's t-shirt with message.
