Just wondering is it possible that government could seize the assets and/or property of where these grow ops were in this particular situation? Guess time will tell.....

I think it is a very good chance because of the amount. I think they can give the one that inherits it time to make sure the property is cleaned up, but that is just something someone on here posted about, don't have a link for that.

Alright, my second shot at a map. It looks like there are some conflicting understandings in this thread as to where things took place, but I tried to go with the most widely agreed upon locations. If anyone would like me to change anything, let me know. I'd also be happy to add press photos and media to the location markers if that would be helpful.

It could. For all we know, Kenneth could have been killed 48 hours before the others. He was alone. So we just don't know, until we know the last time somebody saw him alive..

1. Watch family to determine typical behavior and normal schedules

2. Search woods for trail cameras and removed or cover them up or wear clothing to disguise myself while I'm in view of the cameras. Do the same w/ any cameras on the property.

3. Find out where house keys are hidden and make copies. Figure out the passcode for any security alarms ahead of time or know some other way to disarm it.

4. Wear gloves

5. Remove shell casings

6. Cover shoes with plastic to avoid leaving footprints

7. Park a half mile from the house, preferably in a wooded area out of sight, to avoid leaving tire tracks behind on the property

8. Wear something to cover my face/hair so the 3 year old wouldn't recognize me

9. Use cohorts to serve as lookouts or distract animals

10. Wear some type of body armor/bullet proof vest to avoid harm

Ill add, Leave no witnesses behind that can ID me. Wear full body suit type thing like bio hazard suit so no fibers left behind. Later burning those items. All others you mentioned above are great!
I have wondered if a woman wasn't involved due to the babies being left alive, that or someone with kids.

For these areas it isn't necessarily an appearance. Chris Sr finished like 9th grade. This community is Appalachian country.

Let me ask a question. The AG called this a 'sophisticated operation" and a "pre-planned execution".

If you were planning this murder, what steps would you take that would cause it to be considered 'sophisticated'.

These are just the ones I thought of off of the top of my head and are pure speculation on my part, not facts in the case or anything.

1) Came prepared to deal with the dogs, either through use of pepper spray or meat.
2) Used bleach to splatter the scene
3) Picked up shell casings.
4) wore gloves
5) broomed out tire tracks
6) removed cameras

Feel free to add to the list.

I do the think the full moon was part of the planning. I don't live near Ohio, but I know that down here on the night of the April 21 the full moon lit up my whole backyard. I could see the whole backyard at 1am (22nd). Usually when I look out at that time i cannot see past the back porch from the darkness. I was really surprised by the light from the moon. Even if the murder/s are familiar with the property layout they would need some sort of light to get around. Flashlight could of given them away, but IMO the light of the moon was all they needed and part of the plan. IMO

You don't want to be flashing money when you don't have the paper trail to back it up. JMO.

Well, to be fair, I don't think they slaughtered each other.
I do believe they were all about family, and I don't think the fact that they were massacred changes that.

the only thing that seems lacking or poor, is the type and condition of the houses they lived in, possibly that does not matter to them.

Looking at lonesomepaws map of Dana's the killers could've drove into that dirt road parked right up to the barn there, instead of the main driveway and went into the house from the back.



The google map of 799 Left Fork shows Kenneths as the one lonesomepaws put it, but they're usually one place off. I've seen that even when they show townhouses, they're one house off. So I looked down the road a little further and found Kenneth's, it matches the media photo of his place. Google usually takes photos in the summer, so the map shows it when it's all green and trees are full. The crime scene photo is when it's not grown up with leaves on the trees, but you can see the campers and building is the same. Here's the google maps of it.







Looking at the 799 Left Fork rd in Rarden, go down the road to your right and you'll see his place, look how close the house is across the road.

Well, so all week I've been thinking that red garage was property Kenneth lived on. SMH I knew he lived in a camper, and it didn't make sense to me he was living in it, instead of the mobile home.

Lots of people around here live in RVs. Either on private lots or in campgrounds. I'm amazed at how nice they are. And they aren't cheap.

While those campers aren't made to be a home, you'd be surprised how many people have these as permanent dwellings in the country.

It was Beaver Creek but an actual address number was not given. No Rhodens have property on that road either but I thought maybe they may have been "attached" to it somehow. I'm still leaning toward the narc theory. They could have gotten busted on the couple hundred plants they had and started working w/the LE undercover. Someone found out and was not happy.
