This. While my tags were always valid, I had a roommate with plates from WI that had expired 3 years ago, he worked at a farm in the country, he never cared because he never encountered police on his way to or from work.

Driving salvage vehicles randomly is included Im sure, to tag and insure every car is expensive.

There were plenty of times we would insure our car at plate renewal and cancel it for another year because the cost of insuring the car for a year was more than what we had bought the car for. Especially if you are someone that does have multiple traffic related tickets, your insurance is going to be higher. Paying 200 a month for insurance is a lot when you have a family to feed, kids to take care of, electric to keep on, etc.

And stashes of cash in mason jars and different hidey-holes? JMO

I don't think so.. I thought aerial footage I saw had that white place to the left and Frankie's to the right.

It is this notion that I have to sleep with an arsonal by bedside cause I am out in the country - when in fact the reality, probably , the reality is us urbinites should be sleeping with grendades near our bed cause our LE is dealing with 27 gunshots an hour. So your resonse time might actually be better ha !!

No one has to sleep with an arsenal.

My belief is all should be trained and armed, cops aren't private security that are there 24/7.

OT: Lol other states are so different from California on this issue. We don't have temporary tags here. When you buy a car, you just leave the dealer tags on until you get your real tags. I never put the real license plates on because I don't want to have to drill holes in my front bumper. And you will get pulled over for not having a front license plate, but you will not get pulled over for having dealer tags. I had my car imported from Wisconsin two years ago because it was the only place I can find the exact custom model that I wanted. I have been driving around with those Wisconsin dealer plates on for two years. Haven't been pulled over once. Knock on wood.

Deputy Brian Reader(who is the arresting officer in many of the Rhoden vehicle stops) is Sheriff Charles Reader's Uncle if I'm not mistaken. Not sure where I read that, but it was early in the case.

I just found those, it's pretty weird to code it that way. Never seen it before. It wasn't one of the victims, though.
Also, I had included 3 charges that actually weren't a victim...got an initial wrong.

It just was a politicial spin answer which wasn't necessary since the records were public information.

The Manley's say the brother of Dana found them.

I recall reading that J manley "backed out of the home" after seeing that Dana was dead and ASSUMED that Hanna and Chrisjr were in there dead, as well. Has that since changed? Sounds to me like he did not check to see if anyone else in the house was alive. Please correct me if I'm wrong. ty JMO

I've never had a car I had to drill holes in and we don't have to have front tags. All my cars have holes for tags in the front.

They weren't asking about the Sheriff, they were asking about the Sheriff's department.

But his response was still about him personally. He was very careful with the way he answered the question. And at the time he seemed pretty pissed off at whoever committed the murders and maybe didn't want to paint the victims in a bad light. Especially if he wasn't the one who arrested them in the first place.

That might be right, I know Dana's area looked better. I was thinking the red building was near Frankie's because it was discussed maybe he used it for working on his car.

I have no idea and I would sooner pluck my nose hairs than to search all the threads to find that lol.
