Found Deceased OH - Quincy Pullom, 38, Fostoria, 20 Dec 2017

A Fostoria man has been missing for 13 days and there is still no sign of 38-year-old Quincy Pullom.

Friends and family have been searching for him for days. Police say they located a cell phone signal for Pullom on December 20th. It hit in an area of Woodward Avenue into Williams trailer court. Pullom is legally blind and cannot drive.

Quincy B. Pullom, 38, of Fostoria, was last seen near Maple and Jackson streets in Fostoria, wearing a black hoodie. Family reported him missing on Dec. 27.

Pullom is described as a light-skinned black male, 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighing 160 pounds. Pullom is also legally blind and does not drive, according to Fostoria police.

Quinncy Pullom, 38, was last seen on Dec. 22, in the area of Maple and Jackson streets in Fostoria. He was reported missing Dec. 27.

Mr. Pullom is legally blind and may be in need of medication.

He was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt. He is a black male, with black hair, and brown eyes, standing 5 feet, 7 inches tall, and weighing 160 pounds.
