I can't help but be skeptical of Jeff Ruby. How would he know what "complex developments" are occurring? LE has no reason to update him or keep him abreast of anything. He's just a restaurant owner and sometimes philanthropist. Eh, what do I know...

Possibility he knows someone that leaked info to him that shouldn't have. Also possible he is getting flack from customers due to some of this and that was an easy out to satisfy those that support his business.

He has been known to donate money to the missing before. I don't think he knows anymore than anyone else. I do think maybe the grow operation made him back down. Maybe he feels like if he someone comes forward the money will be used illegally

It returns T D Auto and T P Auto and also Scioto River Trading. There are no businesses with T D Auto or T P Auto registered with Ohio Secretary of State.

Also, the phone number DR uses is for the Scioto River Trading.

I haven't sat down and listened to the 911 call, just whatever I saw on TV, so I don't independently know if "please don't hurt me" was said. Could it have been "Please hurry!" instead?

I think she says "please don't hurt me" at the very end. After the conversation with 911 she starts crying. About 1-2 seconds before the very end of the sound clip, she says something
while she is crying. Initially I didn't know what she was saying. Then someone said that she said "please don't hurt me". If I listen to it now again, then that is what I hear. I think
it is possible that she says "please hurry". I have to listen to it again and see if that matches.

Also, at the end of the call once the dispatcher "hangs up," BJM definitely says "Please don't hurt me." Then there is another voice that is barely audible, but I have no idea what they say.

et al is Latin for "and others." In legal documents it is often used in place of listing a lot of specific names.

What does T&D stand for? Possible name initials? Dana and Tammy or? Just guesssing, I have no idea.

Is this the one where the phone number was linked to the Scioto River Trading Company? If so, we did some sleuthing on that last night. Was curious about the Finance company link on the SRTC website....

This wasn't a public shooting. It's completely different than those examples. There were many, many witnesses to those crimes, apparently none to this one.

Interesting because his initial reaction to the news about the MJ grow was quite different:

Jeff Ruby, a Cincinnati-area businessman offered a $25,000 reward for details leading to those responsible. “If that can lead to the capture and conviction of the person responsible, it will be the best money I ever spent,” Ruby told NBC4.

Ruby says the fact that investigators found evidence of marijuana at the scene doesn’t change his commitment to the reward money. “Do we still want those people on the loose?” Ruby asked aloud. “Would you want them on the loose? We want to get them in jail and et them the death penalty and whether those people were growing marijuana or not – it doesn’t matter.”

Lets try looking very seriously for clues that would lead to arrests!

On the fourth day I thought they are playing us- totally. Everything they dragged out for the first 3 days after IMO they knew after 8 hours on scene.

They hold it back, dribble it out, gives everyone the illsuion that stuff is new.

The way he instnatly decided to reveal the grow things my first thought - well that the takeway. It was not even like he had to consult with SHeriff. After he refused to "say anything" 4 minutes earlier in decision that took him 0.4 millseconds, he blurted it out.

I have never gotten any of this 'no comment'. We are paying you. Right to know fits in here. He really thinks the perps dont know they are gonna find the feilds - that is dumb IMO. They knew that when they were fleeing the scene. How is that letting the "bad guys" know anything they dont know. Its an insult to our intleigence.

How is two forced entries giving anything up. They no they forced entries on two locations.

How is number of gunshots each victim compromising a thing. They know how many shots they fired.

How is brusing giving anything up - they know they beat some people up.

If the money knees up thing is accurate - same thing, they knew they did that. This is not amazing criminal investigation . You walk in and see it - they know they did that. How does this make think oh no they are onto us?

I do not even know what amazing lenghts they went to hide there identiy. Come on now - DNA is our biggest asset, unless they wore NASA space suits, there DNA is gonna be there, in violent assullt. I am fine and understand them not coming out and saying DNA indicates that Billy Jean , Jr was there at the scene!

Telling us the status of the dogs- what could that possibly "give up"

The order of shootings - same thing - they know what they did .

Releasing weapons used - how does that make them think were caught ?

And pray news breaks soon because when there is no news the temptation to do all of the above is intense. Don't be afraid to post. Just avoid the pot holes. Such a stretch, but it's possible that the "complex criminal" activities could be this case and involvement with local LE. Maybe he is hearing rumblings of some type of inside job or corruption, etc and wants far away from it.
